Abstract

This study aims to describe the procedure, to determine the quality of the product, to describe the level of student interest in mathematics in FPB and KPK. This research uses research and development methods. This research stage refers to the development stage according to ADDIE. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SD Inpres Paccerakkang who were suspected of being 12 people as the sample. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The two analyzes were carried out simultaneously. Based on the results of the validation, two instructional media experts gave an average score of 43 (SB) and 44 (SB) while the class teacher gave an average score of 41 (B) and 42 (SB). Furthermore, for small group trials it has increased. This is shown in the pretest obtained 58% or as many as 7 students who are complete while the posttest increase in completeness reaches 100% because all students complete in learning. Then student interest in learning also increased after the use of Dakota media that had been developed. This is shown in the average value of student interest in learning is 81 which is very good category.

Abstract

This study discusses the difficulty of reading beginning in grade I at SDN No.31 Tumampua V in Pangkajene and Islands districts with a total of 18 students but 13 students experiencing difficulty reading at the beginning. Pre-reading ability is a basic ability at the basic education level and elementary school is an educational unit that provides basic abilities. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Data collection using tests, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using non-statistical analysis. The results of this study showed that the highest difficulty aspect of students in pre-reading was the difficulty in reading meaningless words with a score of 16%. Difficulty reading at the beginning of the next is in the aspect of fluency in reading aloud and reading comprehension with a score of 27%. Another difficulty experienced by students was the difficulty in reading words, which was 33%. Then the difficulty in recognizing letters with a score of 51%. The last aspect of reading difficulty was listening or listening comprehension, which was 79%.

Abstract

This research as a porpose (i) to know illustration and establishment expanding education access for street childreen of elementary school in makassar (ii) Knowing  what obscacles pased by institute providers of education access for street chidreen of elementary school in makassar. The research methads used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subject is the institute/foundation in particular education of street childreen with social departement in makassar as a center of information about street childreen. The resuls of illustration that indicate education of street children of elementary shool in makassar still having some obstacles such as, lact of socialization to society about the importance of education especially low-income society, lack of facilities and infrastructure owned by non formal education in teaching and learning process, there is no legal basis (UU) which regulates the sanctions agains children which is located on the roadside, there is no UU governing the imposition of sanctions to parents who employ children which is still elementary school (SD) Handling Makassar street children still do not have model yet and the appropriate approach in haldling multi-system base. Handling has been largely ineffective. Seen by parenting tend to be unproductive.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the application of the Dakota assisted Problem Based Learning to FPB and KPK material in class IV. This activity is carried out in the form of Lesson Study covering three stages, namely: Plan, Do, See. The Plan, phase is carried out with discussion and review of the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). The Do, phase is conducted by the model teacher learning observed by the observer. Stage See, is carried out a reflection to study the implementation of learning conducted by the model teacher. This study was held for students of class IVB elementari school Sukun 3 Malang, who numbered 35 students. Collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this learning show that by applying the model of problem-based learning assisted by Dakota, students can solve the problems given by the teacher and can also understand the concepts of FPB and KPK, thus making students more active in the learning process.Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media Dakota pada materi FPB dan KPK di kelas IV. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk Lesson Study mencakup tiga tahap yaitu Plan, Do, See. Tahap Plan dilakukan dengan diskusi dan mengkaji Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Tahap Do dilakukan pembelajaran oleh guru model yang diamati oleh observer. Tahap See dilakukan refleksi untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru model. Pembelaran ini dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas IVB SDN Sukun 3 Malang, yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil pembelajaran ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan model problem based learning berbantuan media Dakota adalah siswa dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang diberikan oleh guru dan juga dapat memahami konsep FPB dan KPK, sehingga menjadikan siswa lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide skills for elementary school teachers in using the Flash graphic animation program to create learning media. With good and appropriate media, the delivery of material with special characteristics can be better absorbed by students. The domino effect that is aimed at the future of mastery of these skills so that students' understanding of the material given increases so that it becomes good raw input as well. The service activity consists of two stages, namely the first stage of socialization and the second stage of training. Socialization and training were attended by several teachers (classroom teachers), preferably 30 teachers who filled out a questionnaire distributed by the author. The training material is about the use of Flash animation software, in particular making animation about a process. The training was quite successful, all participants were able to make animation with basic techniques well and develop learning animation independently. In fact, some participants were able to design more complex animations. However, additional efforts are still needed to achieve optimal results because some participants have not been able to make them independently.

