Abstract

A professional teacher not only serves as a teacher, but also as a coach, counselor, facilitators, and managers. In order to perform all these functions, teachers are required to have certain qualifications and competence. One of the competences is competent to apply the various approaches, strategies, methods, and techniques that teach creative learning in subjects taught. This paper attempts to offer an alternative approach that is independently developed by the author and has been tested in its application of PAI learning, which is reflective learning. Reflective learning can help learners improve their understanding and awareness of Islamic values learned through learning activities which involve the process of reflection. Application of reflective learning approach has been proven to improve the success of PAI learning in schools characterized by increased religiosity of students, both in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and attractiveness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the success of PAI (Pendidikan Agama Islam or Islamic Education) instruction at Senior High School by developing a model of PAI instruction through the application of reflective learning approach. This study was carried out by using proactive action research method and intervention action model used by John Elliot. The data were collected and analyzed by using mixed method approach.The results showed that the performance of PAI instruction at Senior High School, which is indicated by the improvement of students’ religiosity, can be increased through the application of reflective learning approach. Moreover, the use of this reflective learning approach is also effective to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and appeal of PAI instruction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh gambaran empirik tentang faktor penyebab belum maksimalnya pencapaian Angka Partisipasi Kasar (APK) SLTA di Propinsi Sumatera Selatan pasca diterapkannya Program Sekolah Gratis. Penelitian dilakukan di tiga Kota/Kabupaten yang meliputi Palembang, Banyuasin, dan OKU Selatan dengan pertimbangan merupakan representasi daerah yang memiliki APK SLTA rendah dari wilayah perkotaan dan pedesaan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Responden penelitiannya adalah anak-anak yang tidak melanjutkan ke SLTA, orang tua, dan masyarakat setempat. Teknik pengumpulan datanya meliputi wawancara mendalam, focus group discussion, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis datanya meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data, interpretasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Belum maksimalnya pencapaian APK SLTA di Sumatera Selatan disebabkan oleh banyak faktor yang berbeda-beda, meliputi status sosial ekonomi, budaya, daya tampung sekolah, dan lingkungan; 2) Faktor status sosial ekonomi menjadi penyebab utama belum maksimalnya pencapaian APK SLTA, baik di wilayah perkotaan maupun pedesaan, dan 3) Faktor lain yang juga menjadi penyebab belum maksimalnya pencapaian APK SLTA namun hanya ada di sebagian wilayah adalah geografis dan kemampuan anak.

Abstract

Lingkungan sekolah merupakan lingkungan pendidikan utama yang kedua setelah kelurga. Siswa-siswi, guru administrator, konselor hidup bersama dan melaksanakan pendidikan secara teratur dan terencana dengan baik. Masalah yang diteliti dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana keadaan lingkungan SMP Negeri 9 Tulung Selapan Kabupaten OKI. Bagaimana hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 9 Tulung Selapan Kabupaten OKI. Adakah pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 9 Tulung Selapan Kabupaten OKI.Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 9 Tulung Selapan Kabupaten OKI untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Sampel dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil 33 orang siswa dari seluruh siswa yang diantaranya 11 orang siswa dari kelas VII, 11 orang siswa dari kelas VIII dan 11 orang siswa dari kelas IX. Kemudian untuk memperoleh data peneliti menggunakan alat pengumpulan data berupa angket, dokumentasi dan observasi. Untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini, maka peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus statistik yaitu Mean (rata-rata), Standar Deviasi (SD), TSR, kemudian korelasi product moment dan koefisien determinasi.Berdasarkan hasil Uji hipotesis bahwa terdapat pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 9 Tulung Selapan Kabupaten OKI. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai “r” sebesar 0,539 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,355 (5%) dan 0,456 (1%). Dengan demikian “r” hitung 0,539 lebih besar dari “r” tabel baik pada signifikansi 5 % maupun 1 %. Kemudian perhitungan koefisien determinasi diperoleh R2 0,290 berarti hasil belajar siswa 29% dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sekolah. Sehingga hipotesis alternatif Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 9 tulung Selapan Kabupaten OKI.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze what factors influence the learning outcomes of children with intellectual disabilities and dual mental retardation in Islamic religious education subjects at SLB Waraqil Jannah Kec. X Koto Pan Overview West Sumatra. The study only focused on three factors, the first is the type of disability, intelligence level and learning motivation factors. This research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 29 mentally retarded children and multiple mentally retarded children. Data collection methods used were questionnaire and documentation methods which were then analyzed using the Chi Squaer formula. The results of the study showed that there was no influence of the three research variables with the acquisition of a disability value of 1.19225, the price of Kai Squared was much smaller on the significance table of 5% or 1% or 40.113 <1.19255 <46.963. The acquisition value of the intelligence level of 5.4452558 which is relatively low than the price of Kai Square is much smaller in the significance table of 5% or 1% or 40.113 <5.4452558 <46.963. The value of learning motivation of 0.117347379 which is relatively low than the price of Kai Squared is much smaller in the significance table of 5% or 1% or 41,337 <0,117347379 <48,278.

