Abstract

Adolescence is a transitional period between childhood toward adulthood where there growth spurt (growth spurt) physically and psychologically. Entering adolescence will be preceded by the occurrence of sexual maturity. Teens will be faced with circumstances that require adjustments to be able to accept the changes that happened to him. Negative responses about physical changes in adolescents can lead to various effects such as feeling embarrassed, did not want to hang out, feeling awkward with a new look. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the level of knowledge with self adjusting puberty in girls junior Darul Hijrah Banjarbaru. Types with cross sectional analytic study. The samples in this study were 100 student girls in junior high school DarulHijrah. The results showed that the level of knowledge about puberty girls are in categories A total of 47%. Adjustment teenage girls at puberty is having a negative behavior as much as 61%. Analysis using chi-square test to get the value p = 0.001 <α 0.05. There is a relationship with the knowledge level adjustment teenage girls facing puberty in junior Darul Hijrah Banjarbaru. suggestion to young women to further increase the knowledge about puberty so it can adapt to meet the physical changes that are being experienced.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate whether there is a role of academic self-efficacy on academic burnout in high school students during the transition from online learning to offline learning. The method used in this study was a quantitative correlational survey with a cross sectional research design. The characteristics of the respondents included the high school students who experienced the transition from online learning to offline learning. The sampling technique was thenon-probability sampling with the purposive sampling type. Data were collected through offline and online questionnaires via google form. The measurement instruments consisted of the Morgan-Jinks Student Efficacy Scale (MJSES) and the School Burnout Inventory (SBI) which had gone through the adaptation process according to the stages of Beaton et al. (2000). The respondents in this study were (n=243) from three different high schools in Banjarmasin. The result of hypothesis testing using the simple linear regression analysis showed a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.001) and a regression coefficient b = -0.341. It can be assumed that there is a significant negative role between academic self-efficacy and academic burnout in high school students during the transition from online learning to offline learning. The academic self-efficacy variable had a contribution of 11.6% to academic burnout, and the rest was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Flow akademik merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini dikarenakan peserta didik yang berada dalam kondisi flow mampu berkonsentrasi penuh pada pelajaran yang diikutinya dan menunjukkan antusiasme dalam belajar walaupun berada dalam situasi sulit dan menantang, seperti halnya saat menghadapi kondisi lingkungan sekolah yang kurang mendukung. Ada beberapa faktor yang diprediksi dapat berperan terhadap flow akademik siswa yang bersekolah di lahan gambut yang rawan terkena bencana kabut asap: kesadaran diri, resiliensi, dan dukungan teman sebaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kesadaran diri, resiliensi, dan dukungan teman sebaya terhadap flow akademik. Manfaat dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memberikan informasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap flow akademik. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X dan XI SMKN 1 Gambut yang berjumlah 232 orang dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat alat ukur, yaitu skala flow akademik Csikzentmihalyi (2014), skala kesadaran diri Goleman (2011), skala resiliensi Reivich & Shatte (2002), dan skala dukungan teman sebaya Solomon (2004). Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat peranan kesadaran diri, resiliensi, dan dukungan teman sebaya terhadap flow akademik (F(3, 228) = 8.539; p < .05). Kesadaran diri, resiliensi, dan dukungan teman sebaya juga secara parsial berperan signifikan terhadap flow akademik siswa (p < .05). Sumbangan efektif ketiga faktor yang berperan terhadap flow akademik adalah sebesar 10.1%.
