Abstract

The purpose of the organization is profit, and employee performance is the answer. Therefore, companies work together to develop HR, through training, education, rotation, promotion, compensation, career paths, facilities, and others. On this basis, this study was conducted to analyze the determinants of work performance. To test this research, several methods were carried out including the quantitative approach method, using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument with a Likert scale as a parameter, using multiple linear regression analysis method which includes descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test. The object of this research is the Mayora bank in Jakarta with 99 respondents. The results showed there were positive and significant effects of training, motivation and compensation on employee work performance. That is, to be able to improve performance to the maximum, the company must provide ongoing training, provide work motivation (moral or material), and provide appropriate compensation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan prestasi belajar matematika pada siswa kelas VIII A SMP IT Ulul Albab Purworejo melalui pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan 2 siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, metode tes, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi dan lembar tes. Hasil penelitian partisipasi dan prestasi belajar matematika menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan partisipasi siswa ditunjukkan dengan sikap siswa mulai mengikuti pembelajaran dengan baik, siswa berani bertanya kepada guru. Persentase partisipasi siswa yang sudah memenuhi indikator pada siklus I sebesar 53,57% meningkat menjadi 75% pada siklus II. Meningkatnya partisipasi diikuti meningkatnya rata-rata kelas pada siklus I sebesar 67,92 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 60,71% menjadi 78,07 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 82,14% pada siklus II. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif TPS dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dan prestasi belajar matematika kelas VIII A SMP IT Ulul Albab tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Abstract

Pembelajaran  sastra  cenderung  kurang  berani menggali  teks  dalam  konteks yang  lebih  luas.  Padahal  sangatlah  mungkin  sebagai  media  pendidikan  dan hiburan, membentuk  kepribadian  anak,  serta menuntun  kecerdasan  emosi  anak. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  mendeskripsikan  cerita  rakyat  kategori  Fabel  untuk kepentingan pemilihan bahan ajar Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia di SD. Metode  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  metode  deskriptif analitik.  Data  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  cerita  rakyat  kategori  Fabel. Pengumpulan  data  dilakukan  dengan  teknik  dokumentasi  dari  8  guru  SD  di  8 kecamatan di Kabupaten Maros Periode Maret-Mei 2014. Teknik analisis meliputi  proses pengorganisasian dan pengurutan data tentang Fabel dan pemilihan bahan ajar cerita rakyat  ke dalam pola kategori dan satuan uraian. Hasil  analisis  data  dan  temuan  menunjukkan  bahwa  rata-rata  penilaian  responden  untuk  cerita  rakyat  kategori  Fabel  sebesar  3,763  atau  pada  kategori layak dijadikan bahan ajar.  Bahan ajar yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran cerita  rakyat  adalah  jenis  bahan  ajar  cerita  rakyat  apa  saja.  Namun,  sebaiknya untuk tingkat SD, bahan ajar cerita rakyat yang digunakan adalah bahan ajar ceita rakyat yang  isinya harus sesuai dengan karakteristik, pengalaman, dan kebutuhan siswa.

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan untuk menghasilkan manusia yang berkualitas itu sangat penting bagi manusia pada zaman kemajuan yang serba cepat, lebih-lebih pada abad yang akan datang. Dari sekarang telah terasa kuatnya persaingan antara orang perorang, antara kelompok, juga antar bangsa agar mampu bertahan dalam kehidupan yang serba dinamis. Hidup pada zaman seperti itu tidaklah mudah, anak-anak harus disiapkan sedini mungkin, terarah, teratur dan berdisiplin. Dalam kehidupan seperti itu godaan dan hal-hal yang dapat merusak mental serta moral manusia sungguh amat dasyat. Dan menghadapi zaman seperti itu karakter akan terasa amat diperlukan. Pendidikan agama Islam yang diharapkan sebagai penyeimbang dan kontrol bagi tingkah laku umat manusia ini, nampaknya masih belum mampu berperan sebagaimana yang diinginkan. Untuk itu peranan pendidikan keluarga sangat dibutuhkan sekali dalam pembentukan karakter siswa semenjak usia dini agar nantinya mereka mampu menjadi tunas bangsa yang baik dan berkualitas. Sebab lembaga pendidikan keluarga memiliki peranan yang amat penting dalam mendidik anak. Karena anak-anak semenjak usia bayi hingga dewasa memiliki lingkungan tunggal yaitu keluarga. Kata Kunci: Peranan Keluarga dan Karakter Siswa.

