Abstract

Background. The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic and the presence of this fatwa has become a phenomenon appearing recently. If all this time research on the use of zakat in normal situations, then a research is needed to see how the realization and implementation of the fatwa of MUI regarding the use of assets during the Covid-19 pandemic. Aim. Describing of implementation of fatwa MUI Number 23 year of 2020 about utilizing of zakat, infaq and shadaqah to cope with impact of the spread Covid-19 Methods. This research was a field research with a phenomenological approach. This research was a qualitative research using descriptive analysis of the MUI Fatwa Number 23 of 2020 and its implementation in LazisNU, Metro City. Results. The result of this research was that the implementation of the MUI fatwa Number 23 of 2020 concerning the use of zakat, infaq and shadaqah was carried out using the fatwa determination methodology with various legal considerations and based on clear legal aspects. As for the Covid-19 Outbreak management implemented by LazisNU, Metro City in the first two important aspects, fatwas was implemented conceptually through several emergency response programs implemented by the Covid-19 outbreak response officer unit. Second, the fatwa was implemented constructively, where the fatwa still paid attention to the social aspects of society by sorting out two aspects, including the distribution of zakat specifically for Moeslim communities affected by Covid-19 while for the wider non-Moeslim community affected by Covid-19, it was taken from infaq, shadaqah and other donations funds.

Abstract

“The cooperative principle proposed by Grice stated “make your contribution such as is required, at the stage at which it occurs, by the accepted purpose or direction of the talk exchange in which you are engaged”, but in the real life communication, this principle was often being flouted which was known as flouting maxim. This research aimed to describe the flouting maxim phenomenon in one of Indonesian films, Radio Galau FM.From the analysis of the collected data, the researcher found that some conversation of the main characters in this movie contained flouting maxim, whether it is flouting maxim of quantity, quality, relevance, and also manner. When the flouting maxim happened, it contained certain implicature, in which the speaker intended to deliver certain implicit message, such as assuring the hearer, giving surprise, asking for attention, also avoiding the conflict”.

Abstract

The objectives of national education are realizing the fair and prosper society in term of material and spiritual based on the value of Pancasila, in which the main point is developing Indonesian citizens wholly. One of the most important components of Indonesian citizens is children, because they are the owner of the nation’s future. Thus, it could be said that the implantation of self-concept, moral, and religious values should be started earlier, so that it would be strongly implanted on Indonesian children. One of the methods is storytelling with woman heroes and public figures, whether they are from Indonesia or Islamic history. The consideration in choosing the woman heroes and public figures is as a form of moral education, introducing Islamic religious values, as well as gender education on children. This becomes important because of Indonesian’s social life which is full of various religions, cultures, tribes, race or ethnics, social status and others.
