Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of working capital and working hours on net income. Based on the results of research and discussion conducted, it can be concluded that the results of multiple linear regression analysis are obtained as follows: Y = 49,810 + 0,170 X1 + 6,090 X2 + e. Correlation value (R) between variables of working capital, working hours, and net income of 0.564. This shows that the relationship between working capital, working hours and net income has a sufficient relationship. The coefficient of determination (R square) that is equal to 0.319 or 31.9%, this shows that the variation in changes in the variable net income (Y) is influenced by the dependent variable namely working capital (X1) and working hours (X2) of 31.9%. While the remaining 68.1% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Based on t test, working capital (X₁) t-count (4,006)> t-table (2,009) then Ho is accepted and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an effect of working capital on the net income of street vendors in Gotong Royong Batumarta Market 2. Working hours ( X₂) t-count (1,360) <t-table (2,009) then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no influence of working hours on the net income of street vendors in Gotong Royong Batumarta Market 2. Based on F test, F-count (11,685 )> F-table (3,183) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is the influence of working capital and working hours on the net income of street vendors in the Gotong Royong Batumarta Market 2.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh promosi terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisatawan pada objek wisata gua harimau di kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, yang bertujuan melukiskan secara sistematis fakta atau karakteristik populasi tertentu atau bidang tertentu secara faktual dan cermat. Pada hakikatnya, metode deskriptif mengumpulkan data secara univariat. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan Y = 2,758 + 0,900X+e. Nilai korelasi antara variabel promosi (X) terhadap variabel tingkat kunjungan (Y) adalah sebesar 0,885 artinya korelasi antara variabel adalah sangat kuat. Angka R Square sebesar 0,783 hal ini menunjukan bahwa sumbangan variabel promosi (X) terhadap variabel tingkat kunjungan (Y) sebesar 78,30% sedangkan sisanya 21,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian. Nilai koefisien thitung promosi (X) sebesar 15,336 > ttabel 1,66864 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya ada pengaruh promosi terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisatawan pada objek wisata gua harimau di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah promosi berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisatawan pada objek wisata gua harimau di kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Peneliti menyarankan bagi manajemen gua harimau untuk terus menjaga konsistensi dalam mempromosikan objek wisata gua harimau, agar para wisatawan baik lokal mau pun luar kota, baik dalam negeri mau pun luar negeri terus ingin berkunjung ke objek wisata gua harimau di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the liquidity ratio and profitability ratio in the financial statements of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The results showed that the current ratio, cash ratio, fast ratio and cash turnover ratio of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk in 2015-2019 were above 100%, meaning that PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk had a very high ability to cover all of its short-term liabilities during 2015-2019. The results of the analysis of the profitability ratio of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk show that the average gross profit margin ratio for 2015-2019 is 35.39% which means that every Rp. 1.00 of sales during 2015-2019 can resulting in a gross profit of 35.39%. The average net profit margin ratio (net profit margin) for 2015-2019 was 11.12%, which means that every Rp. 1.00 of sales during 2015-2019 can generate net profit after tax of 11.12%. The average economic profitability ratio (basic earning power) in 2015-2019 was 5.97%, which means that each use of Rp. 1.00 of total assets during 2015-2019 can generate net profit before tax of 5.97%. The average return on investment ratio for 2015-2019 is 4.28%, which means that every Rp1.00 of total assets used can generate an after-tax profit of 4.28%. The average return on equity (return on equity) in 2015-2019 is 5.49%, which means that every Rp. 1.00 of equity used can generate net profit after tax of 5.49%.

Abstract

This study discusses the feasibility analysis of shallot cultivation in the Tunas Harapan farmer group in Lubuk Leban Village, Sosoh Buay Rayap District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. From the research results based on the investment criteria Net Present Value (NPV) Rp. 2,146,873,455 means that the shallot cultivation business is feasible to be implemented. Internal Rate of Return (IRR), 90.45% means that the shallot cultivation business is feasible to be implemented. Profitability Ratio (PR), 49.87 means that shallot cultivation business is feasible to be implemented. Pay Back Period (PBP), 4 months 10 days years means that the shallot cultivation business is feasible to be implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to how much influence service excellence has on customer loyalty at regional drinking water companies (PDAM) in Baturaja. The research method used is descriptive method using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. The population in this study are customers at regional drinking water companies (PDAMs) in Baturaja, in 2021 totaling 17,000 customers using non-probability sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 99 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out with the results of simple linear regression Y = 5,100 + 0,796 X. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis are 0,843. From this value, it can be interpreted that the relationship between service excellence (X) and customer loyalty (Y) is very strong. The result of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) or R Square is 0.710 or 71%. This shows that customer loyalty (Y) is influenced by 71% by service excellence (X), while the remaining 29% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Hypothesis testing (t test) was carried out to determine whether there was a significant effect between the service excellence variable (X) on the customer loyalty variable (Y), it is known that the tcount value is higher than the ttable value, namely 15,415 > 1,984 meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence. service excellence has a significant impact on customer loyalty to regional drinking water companies (PDAMs) in Baturaja.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the entrepreneurial spirit and creativity on the success of the printing business in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The results of the study obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 8.925 + 0.287X1 + 0.303X2. The correlation value between the variable Entrepreneurial spirit (X1) and creativity (X2) on business success (Y) is 0.623, which means the correlation between the independent variables, namely the dependent variable, namely business success (Y) has a strong correlation. The t value of the entrepreneurial spirit (X1) has a tcount of 3.397 > ttable 2.02269, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of the entrepreneurial spirit (X1) on the success of the printing business in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The value of t arithmetic creativity (X2) tcount 2.506 > t table 2.02269 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is an influence of creativity (X2) on the success of the printing business in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The results of the F test obtained that the value of Fcount 12.364 > Ftable 3.22 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of entrepreneurial spirit (X1) and creativity (X2) on the success of the printing business in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency.

Abstract

This study discusses the Effect of Price and Quality of Coffee Beans on Farmers' Income at Jhody Distributors in Warkuk Ranay Selatan District. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The method used in this research is qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient, the R value is 0.938, it can be interpreted that the correlation analysis of the relationship between price (X1) and the quality of coffee beans (X2) on the income variable (Y) is very strong. The result of the coefficient of determination or R Square is 0.880 or equal to 88%. This shows that income (Y) is influenced by 88% of the contribution of price (X1) and coffee bean quality (X2) while the remaining 12% is explained by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the results of partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing, it was found that there was an effect of the price and quality of coffee beans on farmers' income at Jhody Distributors in Warkuk Ranau Selatan District.

Abstract

Economic Value Added (EVA) is a method that can be used by PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk in measuring financial performance to determine whether the company has succeeded in creating added value or not every year. This study aims to analyze the company's financial performance using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. 2017 – 2021. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with statistical calculations such as Net Operating After Tax (NOPAT), Invested Capital (IC), Weighted Average Cost Of Capital (WACC), and Economic Value Added (EVA). The results of this study indicate that the value of Economic Value Added (EVA) at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. > 0 which means the company has created added value for the company, even though the EVA value has increased and decreased every year.
