Abstract

One of morbidity in children under five and can cause death was pneumonia. Pneumonia is a disease that can be prevented by giving the Hib / Pneumococus. Data UNICEF child mortality in Indonesia show in 2012 is 14%, or about 21 thousand children die from pneumonia. Data results Demography and Population Survey Indonesia in 2012 Pneumonia is referred to as the number one killer of children under five years. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of maternal perception and behavior towards additional immunization in infants (age 2-12 months) with the occurrence of pneumonia at children in Puskesmas Candilama Semarang. Survey cross sectional analytic approach. Research subjects 70 respondents, taken by means of random sampling system. The independent variable is the perception and behavior of the mother while the dependent variable is an additional immunization in infants (age 2-12 months). Appliance using a questionnaire.  There was a relationship between perception and behavior signifikant mother against additional immunization in infants (age 2-12 months) with the occurrence of  pneumonia at children in Puskesmas Candilama Semarang. P value 18.806. The results of correlation with the chi square test showed there is relationship between perception and behavior signifikant mother towards additional immunization in infants (age 2-12 months) with the occurence of pneumonia at children in Puskesmas Candilama Semarang. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: the implementation of remuneration based performance in sharia state university in Indonesia (IAIN-Institut Agama Islam Negeri). This study aims to determine the influence of remuneration, job satisfaction, achievement motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. Research method used in this study using a survey within the university staff. The multiple regression results indicate that remuneration, job satisfaction, achievement motivation, and organizational culture has a significant positive contribution to the performance of employees.

Abstract

Waste is one of the problems that often arise in life society. However, many ways are considered wiser in solving problems with garbage. One of them is by using it to produce new products that have economic value. Not only can it reduce the garbage stack, but this method can also bring additional income. This service activity was carried out in the village of Bulu Lor, Jambon Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency. Aim to provide training in making a bouquet by utilizing used items to homemakers and their youth. Besides, it also teaches how to market handicraft products to be known to more quickly, so the possibility of selling products is getting bigger. The result of this activity is to increase entrepreneurial skills to the community by providing capabilities to homemakers and youth in making flower bouquets and teaching how to market product results online. Keywords: Waste, bucket flower, entrepreneurship, online marketing
