Abstract

Based on early observation and teaching experience in grade IV student of SDIT Mutiara Hati Payakumbuh, finding writing skill of narrative in grade IV is low. For that need to improvement for help student in writing of narrative by correct stage. The research purpose to explain the process, result and motivate of learning writing skill by environment approach. The kind of the research is class action research through environment approach. Based on the result of research, using environment approach in learning writing student skill of narrative proved can increase writing skill of student. Increasing average in result of learning at pre cycle student writing skill of narrative by average 69,82 %. After did action increase skill become 80,5% at phase II student writing skill increase become 87,5%, writing of narrative through environment approach proved can motivate student by result of questionnaire by student, as many 58,3% student always want to study by environment approach and around 29,2 % hope more after study through environment approach.

Abstract

This research was concerned by students’ low motivation on social studies. This research aims to determine the difference of the students’ learning motivation taught using Quantum Teaching and conventional teaching model on social studies. This research applied quasi-experiment with nonequivalent control group design. The samples were taken with simple random sampling technique, with samples as many as 44 students. Analysis of data used t-test. The result showed that the students’ motivation with Quantum Teaching were higher than conventional teaching model on social studies, where by using statistical test, the tvalue was 5,624 and ttable was 2,089 or knowable tvalue> ttable. It can be concluded that Quantum Teaching model has positive effect to improve students’ learning motivation.

Abstract

Difficulties of primary school students in solving mathematical problems that require problem solving or reasoning abilities indicate the existence of problems in the process of learning mathematics, because one of the purposes of learning mathematics in primary school is to develop the students mathematical problem-solving skills. As a solution to overcome the problems, this research aims at understanding how the implementation of the guided discovery learning model influences mathematical problem-solving skills. This research employs a quasi-experimental design by involving all fifth-grade students at one of primary schools in Tebo Regency, Jambi. The simple random sample was conducted to obtain class VB as experimental class, and class VA as control class. Based on the results of the final score, experiential class obtained an average score of 86.00, and control class obtained an average score of 76.93. The results of hypothesis test using t-test obtained tcount = 2,203 ttable = 2,020, which indicated that H0 was rejected, and H1 was accepted. Therefore, the guided discovery learning model influenced the fifth-grade students mathematical problem-solving skills, thus it is recommended for teachers to be able to use the guided discovery learning model in the mathematics learning process.

Abstract

Mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model Quantum Tecahing dalam pembelajaran tematik terpadu di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Pembelajaran tematik terpadu adalah pembelajaran yang menggunakan tema pada proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini, menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dimana penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas IV SDN 03 Pasaman yang berjumlah 20 orang terdiri dari 12 orang siswa laki-laki dan 8 orang siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran tematik terpadu dengan menggunakan model Quantum Tecahing. Dari nilai rata-rata 73,85% pada siklus I menjadi 87,95% pada siklus II.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar tematik terpadu siswa di kelas V sekolah dasar menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) serta menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini bertempat di SDN 09 Gobah Kecamatan Candung Kabupaten Agam pada siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 12 orang, dengan 7 orang siswa laki-laki dan 5 orang siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari Siklus I dengan rata-rata 78 dalam kategori Cukup (C) meningkat pada Siklus II menjadi 90 dalam kategori Sangat Baik (A).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran tematik terpadu di kelas V SDN gugus I Baruah Gunuang pada semester ganjil tahuan ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen, dan metode penelitian true experimental. Pengambilan data sampel dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 24 orang dengan populasi sebanyak 47 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data berupa tes objektif dengan bentuk pilihan ganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa thitung > ttabel yakni 2,1 > 1,71 dengan ? =0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak. Rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik yang diukur dengan posttest setelah dilakukan pembelajaran, yakni pada kelas eksperimen 85 dan kelas kontrol 80. Sehingga Ha diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe NHT terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran tematik terpadu di kelas V SDN gugus I Baruah Gunuang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menggambarkan pertambahan nilai belajar tematik memakai model Brain Based Learning di kelas 4 SD N 17 Bonjo Alam Ampek Angkek. Penelitian ini ialah PTK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yaitu: a) penilaian RPP siklus satu 82% kemudian meningkat di siklus dua menjadi 97%. b) hasil aktivitas guru pada siklus I 85,64%, meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 92,85%. c) pengamatan aktivitas di siklus satu 85,64% naik di siklus dua 92,85%. d) penilaian hasil belajar siswa di siklus satu rata-ratanya yaitu 76,58 lalu beratambah di siklus dua menjadi 90,76.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this classroom action  research was to describe application of cooperative learning Jigsaw type and to improve learning processes and learning outcomes in the social studies elementary schools' students. Subjects were fifth grade students in the  SDN Baringin Anam Kecamatan Baso Kabupaten Agam. Results found application of the cooperative learning Jigsaw type in teaching social studies included material desription, expert group, home group, and quizz. The application of cooperative learning Jigsaw type improved learning processes and learning outcomes in the social studies elementary schools' students.  Abstrak: penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar  IPS siswa SD. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN Baringin Anam Kecamatan Baso Kabupaten Agam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dalam pembelajaran IPS, meliputi penyajian materi, expert group, home group, dan menjawab kuis. Penerapan model kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil belajar IPS di SD.

Abstract

With the development of technology in the 21st century it has been able to provide pro-active learning, easy to understand and comprehensive as a learning environment, so we need an integrated learning paradigm of HOTS, 4c and tecnology. The problem encountered in this study is that a small percentage of teachers have not used HOTS based question in the learning process that can improve students high-level thingking processes. The purpose of this study is to improve students high level thinking processes in the learning process.The type of research used is development using the Plomp model. The subjects in this study were teachers of Bukittingi City 02 Pilot School. The instrument in student and teacher observation sheets, interviews and learning tools this study produced a HOTS based student worksheet.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of elementary school science students. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of science learning outcomes of elementary school students by using quantum teaching. This research was a classroom action research conducted in class IV SDN 10 Pauh. These results indicated an increase in student learning outcomes starting from the initial ability of 65.13, cycle 1 got an average of 66.92 while cycle 2 got an average of 81.27. The results of this study indicated that there was an increase in the science learning outcomes of elementary school students by using quantum teaching. This study concluded that using quantum teaching can improve the learning outcomes of elementary school students. The implication of this research is that it can be used as a reference in improving science learning outcomes of elementary school students.