Abstract

Objective: To compare the pain control results of ketoprofen suppository and periprostatic injection of lidocaine 1% for prostate biopsy. Material & Method: A total of 30 patients who underwent transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy were randomized into 2 groups. Group 1 consisted of 15 patients received 200 mg of ketoprofen suppository. Group 2 received 1% periprostatic lidocaine injection. A visual analog scale was used to assess the pain score during prostate biopsy. Statistical analysis of pain scores was performed using independent t-test and Pearson correlation test. Results: The 2 groups were homogenous in age and prostate volume. There was significant difference in pain score among groups 1 and 2 during prostate biopsy (mean VAS ± SD 0,8 ± 0,8 and 4,5 ± 1,6 respectively, p < 0,0001). There was no significant correlation between pain perception with age (p = 0,779), or prostate volume (p = 0,389) in both groups. Conclusion: Periprostatic lidocaine injection is more effective for decreasing the pain for prostate biopsy compared to ketoprofen suppository. Abstract

AbstractThis  is titled "The Effect of School Learning Climate on Student Learning Outcomes of Class XI AK on Accounting System Material in SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak". This study aims to determine the Effect of School Learning Against Student Learning Outcomes of Class XI AK on Accounting System Material at SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak . The research method used in this study is quantitative. The results of this study: 1) Learning Climate in SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak, for learning climate included in both categories that can be seen from the results of the study climate study that is 72.88% or 43 of 59 respondents who choose the answer in either category.2). Class XI AK student learning outcomes on accounting system material in SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak, for learning outcomes (variable Y) Class XI AK students on accounting system material at SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak included in the good category that the value of 77.444 is included in the good category, thus the results student learning in the good category this is due to the good student learning climate pulak, where students can receive learning well in accordance with the value of completeness.3) The magnitude of the influence of the learning climate (X) on student learning outcomes (Y) class XI AK on subjects accounting at SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak by 33.2% with a coefficient of determination of 0.425 and the level of interpretation of the relationship is moderate.Keywords: Study Climate, Learning Outcomes and Subjects Accounting System

Abstract

The purpose of making this skripsi is to find out, analyze, and identify the use of ladder drill learning media in short distance learning in vocational students in North Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive. The method used is a survey method. Data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire. Data was collected at schools in North Cikarang sub-district. The subjects used in this study were all physical education teachers in North Cikarang sub-district, totaling 18 teachers. Based on the results of research on vocational schools in North Cikarang District 94% of teachers already knew the ladder drill learning media and already knew its shape, 67% of the teachers already had ladder drill learning media at their school, 94% of teachers already knew how to use ladder drill learning media, 56% teachers use ladder drill media in Physical Education learning, 67% of teachers use ladder drill learning media to train speed and agility, 50% of teachers use ladder drill learning media to train foot coordination, 94% of teachers state that ladder learning media are useful for learning Physical education, 67% of teachers state that the ladder drill learning media can increase the speed of running short distances, 94% of teachers already know that there is scope in physical education. Thus it can be stated that the ladder drill learning media is related to help increase the speed of running short distances, because more than half of the physical education teachers in vocational high schools in North Cikarang have used the ladder drill learning media.

Abstract

The election of the Village Head was very directly highlighted by the surrounding community, from the way of employment, budget use and so on. Pilkades in each region, especially in the Village of Beji Banyumas, will be held by a choice of the Village Head for choices in 2019 after the presidential election is held. The general election of the Village Head in Beji still uses the same paper as the general election, this makes a waste of budget because the unused paper will be discarded, the unused rooms will be kept for 5 years, the calculation of the election results is not fast enough. The Election Smart System is the solution where the workings of this System are done using sophisticated computers, including the Touch Screen Screen used to select Candidate Images, Face detection cameras are used for attendance attendance if it is going to the selection booth, DasHboard Diagrams are used to see the results of prospective candidates the winner will be directly displayed on the big screen to be seen by all those who want to know the most votes from the candidates, all the above facilities are run by computers, so there is no interference from the KPU or individuals who will misuse prospective voter data.

Abstract

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif deskriptif yaitu suatu metode yang berusaha untuk menyajikan data dan fakta -fakta yang sesungguhnya tentang kontribusi kewirausahaan dalam membentuk karakter kemandirian santri di koperasi BUMP pondok pesantren kebon jambu al-islami Ciwaringin dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek yang diteliti adalah pengasuh pondok, pengurus koperasi, santri dan alumni pondok pesantrenkebon jambu al-islami Ciwaringin Cirebon. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Kontribusi kewirausahaan yang diterapkan oleh koperasi BUMP kebon jambu al-islami ciwaringin Cirebon menggunakan sistem tradisional dan kekeluargaan. Karakter yang dapat terbentuk dengan adanya koperasi pesantren BUMP adalah membentuk santri yang mandiri dan tidak ketergantungan kepada orang tua ataupun orang lain.Hambatan yang dihadapi koperasi pesantren BUMP adalah banyaknya perbedaan karakter yang berbeda-beda.Cara mengatasi hambatan tersebut pihak koperasi BUMP melakukan pemberian tanggung jawab supaya santri secara otomatis terbentuk karakternya

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the interpretation of the Qur'an from the verses of Ibrahim verse 24-25 in the Al-Mishbah interpretation book; as well as to find out the concept of learning methods based on the Qur'an Surah Ibrahim verses 24-25 in the interpretation book Al-Mishbah. The research method used uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive analytic. In collecting data, the authors use the library approach (library research). To obtain research data, the author collects library material, by reading, studying books, newspapers, magazines, and other information materials, especially those related to the concept of learning methods in Q.S Ibrahim verses 24-25. The concept of learning methods contained in the verses of Ibrahim verses 24-25 include the use of the method of parable or amtsal, the method of demonstration, the method of field trips and the method of modeling. So that in learning, the concept of learning methods contained in the verse Ibrahim 24-25 can be used as it should, as learning methods sourced from the Koran.
