Abstract

Abstract This study aims to (1) find the Pancasila and Civic Education learning plan using problem solving strategy, (2) to describe the implementation of Pancasila and Civic Education learning using problem solving strategy, (3) to describe learning evaluation with problem solving strategy, and (4) to describe the learning achievement of students in achieving the acquisition of learning the concept of norms in the learning of Pancasila and Civic Education by using problem solving strategy in class  SMP This research is a qualitative descriptive research to study "Application of problem solving strategy with in-depth interview data collection technique, participant observation, document study, and triangulation. Data analysis techniques ranging from data dispersion, data reduction, data reflection, and conclusion. The results showed that the design of Pancasila and Civic Education learning using problem-solving strategy for learning acquisition of the concept of norms was prepared in accordance with the components of the implementation plan of learning (RPP) that is to determine the competence standards, basic competencies, indicator. Keywords: implementation, problem-solving strategies, learning concept acquisition

Abstract

AbstractThe Purpose of this development research is to develop the image media on the subjects of image capturing techniques in improving student learning outcomes. The method of this research used is development method with descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were 29 students of the tenth graders. Techniques and data collection tools using; (1) expert validation questionnaire, (2) observation guide, (3) pretest and posttest. Data analysis using qualitative analysis. The results of the expert validation questionnaire validated and feasible to be used in research. Student learning outcomes measured through pretest and posttest of the basic techniques of capturing image are known; (l) pretest result shows 62.06 % of student unfinished while 37.93% student result of learning is complete, (2) result of posttest known 68.96% student result of learning complete and 31.03% student result of learning not complete. Learning by using the image media in image capturing technique subject to the students on the tenth graders in SMK Mardiri Pontianak, during the learning process conducted observations of student learning activities, the observation of student activity in learning activities known 82.75% students are very active and 17.24% of active students.Keywords: Image Media, Image Capturing Technique

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to obtain information about educators and educational standar in an effort to improve the quality of education in SMA Negeri 1 Ngabang, include : Planning, coordinating, controlling, evaluating and the factors of educational improving.This research is a qualitative research.Techniques data collection used include : observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Source of data is comprised of the principle or headmaster, the administration, and teachers. The informan selected were informants who are considered to provide an accurate and in-depth information relating to this research. Checking the validity of the findings made by the number check, the adequacy of reference, and triangulate. Analysis of the data used is qualitative analysis is to describe and interpret the data.The result of the following conclusions:(1) the planning, It has done well by the headmaster. Planning is made with the intermediate school side, among other, the principal in assisted by the vice principals and coordinated well with teacher and administrative staffs. (2)Implementation is done well and effectively. (3) Controlling done by looking at the completeness of teachers administration. (4)Evaluation done well by the principal once every three months. Abstract

Abstract This research aims is to develop a medium English language learning, especially the fast reading skill, and the media is designed for developing interactive English learning. Data collection techniques such as questionnaires, observation and interviews. All data were collected and analyzed qualitatively. The results concluded that the design based interactive multimedia are developed in accordance with the existing SK-KD. The teaching materials used in this multimedia, namely: understanding a quick read, the formula calculating the effective speed reading, the benefits of rapid reading, and exercise improves reading speed, the learning scenarios interactive multimedia to read quickly using Powerpoint, Ulead VideoStudio 11, and Microsoft Windows 2010 Ultimate , which has six main buttons, the menu of matter, the exercise menu, menu measure reading speed, navigation aid, learning objectives and menu navigation of the designer. When viewed in terms of appearance, have bright colors and fonts that are simple to evoke the spirit, passion, relaxed, cheerful, representing young people, easy to read and most importantly interesting to student responses inferred category AGREE get the highest score in the thirty participants learners are given written advice columns. Given the means of support has existed in MTs Sirajul Ulum Pontianak like LCD, laptop, sound, screen, and sound, interactive multimedia can be used as a medium of learning that fit, especially with all the students of class VIII can operate the computer, so the use of learning media in the form of multimedia this interactive work flawlessly. The trial results to the student media got the potential effects, and the students enjoy and actively follow the lessons using multimedia. Keywords: Development, English, Fast Reading Skill, Multimedia.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine the effect of visionary leadership and work motivation on the work discipline of Madrasah teachers in Kayong Utara Regency. This research is a quantitative study with data collection using a tool or instrument in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire. The subjects of this study were all Madrasah teachers in North Kayong Regency, amounting to 60 people. Based on data analysis: (1) the visionary leadership of the principal has a significant effect on teacher work discipline that is equal to 23.2%, (2) the picture of teacher work motivation has a significant effect on teacher work discipline that is equal to 21.2%, (3) the picture of leadership visionary principals and work motivation together have a significant effect on teacher work discipline that is equal to 45.2%. The conclusions in this study are as follows: (1) visionary leadership significantly influences the work discipline of Madrasah teachers in Kayong Utara Regency, ( 2) work motivation significantly influences the work discipline of Madrasah teachers in Kayong Utara Regency, (3) visionary leadership and work motivation together have a significant effect on Madrasah teacher work discipline in Kayong Utara Regency. Keywords: Visionary, Work Motivation, Work Discipline.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to design science learning modules, the appearance and acquisition of learning outcomes on material chemistry changes class VII SMP Negeri 6 Ketapang. This study involved media experts, teacher colleagues, individula tests, small groups and large groups. The subjects of this study were students class VII SMP Negeri 6 Ketapang. Data obtained from observations, interviews, documentation and test questions. This research uses research and development. The results of this study produce a learning product, the learning module. Development research carried out combines the steps of Borg & Gall's development with the Dick and Carey model. The results showed that the modules used were suitable for use. This is based on the results of the trial of individual groups with the "good" category, a small group test "good" and a large group test "good". The results of the validation of media experts showed results in the "good" category. For learning outcomes, this science learning module shows that there is an increase in student learning outcomes before using the learning module and after using the learning module. The increase in learning outcomes was seen in the mean score of pretest 44,1 and the mean posttest score of 97,2. Statistical test using t test shows that the value of t arithmetic is - 46.99 and t table is 1.697 (α 5%). Thus it was concluded that the learning process using the learning module was better than without learning modules.  Keywords: Learning Module, Learning Acquisition, Substance Change