Abstract

This type of research is survey research with quasi-experimental technique. The research population is all V SD Inpres Paccinonga, Gowa Regency in the 2015/2016 academic year. The population is 60 people who are divided into two classes, namely class IV A and class IV B with the sampling technique is total sampling. The results of this study indicate that the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Inpres Paccinongan, Gowa Regency using an approach are 66.33 and conventional techniques are 57.10 in the range of values 10-100. In addition, the data on the results of the effectiveness analysis in the t test, shows the empirical value (tt): 7.16 while the theoretical value (ta): 1.67 at the 95% significance level, so it is stated that the empirical t value is greater than the theoretical t value. (table) (7.16>1.67) which means that the scientific approach is effective in improving science learning outcomes for fifth grade students of SD Inpres Paccinongan, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan pendampingan dan bimbingan belajar melalui pendidikan alternatif dalam membaca, menulis dan berhitung kepada anak usia sekolah dasar di Desa Kanaungan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan melakukan kolaborasi Bersama mahasiswa KKNT di desa Kanaungan untuk mengakomodasi menuju pendidikan yang lebih baik dalam peningkatan kualitas SDM. Adapun tahapan pada kegiatan ini adalah tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap ujian, tahap monitoring dan evaluasi, serta tahap pengembangan. Selanjutnya, instrument yang digunakan adalah modul belajar, kartu pintar, buku latihan, dan batu asam. Berdasarkan analisis data, maka diperoleh data hasil kegiatan terdapat peningkatan dalam kemampuan membaca hingga 70%, kemampuan menulis hingga 75%, dan kemampuan berhitung hingga 65%. Tindak lanjutnya adalah anak-anak terus dapat meningkatkan kemampuan anak-anak terus dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam membaca, menulis, dan berhitung

Abstract

The problem of this research is the low student learning outcomes in mathematics subject class V Pai State Primary School. The purpose of this study was to improve mathematics learning outcomes through problem-based learning in fifth grade students. This type of research uses a Class Action Research that includes cycles of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were teachers and fifth grade students with a total of 20 students, consisting of 9 men and 11 women. Data collection techniques used were observation, testing and documentation. Analysis of the data used is qualitative and quantitative. The results showed an increase in student learning activities and outcomes. This increase can be seen from each cycle. In the teaching activities of teachers and student learning activities have increased. In the first cycle, the teaching activities of teachers and students were in the moderately increased category in the second cycle being a good category. Improvements also occurred in student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, the classical completeness which has not been determined and is in the inadequate category has not yet been achieved. In cycle II student learning outcomes have improved, it is seen from the average value that has increased and is in the very good category. The conclusion of this study is that the existence of teacher teaching activities and student learning activities in learning mathematics by applying problem-based learning can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects in Class V Pai State Primary School

Abstract

This research uses a research and development (R&D) approach. by adapting Alessi and Trolip's development model, namely (1) planning, includes: problem analysis and needs analysis, (2) Design, includes: manufacture flowcharts, storyboards, and interface design, (3) the media development stage, includes material gathering, product manufacturing, code writing, alpha testing, revisions, and beta testing. Data collection tools used were questionnaires, data obtained then analyzed by quantitative descriptive techniques. The research results note that: (1) multimedia development results mathematics learning in the form of an android application with the format * .apk, (2) online general multimedia learning developed is very suitable for use as learning support with an eligibility percentage of 83.34% of the experts media, 70.5% from material experts, and 92.9%, from users, and (3) completeness of the results student learning after using multimedia learning mathematics very much good, which is 80%, thus it can be concluded that the application has a positive impact on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) know the description of the implementation of the experiential learning model in class V SD Inpres Layang Tua II Makassar City, (2) to know the description of the Mathematics learning outcomes of students of SD Inpres Layang Tua II Makassar City, (3) to determine the effect of implementing the experiential model. learning about Mathematics learning outcomes in students of SD Inpres Layang Tua II Makassar City. This type of research is a true experimental research design involving one experimental class and one control class. The research location is in SD Inpres Layang Tua II, Makassar City. The design of this study was a pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this research is the fifth grade students of SD Inpres Layang Tua II Makassar City with a sample of 20 control classes and 20 experimental classes taken randomly. The independent variable in this study is the implementation of the experiential learning model and the dependent variable is the Mathematics learning outcome. Data collection techniques in this study were tests, observation and documentation. The research instrument was a Mathematics learning outcome test with 23 items and a lesson plan (RPP). The data obtained were analyzed by two types of statistics, namely descriptive statistical tests and inferential statistics including: Data Normality Test, Data Homogeneity Test and Hypothesis Test. The results showed that: (i) the application of the experiential learning model in Mathematics learning for fifth grade students of SD Inpres Layang Tua, Makassar City, which consists of concrete experience stages, observation reflection, abstract concepts and applications generally go well, (ii) Mathematics learning outcomes The fifth grade students of SD Inpres Layang Tua II in Makassar City in the pre-test experimental class were lower than the control class with an average score of 47 for the experimental class and 52 for the control class. Meanwhile, in the post-test the experimental class was higher than the control class with an average score. -The experimental class average is 79 and the control class is 70, (iii) there is an effect of the application of the experiential learning model on the Mathematics learning outcomes of class V SD Inpres Layang Tua II Makassar City after hypothesis testing is 0.004 <0.05.
