Abstract

ABSTRAKKata Kunci: Lupus  eritematosus  sistemik  (LES) merupakan  penyakit  autoimun  yang  ditandai  oleh  peradangan  kronis  dan  akut. Biomarker klasik untuk mendeteksi adanya penyakit LES adalah antibody anti-double stranded DNA (anti-dsDNA) dan urine Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1   (uMCP-1).   Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara kedua biomarker tersebut dengan klasifikasi histopatologis nefritis lupus untuk mengganti biopsi ginjal dalam penentuan kelas histopatologi nefritis lupus.   Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 11 bulan   berupa studi observasional dengan pengambilan sampel darah dan urin untuk mengetahui kadar antibodi anti-dsDNA dan MCP-1, serta biopsi ginjal untuk menentukan kelas nefritis lupus berdasarkan klasifikasi WHO tahun 1982.   Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan (p=0,208>α) antara mean rank kadar anti-dsDNA pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok kasus,begitu pula dengan hasil perbandingan mean rank kadar uMCP-1 (p=0,247>α).   Uji korelasi Spearman's rho,menunjukkan hubungan signifikan kadar anti-dsDNA dan kadar uMCP-1 (r = 0,861; p<0,001). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kadar biomarker antibodi anti-dsDNA dan urine MCP1 pada kejadian nefritis lupus dan klasifikasi histopatologi nefritis lupus, namun terdapat hubungan yang sangat erat antara kadar biomarker antibodi anti-dsDNA dengan kadar urine MCP-1. Nilai sensitifitas kadar anti-dsDNA dan uMCP-1  lebih rendah yaitu 20% – 40% dibandingkan dengan nilai spesifisitasnya, yaitu 50% – 83,33%.Kata Kunci: Anti-dsDNA, uMCP-1, klasifikasi histopatologi, nefritis  lupus

Abstract

Saat ini dunia dikejutkan dengan berita mewabahnya penyakit yang disebut corona virus disease 19 (COVID-19). Virus SARS-CoV2 ini sudah menjangkau seluruh dunia (213 negara, area, atau teritori), termasuk Indonesia. Kunci keberhasilan dalam mengatasi Covid-19 adalah melalui gerakan preventif untuk mempraktekkan pola hidup sehat dan membatasi kontak fisik. Selain itu, perlu meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh terhadap infeksi dengan asupan zat gizi yang cukup dan beragam. Penyuluhan “Gizi untuk Meningkatkan Imunitas” merupakan upaya mendukung strategi prioritas pemerintah dalam menghadapi pandemi. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi D3 Perekam dan Informasi Kesehatan STIKes Husada Borneo sebagai lingkungan terdekat sekaligus bagian dari civitas akademika STIKes Husada Borneo. Penyuluhan ini dilakukan secara virtual dengan aplikasi whatsap group dan youtube serta pretest dan postest. Berdasarkan hasil penyuluhan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta dengan metode penyuluhan secara daring/online menggunakan media video audio visual, walaupun perubahananya tidak begitu besar. Hal tersebut dikarenakan materi penyuluhan tidak disampaikan secara langsung mengingat pada saat pelaksanaan penyuluhan sedang terjadi pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Iron-deficiency anemia is a common nutritional problem in the world. The prevalence of anemia in Indonesia is still quite high, which is 26,50% on female teenagers. Lot of female teenagers suffer from anemia, because adolescence is a period of growth which requires high nutrients including iron, protein also plays an important role in iron transportation inside the body, as well as increased consumption of vitamin C as much as 25-250 mg may increase the absorption of an iron 2-5 times. Based on the results of hemoglobin concentration (Hb) in MTs Al-Amin schoolgirl Martapura there are 90 students that 48,89% or 44 girls who suffer from anemia. This study aims to know intake of iron, protein and vitamin C as a risk factor for anemia in MTs Al-Amin schoolgirl Martapura Banjar District in 2013. This research using case control observations design. Samples as much as 88 students, 44 female students suffering from anemia (cases) and 44. variables using chi-square shows, iron intake obtained p = 0,01 and protein intake obtained values p = 0,00 which means that there is a relationship of iron and protein intake with the occurrence of anemia. At the same case the intake of vitamin C obtained p value = 0,13 which means that there is no relationship of vitamin C intake with anemia.