Abstract

Difficulties of students in understanding the subject matter well and different levels of intelligence as well as a lack of participation and response of students. so students find it difficult to focus in accepting the explanations that are submitted by the teacher. So the method of learning is needed in improving student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of the application of the Bingo game method in improving student learning outcomes in the subject of Fiqh. This research is using experimental method. The research sample is students of MTs N 1 Palembang model consisting of 43 experimental class students and 44 control class students. Data obtained using tests, and documentation. Then the data collected was analyzed by t test statistics. The results of this study indicate: (1) The average experimental class learning outcomes with a percentage level namely: high category 8 students (19%), 31 students (72%), low 4 students (9%). (2) The averagecontrol class learning outcomes with a percentage level namely:high category 8 students (18%), medium 30 students (68%), low 6 students (14%). (3) There is a significant influence between the learning outcomes of the experimental class students compared to the learning outcomes of the control class. Because the price of t = 5.47> from the significant level of 1.99.

Abstract

Acts of violence in schools are increasingly prevalent with a lot of reporting about acts of violence both in print and in electronic media. One example of acts of violence that occur at school is bullying, victims of bullying have poor social adjustments that result in students withdrawing from relationships, becoming moody, and even lazy to go to school. So that it affects the confidence of students who experience bullying. The purpose of this research is to find out how the experience of bullying and to know how the students ' self-confidence and how the experience bullying influences the students' self-confidence in MTs Miftahul Ulum Muktijaya Muara Telang District, Banyuasin Regency.This research belongs to the type of quantitative research with data analysis techniques using Product Moment correlation. Sampling using saturated sampling techniques with a population of 65 students. And data collection techniques using the method of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study were obtained: 1) experience with bullying experienced by students of MTs Miftahul Ulum Muktijaya Muara Telang District Banyuasin Regency classified in the high category with a percentage of 38% with a total of 25 students 2) student confidence MTs Miftahul Ulum Muktijaya Muara Telang District Banyuasin Regency is classified in the medium category with a percentage of 68% with a total of 44 students 3) There is an influence of experience with bullying on student confidence in Ms. the value of t count is greater than the value of t table with a significant level of 5% or a significant level of 1% that is 0.2058 <2.19> 0.2441 then Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence between experience with bullying on student confidence in MTs Miftahul Ulum Muktijaya Muara Telan District g Regency of Banyuasin.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of teachers' pedagogic competence and professional competence on the quality of learning and student learning outcomes in fiqh subjects. The method used in this research was quantitative to see the causal relationship between research variables. The population and samples used in the study were 51 teachers of fiqh subjects in the South Lampung Regency. Data were collected through a questionnaire. The method of data analysis was done by path analysis. The study showed that first, pedagogic competence positively correlated to the quality of the learning process by 31%. Second, professional competence positively correlated to the quality of the learning process by 18%. Third, pedagogic competence and professional competence positively correlated to the quality of the learning process by 36%. Fourth, pedagogic competence positively correlated to learning outcomes by 37%. Fifth, professional competence positively correlated to learning outcomes by 19%. Sixth, pedagogic competence and professional competence positively correlated to learning outcomes by 30%. Seventh, the learning process positively correlated to learning outcomes by 16%. Thus, teachers' pedagogic competence and professional competence affected the quality of the fiqh learning process and student learning outcomes. Therefore, teachers were expected to improve their pedagogic and professional competencies continuously.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of parental attention, social media, and religiosity on adolescent morals at a Madrasah Aliyah Negeri, South Lampung. The research was quantitative. The population in the study was 450 students, with a proportional random sampling technique; the sample used was 82 students. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The method of data analysis was done by descriptive analysis and path analysis. The study showed that first, the effect of parental attention on adolescent morals was 13% in the low category. Second, the influence of social media on adolescent morals was 32% in the medium category. Third, the influence of religiosity on adolescent morals was 53% in a strong category. And fourth, the correlation of the effect of parental attention, social media, and religiosity on adolescent morals simultaneously was 57%. Thus, parental engagement, social media, and religiosity positively affected adolescent morals.

Abstract

The study aimed to prove the effect of single-parent (father) parenting and peer conformity on religiosity in adolescents in the Marga Sekampung sub-district, East Lampung district. The study was a quantitative study with a population and sample of 51 adolescents aged 10-16 years. Data was collected through questionnaires and documentation. Instrument validity was through Product Moment correlation and instrument reliability through the split-half technique. The data analysis technique is through the prerequisite test with normality and homogeneity tests, variable description, and the hypothesis test with simple linear regression and multiple regression tests. The study found that the effect of single-parent (father) parenting, peer conformity, and self-concept together on adolescent religiosity was 82.8% and 17.2% affected by other factors.
