Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve elementary school students’ active learning behaviour and students’ learning motivation through the implementation of active, creative, effective, and enjoyment learning process. The design of this research was classroom action research. The research setting was fourth grade SDN  (state elementary school) Bandulan II Kota Malang in the Indonesia language course. The subjcts were teachers and students of fourth grade SDN  (state elementary school) Bandulan II Kota Malang in the Indonesia language course. The data collection techniques were observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The colleted data were analysed using qualitative and descriptive. The research was conducted through two cycles. The results found that through the implementation of active, creative, effective, and enjoyment learning model improved elementary school students’ active learning behaviour and students’ learning motivation.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari pengembangan ini untuk menghasilkan suatu produk e-module yang layak dan valid sebagai sumber belajar yang efektif serta mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPA SMP pokok bahasan interaksi makhluk hidup dengan lingkungannya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-module ini valid dan layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran individual dan menunjukkan bahwa e-module ini mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa khususnya pada materi Interaksi Makhluk Hidup dengan Lingkungannya.Abstract: The purpose of this development is to produce an e-module product that is feasible and valid as an effective learning resource and is able to improve student learning outcomes in junior high school science subjects, the subject of the interaction of living things with their environment. The results show that this e-module is valid. and suitable for use in the individual learning process and shows that this e-module is able to improve student learning outcomes, especially in the material of the interaction of living things with their environment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembelajaran geometri tidak terlepas dari fase pembelajaran geometri yang berlandaskan pada teori Van Hiele untuk meningkatkan level berfikir geometri pada siswa. E-module geometri yang disusun berdasarkan fase pembelajaran geometri berperan sebagai bahan ajar pada pembelajaran secara daring maupun luring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-module geometri khususnya pada materi segiempat dengan model pengembangan ADDIE oleh Branch. Subjek penelitian menggunakan siswa kelas VII SMP di Malang sebanyak 18 orang. Hasil pengembangan telah divalidasi oleh beberapa ahli dengan kategori sangat valid. Sedangkan efektivitas dari e-module geometri ditentukan dengan melihat nilai g yang mencapai angka 0.3, yang menunjukkan bahwa e-module geometri cukup efektif pada peningkatan hasil belajar materi segiempat. Selain itu e-module dapat diimplementasikan pada proses pembelajaran baik di kelas maupun pembelajaran jarak jauh.Abstract: The concept of learning geometry is based on phases of learning geometry, by Van Hiele, which enhances about students’ levels of geometric thinking. Drafting geometry e-module based on phases of learning geometry becomes one of the teaching materials and has a role in online and offline learning. This study focuses on developing a geometry e-module, on quadrilaterals. The development model used ADDIE by Branch. The research is participated by 18 students of grade VII in secondary school on Malang. The product has been validated by experts, which were perfectly valid. Meanwhile, the effect of the e-module is determined by looking at the gain score, was 0.3, which indicates that geometry e-module is quite effective in enhancing learning outcomes of quadrilaterals and implemented in classroom or distance learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in self efficacy between middle school male and female students in Mathematics. This research is a quantitative study to find out the level of self efficacy in 108 male students and 118 female students of class VIII middle school, using a self efficacy questionnaire consisting of reasoned statement items with a reliability value of 0.844. The analysis showed that the average self efficacy in mathematics learning for male students was 92.77 and for women 90.27 of the maximum value of 120, was in the high category. This shows that most male and female students have great confidence in solving mathematical problems. Therefore, it can be said that there is no significant difference in mathematical self efficacy between male and female students

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan modul elektronik menggunakan scaffolding dalam pembelajaran agama Kristen bagi komunitas remaja Kristen Sumba, serta menguji kelayakannya. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE yang mencakup langkah Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation. Produk E-modul menggunakan scaffolding ini memiliki tingkat kelayakan materi 97,5%, kelayakan desain pembelajaran 96,25%, dan kelayakan media pembelajaran 95%. Sedangkan tingkat kelayakannya berdasarkan uji coba perorangan  adalah 99,16 %, berdasarkan uji coba kelompok kecil adalah 96,67% dan berdasarkan uji coba lapangan 94,71% dengan kualifikasi sangat layak dan tidak perlu direvisi. Selain itu, hasil uji efektivitas penggunaan e-modul masuk kualifikasi efektif berdasarkan pre test dan post test.Abstract: The aim of this research is to produce an electronic module that uses scaffolding in Christian Instructional for Sumba Christian Adolescence Community, as well as examining the feasibility. The Development Model used is the ADDIE model which completes the steps of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This product has a material level of 97,5%, the feasibility of instructional design 96,25%, and feasibility of instructional media expert 95%.  Additionally, the trial rate based on individual trials is 99,16%, based on small group trials is  96,67%, and based on field trials 94,71% with very decent qualifications and do not need to be revised. In addition, the result of the effectiveness of the use of e-modules into effective qualifications based on pre-test and post-test.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning materials is one of the important components of learning. Learning materials based on Augmented reality is capable of accommodating the needs of learners. Augmented reality intends to insert virtual objects into the real environment. In recent activity, learning materials are still using conventional media such as presentation slides and the internet. Consequently, students do not obtain appropriate material for certain learning. Learning materials assisted by augmented reality can be a solution for students in understanding moving pictures. The development model used was the Lee & Owens model. It produces valid and effective learning material products with augmented reality.Key Words: learning materials, augmented reality, motion picture, multimedia, vocational high schoolAbstrak: Bahan ajar merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam pembelajaran. Bahan ajar yang baik ialah bahan ajar yang mampu mengakomodir kebutuhan pebelajar. Pada sekolah yang diteliti, bahan ajar yang ada masih menggunakan media slide presentasi dan bahan ajar diambil dari internet, sehingga pebelajar mengalami kesulitan jika sudah berada di luar kelas. Selain itu, pebelajar mengalami kesulitan belajar materi yang sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan. Bahan ajar berbantuan augmented reality dapat menjadi solusi bagi pebelajar dalam memahami pengambilan gambar bergerak. Model pengembangan yang digunakan ialah model Lee & Owens. Penelitian menghasilkan produk bahan ajar berbantuan augmented reality yang valid dan efektif.Kata kunci: bahan ajar, augmented reality, gambar bergerak, multimedia, sekolah menengah kejuruan