Abstract

Nutritional problems are the exist problems in every country, particularly Indonesia unfinished controlled is malnutrition and anemia. The high prevalence of short adolescents with percentages as much as 31,2% and the prevalence of adolescents with the percentage of 8,9%. While adolescent pravelensi anemia for girls is 23,9% and that 23,9% of young men. Tempe flour has a sweet flavor. However, the protein content remains high. Moringa leaf flour is flour which contains more iron than spinach and is suitable for the replacement of wheat flour. This study aims to determine the percentage of wheat flour, soybean meal and flour of Moringa leaves on the quality (protein and iron) and wet noodle acceptance (color, aroma, texture and taste). This study is an experiment with a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and three replicates. Test methods for the protein content is Kjedahl. Test Method Iron is titration. Data analysis is the one-way ANOVA. Results showed no effect of flour, soy flour and Moringa leaves the protein content of wet noodles (p = 0.088), while the levels of iron there is no influence of the percentage of flour, soy flour and moringa leaves wet noodles 9 (p = 0,134). There is an influence on the color test (p = 0.000), aroma (p = 0,000), and texture (p = 0,009).

Abstract

The main cause of heart disease (cardiovascular) is manifestation of arterosclerosis in coronary arteries. Risk factors for coronary heart disease are abnormalities of lipid profile and obesity. Waist circumference is an indicator used to determine the amount of excess fat in the abdomen. Based on the research, the higher ratio of waist circumferencewill be followed by high LDL cholesterol, triglyceride levels and total cholesterol levels. The purpose of this study is the association of obesity indicators with total cholesterol and triglyceride levels of heart disease patients in the Heart Polyclinic of RSUD Brig. H. Hasan Basry Kandangan. This research is an observational analytic research and use cross sectional design. The sample in this study amounted to 78 respondents (48 men and 30 women) with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis with Pearson correlation test with p value <0,05. Based on the research that has been done, the results obtained thatratio of waist circumference ideal of male respondents as much as 30 respondents and women as many as 9 respondents. Total cholesterol content of respondents mostly in the high category (≥ 240 mg/dl), which is 41 respondents; triglyceride levels of respondents are mostly in the high category (250-500 mg/dl), as many as 38 respondents. There is a relationship between ratio of waist circumference with total cholesterol and triglyceride levels of respondents at H. Hasan Basry Kandangan Hospital.

Abstract

The nutritional problem is essentially a public health problem, but its mitigation can not be done with medical approach and health service only, so the cause of nutritional problem is multifactor. In national, the prevalence of less body weight and less nutrition in 2010 decreased to 17.9% in 2013 increased to 19.6%. Biscuits is a type of product that is considered able to meet the requirements to improve the nutritional status of biscuits because it is one of the foods favored by the wider community with the use and addition of food ingredients such as tempe and jackfruit seeds that have a fairly good nutritional content. The type of this research is experimental. The research design is Randomized Complete Design (RAL), with 4 treatments and 3 replication. The results showed that treatment of P3 contained the highest protein, carbohydrate and calcium content of 12.7%, 71.87%, 97.67% with proportion (50% flour: tempe 30% flour: 20% jackfruit flour) and the lowest yield is in treatment P0 with proportion (100% flour: 0% tempe flour: 0% jackfruit flour). Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the addition of flour seeds and jackfruit seed flour can affect the levels of protein, carbohydrate and calcium