Abstract

AbstractThis study was aimed to identify if  Wether the organizational climate and academic supervision of madrasah  ibtidaiyah  headmaster were influential to pedagogical competence of teachers in madrasah ibtidaiyah sub district Sungai Kakap , Kubu Raya district. This study applied quantitative approach. Samples in this study were teachers in Islamic elementary school in Sungai Kakap district as many as 139 teachers. Hypothetical examination in this study applied double regression technique. The result of analysis identified that (1) there was an influence of organizational climate of Islamic school (X1) to pedagogical competence of teachers (Y) as many as 47.9%, (2) there was an influence of madrasah ibtidaiyah  headmaster's competence (X2) to pedagogical competence of teachers (Y) as many as 32.4%, and (3) there was an influence of organizational climate (X1) and academic supervision of madrasah ibtidaiyah  headmaster (X2) to pedagogical competence of teachers as many as 51.2%.It could be concluded that better organizational climate and better academic supervision by madrasah ibtidaiyah  headmaster gave more significant influence to pedagogical competence of teachers in madrasah ibtidaiyah  in Sungai Kakap district, Kubu Raya distric. The suggestions were as follows; madrasah ibtidaiyah  headmaster must had comprehension on academic supervision competence, create harmony in the relationship with madrasah ibtidaiyah community so that a conducive climate could be realized, and implement programmed continual academic supervision in order to cope with problems faced by teachers during class activities,  Keywords: Organizational Climate , Academic Supervision, Pedagogic Competence

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is "How is the implementation of the assessment of early childhood learning outcomes by teachers in Pontianak LKIA II Kindergarten?". This study aims to determine the implementation of the assessment of early childhood learning outcomes by teachers in Pontianak LKIA II Kindergarten. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are interview, observation and documentation techniques. The subjects of the research were the class teacher and the head of the LKIA II Kindergarten Pontianak. The research data were tested again by triangulation of sources. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the assessment of early childhood learning outcomes in TK LKIA II Pontianak has not been done as a whole in accordance with the steps in the assessment of early childhood learning outcomes proposed by experts in their fields. The conclusion from this study is that the teacher has not yet carried out an assessment of early childhood learning outcomes in accordance with the existing steps. Keywords: Assessment, Learning Outcomes, Early Childhood

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find: 1.) Design of jigsaw type mathematics learning model for learning to build up space in class IX Tumbang Titi Junior High School 1. 2.) Steps of jigsaw type learning model for learning to build up space in class IX junior high school Negeri 1 Tumbang Titi. 3.) Differences in the acquisition of wake-up learning space on cognitive and affective aspects, using jigsaw type mathematics learning models and those using conventional learning in class IX Tumbang Titi Junior High School 1. The research method used in this study is concurrent embedded design. Concurrent embedded design is a research method that combines the use of quantitative and qualitative research methods simultaneously or together but the weight of the method is different. The selection of the use of research methods of mixed methods of concurrent embedded design is because the researcher considers that this approach is very appropriate to be used in research that researchers do. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa mobile learning (smarphone) pada pembelajaran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, Metode dalam penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan metode research and development dan dimodifikasi dengan desain model Dick and Carey. Dari hasil validasi ahli media, ahli desain dan ahli materi yang menunjukan media pembelajaran mobile learning telah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dengan respon rata-rata sebesar 4.65. Perolehan hasil siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media dapat dilihat dari rata-rata nilai post-test peserta didik sebesar 90,4 ≥75(KKM). Selain itu peningkatan ini juga dapat dilihat dari uji t dua sampel berpasangan yang menunjukan nilai t hitung lebih ≥ t tabel (14,459 ≥ 0, 2909). Besarnya efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran mobile learning untuk pembelajaran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sebesar 2,91, maka termaksud dalam kategori tinggi. Ini berarti diterima dengan baik, teruji, layak digunakan dan memiliki efektivitas yang tinggi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di SMA BhayangkariKata kunci: Pengembangan, Mobile Learning
