Abstract

The converted Solar energy as electrical and thermal energy was named photovoltaic thermal (PVT). The aim of this study is to the analysis of different length and depth channel effect of photovoltaic thermal with ∇-groove collector by a mathematical model. The matrix inversion was used to analyze the energy balance equation. Simulation results were conducted below the solar intensity of 800 W/m2 and mass flow rate between 0.0069 kg/s and 0.0491 kg/s. Electrical and thermal efficiency was done to assess the effect of different length and channel depth of PVT system with ∇-groove collector. The effect of different length and depth of ∇-groove collector for electrical and thermal performance is caused by changed mass flow rate. The effect Increasing of the mass flow rate of collector increased the thermal and electrical performance of the ∇-groove collector.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran SQ3R merupakan model pembelajaran (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) yang membantu siswa berpikir tentang teks yang mereka baca sehingga siswa mendapatkan pemahaman ketika pertama kali mereka membaca teks tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe SQ3R berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa pada kelas VII MTs Ihya Ulumuddin. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat dua variabel yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, yang dimana variabel bebasnya adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe SQ3R dan variabel terikatnya yaitu hasil belajar fisika siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dimana dalam penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi dan sampel tertentu. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian. Analisis data bersifat kuantitatif/statistik dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t dengan separated varian menunjukan bahwa thitung yang diperoleh sebesar 2,284 dan untuk taraf signifikan 5% didapatkan nilai ttabel = 2,024 dan dk = n1 + n2 – 2 = 20 + 20 – 2 = 38. Karena thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (t_hitung=2,284 t_(tabel )=2,024) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe SQ3R terhadap hasil belajar Fisika siswa kelas VII MTs Ihya Ulumuddin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran learning cycle 7E terhadap hasil belajar dan motivasi siswa kimia kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Brang Rea t.a 2019/2020 secara multivarian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen menggunakan desain possttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Brang Rea t.a 2019/2020. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh, dengan siswa kelas X MIA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas X MIA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda untuk hasil belajar dan angket untuk data motivasi siswa. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa nilai sig. 0,001 < 0,05 artinya tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara motivasi dan hasil belajar kimia peserta didik yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran learning cycle 7E dengan peserta didik yang diajar dengan model konvensional secara multivariat.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Find the influence of the principal's democratic leadership style on students' learning achievement. 2) Finding the effect of teacher's working motivation on students' learning achievement. 3) Discover the influence of the principal's democratic leadership style and teacher's working motivation on student learning achievement. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression and multiple linear regression which is calculated using SPSS 21. The results of the calculation of simple linear regression are: 1) There is an influence of democratic leadership style on students' learning achievement based on sig values of 0,000<0,05 and the calculated t value of 4,823>2,028 and the effect of variable X1 on Y by 39,2%. 2) There is an influence of teacher work motivation on student achievement based on sig. amounted to 0,001<0,05 and the t value of 3,759>2,028 and the influence of X2 on Y was 28,2%. 3) The results of the calculation of the multiple linear regression test that there is an influence of the democratic leadership style of the principal and the work motivation of teachers together on student learning achievement based on sig values of 0,000<0,05 and the value of F value of 21,198>3,26 and the magnitude of the effect of X1 and X2 together against Y of 54,8%. Keywords: Democratic leadership style, teacher work motivation, student learning achievement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. 2) Mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. 3) Mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda yang dihitung dengan bantuan program SPSS 21. Hasil perhitungan regresi linier sederhana adalah: 1) Terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap prestasi belajar siswa berdasarkan nilai sig 0,000<0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,823>2,028 serta pengaruh variabel X1 terhadap Y sebesar 39,2%. 2) Ada pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa berdasarkan sig. sebesar 0,001<0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,759>2,028 serta pengaruh X2 terhadap Y sebesar 28,2%. 3) Hasil perhitungan uji regresi linier berganda bahwa terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa berdasarkan nilai sig 0,000<0,05 dan nilai nilai F sebesar 21.198 > 3,26 dan besarnya pengaruh X1 dan X2 secara bersama-sama terhadap Y sebesar 54,8%. Kata kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, motivasi kerja guru, prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research is in the background of the author's concerns about the teaching and learning process in schools, educators are more dominant than students, shown by the way used by educators when the teaching and learning process still uses the lecture method by giving percentages and practice questions to students and students do not experiment at all in the teaching and learning process so that students have not been very active in building concepts in learning that has taken place In learning curriculum 2013 students are required to be more active in building concepts through scientific approaches such as analyzing, associating, collecting information, questioning, observing and telling about what they have found in the teaching and learning process carried out between educators and students This type of research uses research methods of development or Research and Development (R&D). The development research method is a research method used to produce a certain product, and test the effectiveness of the product. The results showed that the feasibility of LKPD based on discovery learning on the material of the measurement and vector quantity that had been developed by researchers according to the assessment of media experts as a whole got a score of 71% in the feasible criteria. Meanwhile, based on the assessment of experts, the material as a whole got a score of 90% in the criteria is very feasible while the response of students to LKPD based on discovery learning on the material of the measurement and vector quantities that have been developed as a whole gets a score of 89% included in the criteria is very interesting.
