Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat Expost Facto dengan 3 rumusan masalah yaitu: (1). Apakah prestasi belajar matematika siswa mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal trigonometri berbahasa inggris ?; (2). Apakah prestasi belajar bahasa Inggris siswa mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal trigonometri berbahasa inggris?; (3). Apakah prestasi belajar matematika dan prestasi belajar bahasa inggris siswa secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal trigonometri berbahasa Inggris?. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Palopo T.A. 2010/2011 dengan Sampel sebanyak 30 siswa dengan cara systematic random sampling. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa (1) Prestasi belajar matematika berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kemampuan menyelesaikan soal-soal trigonometri berbahasa inggris, (2) Prestasi belajar bahasa inggris berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kemampuan menyelesaikan soal-soal trigonometri berbahasa inggris, dan (3) Prestasi belajar matematika dan bahasa inggris secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kemampuan menyelesaikan soal-soal trigonometri berbahasa inggris. Selanjutnya, diperoleh nilai Rsquare = 0,775, yang artinya bahwa 77,5 % variansi tingkat kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal trigonometri berbahasa inggris ditentukan oleh prestasi belajar matematika dan bahasa inggris siswa dengan catatan bahwa pengaruh variabel lain diabaikan. Kata Kunci: Prestasi Belajar, Kemampuan Menyelesaiakan Soal. Abstract This article examines the influence of Achievement studied mathematics and Language Skills United Kingdom to solve problems In Trigonometry on United Kingdom Students Class XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Palopo. Study the onset is Expost Facto to 3: problem formulation (1). If the achievements of the students learn math have an influence positive towards the ability of students in solving trigonometric problems such as English?; 2). Is student achievement in English have a positive influence on students´ ability to solve the problems of trigonometry English language?, (3). Is mathematics learning achievement and English Language learning achievement of students together to have a positive influence on students´ ability to solve the problems of trigonometry English?. Population research is all the students of Class XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Palopo T.A. 2010/2011. Samples taken as many as 30 students by means of systematic random sampling. The results of the analysis of data obtained the conclusion that (1) the achievement of a positive effect on learning mathematics ability levels solve problems such as trigonometry English-speaking, (2) achievements of study English influence positively to skill level solve problems such as trigonometry English-speaking and (3) Accomplishment of learning math and English together influential positive against level solve problems such as trigonometry English-speaking. Furthermore, the retrieved value Rsquare = 0,775, meaning that 77.5% variansi level of ability in students solve problems such as trigonometry speak English is determined by the achievement of learning math and English students with a note that the influence of other variables are ignored. Abstract

The crime occurred in Palopo city each year is volatile enough. Although they tend to fall through leaving 176 cases in 2013, it does not mean that Palopo is fairly safe from the criminal acts. The societies of Palopo especially the polices, it is very important to know the areas included in the crime-prone areas. Therefore, this study tried to map the crimes occurred in Palopo city by applying Correspondence Analysis. The research objects were criminal data reported in the police of Palopo City since January to September 2015. From Chi-Square analysis, it was found that there was a relationship between the variables of Criminal Action Types and Occurrence Time. Similarly, the Criminal Action Types with Occurrence Places, and Criminal Action Types by the reasons occurring Criminal Acts also showed a relationship with criminal acts against the place and the reasons for the crimes. Furthermore, based on the correspondence analysis it was found that the largest crimes in the area of the police of Palopo are the theft of the motorcycles and the smallest crimes are persecutions.
