Abstract

PK merupakan salah satu ukuran prestasi akademik. Kini banyak perusahaan yang menetapkan standar IPK untuk pelamar pekerjaan dengan batasan IPK tertentu. Untuk itu, Itenas perlu upaya agar dapat meningkatkan IPK dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi akademik. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti hanya faktor pra perkuliahan saja. Penentuan faktor-faktor tersebut menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Metode SEM dilakukan dengan bantuan program Lisrel 8.80. Berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya tersebut dihasilkan usulan untuk peningkatan IPK. Kata kunci: faktor pra perkuliahan, IPK, Structural Equational Modeling   ABSTRACT GPA is one measure of academic achievement. Now many companies that set the standard for the job applicants with limitations certain GPA. Itenas needs to be an effort to improve GPA by considering the factors which affected it. There are many factors that affect academic achievement. Factors examined only the pre factors of lectures only. The determination of these factors using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The SEM method is carried out with the help of program LISREL 8.80. Based on the factors that influenced the resulting proposal for increase in GPA.