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research prove of difference between the limited critical thinking ability and the general critical thinking ability of learners using the methods of debate and discussion with learners who have different learning styles. Using a quasi-experimental design with testing and rating scales, the results showed: (1) there is no difference between the limited critical thinking ability of learners between students who use the method of debate and discussion. There is a difference between the general critical thinking ability of learners between students using the method of debate and those who are using discussion method (2) there is a difference in limited critical thinking ability and the general critical thinking ability between converging learning styles and divergent learning styles; (3) there is an interaction between instructional methods and learning styles on the limited critical thinking ability. The effect of learning methods to the general critical thinking ability is not influenced by the style of learning.Key Words: debate methods, discussion methods, learning styles, critical thinkingAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan perbedaan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis terbatas dan kemampuan berpikir kritis umum peserta didik menggunakan metode debat dan diskusi dengan gaya belajar yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental dengan skala pengujian dan penilaian. Hasil menunjukkan: (1) tidak ada perbedaan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis terbatas peserta didik di antara siswa yang menggunakan metode debat dan diskusi. Ada perbedaan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis umum peserta didik di antara siswa yang menggunakan metode debat dan diskusi; (2) ada perbedaan dalam kemampuan berpikir kritis terbatas dan kemampuan berpikir kritis umum antara siswa dengan gaya belajar konvergen dan divergen; (3) ada interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dan gaya belajar pada kemampuan berpikir kritis terbatas. Pengaruh metode pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis umum tidak dipengaruhi oleh gaya belajar.Kata kunci: metode debat, metode diskusi, gaya belajar, berpikir kritis

Abstract

This study aims at discovering the learning outcome of the students using CTL and conventional learning strategy and also to investigate the learning outcome of sociology among the students who possess a divergent and convergent thinking style. The result of this study showed that (1) the learning outcome of the students using CTL is higher than using conventional learning strategy, (2) the learning outcome of the students who possess a divergent thinking style is higher the students who possess a convergent thinking style, and (3) there is an interaction between learning strategy and both divergent and convergent thinking style in the learning outcome of the students.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa yang diajar  menggunakan strategi pembelajaran CTL dan konvensional serta hasil belajar sosiologi siswa yang memiliki gaya berpikir divergen dan konvergen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) hasil belajar sosiologi yang diajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran kontekstual (CTL) lebih baik daripada hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran konvensional, (2) hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki gaya berpikir divergen lebih baik dari hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki gaya berpikir konvergen, dan (3) terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan gaya berpikir divergen maupun konvergen dalam memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The research objective is to produce and test the feasibility of textbooks based Sasak language thingking high order skills for junior high school students. The model used is a model development Dick, Carey & Carey until the ninth stage. The product development is validated by subject matter experts with the level of validity 73%, media expert with a degree of validity of 84%, a learning design with a level of validity 90.4%, individual testing with a level of validity to 68%, small group trial with a level of validity 82% and test field trials with a validity rate of 89% with a very worthy qualification does not need revision.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menghasilkan dan menguji kelayakan buku bahan ajar bahasa Sasak berbasis High Order Thingking Skills untuk siswa SMP. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Dick, Carey & Carey sampai pada tahapan yang kesembilan. Pengembangan produk ini divalidasi oleh ahli materi dengan tingkat kevalidan 73%, ahli media dengan tingkat kevalidan 84%, ahli desain pembelajaran dengan tingkat kevalidan 90.4%, uji coba perorangan dengan tingkat kevalidan 68%, uji coba kelompok kecil dengan tingkat kevalidan 82% dan uji coba lapangan dengan tingkat kevalidan 89% dengan kualifikasi sangat layak tidak perlu revisi.

Abstract

Abstract: This development research aims to produce a project-based learning model by applying the design thinking method to improve students' critical thinking skills in chemistry subjects. This learning model has six stages, namely Empathy-Define-Project Determination, Ideate - Prototype - Develop Project Planning, Schedule Preparation, Project Completion-Test, Report Preparation and Presentation and Evaluation. This development research applies the 4D model (define, design, develop, disseminate) developed by Thiagarajan. The results showed that the learning model developed was feasible, namely valid, practical and effective so that it could be implemented in learning to improve students' critical thinking skills in chemistry subjects.Abstrak: Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan menerapkan metode design thinking untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam mata pelajaran kimia. Model ini memiliki enam tahap yaitu Empathy-Define-Penentuan Proyek, Ideate – Prototype – Menyusun Perencanaan Proyek, Penyusunan Jadwal, Penyelesaian Proyek-Test, Penyusunan Laporan dan Presentasi dan Evaluasi. Penelitian pengembangan ini menerapkan model 4D (define, design, develop, disseminate) yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan telah layak, yaitu valid, praktis, dan efektif sehingga dapat diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam mata pelajaran kimia.