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five due to chronic malnutrition so that the child is too short from his age. The results of the Basic Health Research in 2018 showed the prevalence of stunting reaching 30.8%. Based on the results of Monitoring the Nutritional Status in 2017 in the province of South Kalimantan the prevalence of stunting was 34.2%. This prevalence rate has increased compared to the 2016 results of 31.1% while the WHO limit is <20%. Efforts to overcome nutritional deficiencies that occur in toddler need the Supplementary Feeding. The purpose of this study was to analyze the macro nutrient content of biscuits with catfish flour and soy flour formulations. This research is an experimental research with a completely randomized design with 4 formulations and 3 replications. The dependent variable in this study is the content of macro nutrients (carbohydrates, protein and fat), while the independent variables, namely the formulation of wheat flour, soy flour, catfish flour. Data analysis techniques used statistical analysis of variance analysis (one way ANOVA). The results showed the highest average carbohydrate content in the P0 formulation (control), namely 57.65%, the highest protein content in P3 formulation (25% catfish flour: 5% soy flour), which was 11.33%, while the highest fat content in P2 formulation(20% catfish flour: 10% soy flour), which is 19.65%. Based on statistical tests, it is proven that there are differences in the macro nutrients content (carbohydrates, proteins and fats) of biscuits to catfish flour and soy flour formulations. The best biscuit formulation in terms of macro nutrient content to stunting prevention efforts is P3 formulation (25% catfish flour: 5% soy flour).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of counseling about clean and healthy life behaviour (PHBS) to knowledge, attitude and action of PHBS family in the village of Lok Buntar Sungai Tabuk South Kalimantan. This study used a pre-eksperiment design method with One group pre test and post test design.Wilcoxon signed ranks test and Paired t test results showed an influence between counseling about Clean and Healthy Life Behaviour (PHBS) on knowledge, attitudes and action of PHBS Family. That result showed an difference of knowledge, before and after counseling. That also showed an attitude and action about PHBS.Before counseling the knowledge of respondents in good category as much 7 respondents (23%) and after counseling increased to 22 respondents (73,4%). About attitude of PHBS, before counseling in good category as much 1 respondents (3,3%) increase to 11 respondents (37%) in after counseling. About action of PHBS, before counseling nothing respondents in good category and after counseling increase to 9 respondents (30%) in good category

Abstract

Non-compliance diabetes mellitus patients to the diet can be seen from the many leftover food. Leftover food is one indicator ofthe success of nutrition services in the in patient unit. Leftovers food occurs because patients do not spend on food that has been given. The maincause of external factors and internal factors, but there are other factors that caused leftovers is food quality factors consisting of a food variety, food appearance and taste of food is also one causes of leftover food. This researchaimed to know the factors related with the occurrence leftovers food of diabetes mellitus patients in Dr. H.Moch. Ansari Saleh Hospital Banjarmasin. The research design was across sectional survey approach. Sample was 45 patients with diabetes mellitus who are under going treatment in the Safir room and Nilam room. The statistical testused was a Chi-Square. Research result shows that respondents who expressed a variety of food is satisfactory (88,9%), food appearance was satisfactory (84,4%), taste the food was satisfactory (66,7%), the average leftovers food of patient remain many (>25%) on the type of vegetableside dish that is equal to 55,6%, animal side dish and fruit of 51,1% and average leftovers food of patient overall remain many (>25%) is equal to(55,6%). Chi-Square test results showed no correlation between variety of food and food appearance with leftovers food (p >0,05), while the taste of the food has a significant correlation with the leftovers food (p <0,05).

Abstract

The prevalence of malnutrition in toodler in Indonesia is still high at 17.9% and stunting 35.6%. Lack of nutritional knowledge and health of parents, especially mothers is one of the causes of malnutrition in toodler. Nutrition education is an approach to produce individual or community behavior that is needed in maintaining balanced nutrition. This study aims to determine changes in knowledge and behavior of mothers after giving nutritional education. This research method was experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. Statistical tests used the T test with 2 free samples on 80 samples that selected by probality sampling with simple random sampling technique. The results showed the control group of 10 respondents (25%) had good knowledge, increased to 13 respondents (33%) after 3 days without intervention, while the intervention group of 15 people (37%) had good knowledge, after 3 days given the intervention increased to 18 people (45%). Maternal behavior in control group had 17 respondents (43%) good behavior, increased to 22 respondents (55%), while the intervention group 22 people (55%) good behavior, increased to 24 people (60%) after giving nutrition education. There was a difference in knowledge between the control group and the intervention group (p = 0.001) and there were differences in maternal behavior between the control group who were not given nutrition education and the intervention group who were given nutrition education (p = 0.001).
