Abstract

Abstract: Improving the guidance of Higher Education Tri Dharma is the main factor that must be done by lecturers in all state and private universities. The research used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Using analysis software Eviews 9 and data in this study the results of questionnaires and interviews with respondents and observations at the University of Islamic Lamongan. The subject of this study was 270 at the University of Islamic Lamongan. The results of this study increase the guidance of Tri Dharma Perguran Tinggi by the behavior of human resources has run quite well, proven by 44 beginner lecturer research and community service 2017/2018 obtained from DIKTI. Abstrak: Peningkatan pembinaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi merupakan faktor utama yang harus dilakukan oleh dosen di semua perguruan tinggi negeri ataupun swasta. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan diskriptif kuantitatif. Menggunakan software analisis Eviews 9 dan data dalam penelitian ini hasil kuesioner dan wawancara pada responden dan observasi dosen universitas islam lamongan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 270 dosen Universitas Islam Lamongan. Hasil dari penelitian ini peningkatan pembinaan Tri Dharma Perguran Tinggi oleh perilaku sumber daya manusia sudah berjalan cukup baik, terbukti 44 penelitian dosen pemula dan pengabdian masyarakat tahun 2017/2018 diperoleh dari DIKTI.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to learn about community participation in the proses of education in Lamongan Regency. The data was collected through a descriptive qualitative approach and using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) as technique. Discussions conducted together with the literacy, education and social communities resulted in the findings that: (1) several activities carried out in the delivery of education during the pandemic were in the form of persuasion as well as activities based on the results of an analysis of the environmental conditions (grass roots problem), and (2) synergy between communities is able to contribute in the form of thoughts and actions as a learning solution carried out in the family and community environment. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari tentang peran serta komunitas dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Kabupaten Lamongan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan teknik wawancara dalam Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Diskusi yang dilakukan bersama dengan komunitas literasi, pendidikan dan sosial menghasilkan temuan bahwa: (1) beberapa kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan selama pandemi berupa ajakan (persuasive) maupun kegiatan yang didasarkan pada hasil analisis kondisi lingkungan sekitar (grass roots problem), dan (2) sinergitas antar komunitas mampu memberikan sumbangsih berupa pemikiran dan tindakan sebagai solusi pembelajaran yang dilakukan dalam lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract: Education and curriculum are one thing that is closely related. This is because the curriculum determines the direction, content, and process of running educational activities, which ultimately determines the quality of graduates and educational institutions. This study aimed to determine the implementation of Islamic religious education curriculum development at MI Faradisal Jannah using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection process was conducted using observation, documentation, and interview techniques. The results showed that the implementation of Islamic religious education curriculum development carried out at MI Faradisal Jannah Baureno was carried out by compiling curriculum documents following Ministry of Religion policies, formulating teaching materials based on the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) and using two approaches, namely, classroom development and outside of the classroom. Abstrak: Pendidikan dan kurikulum merupakan suatu hal yang tidak dapat di pisahkan. Hal ini dikarenakan kurikulum berfungsi sebagai penentu arah, isi serta proses berjalannya kegiatan pendidikan, yang pada akhirnya menentukan kualitas lulusan dan lembaga pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam di MI Faradisal Jannah dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, serta interview. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam yang dilakukan di MI Faradisal Jannah Baureno dilaksanakan dengan menyusun dokumen kurikulum sesuai dengan kebijakan Kemenag, merumuskan bahan ajar berbasis jaringan sekolah Islam terpadu (JSIT) serta dengan menggunakan dua pendekatan yaitu, pengembangan di dalam kelas dan di luar kelas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (1) menemukan bentuk prinsip-prinsip belajar Utsman Najati dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam di MTs Hidayatul Muta’allimin Datinawong Babat Lamongan; (2) mendeskripsikan faktor -faktor yang mempengaruhi prinsip-prinsip belajar Utsman Najati dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam; (3) menjelaskan cara yang tepat untuk mengimplementasikan prinsip-prinsip belajar Utsman Najati. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan model normatif-evaluatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan; (1) implementasi prinsip-prinsip belajar Utsman Najati dalam bentuk motivasi, pengulangan belajar, partisipasi aktif, perhatian, pembagian belajar, dan perubahan perilaku secara bertahap. (2) faktor yang mempengaruhi; (a) faktor pendukung, yaitu: integrasi program kepondokan dengan madrasah, keseragaman gender, ketersedian sarana prasarana memadai, aturan yang jelas, keteladanan yang ditampilkan guru, dan kemampuan guru menggunakan berbagai metode pembelajaran; (b) faktor penghambat, yaitu: kegiatan madrasah terlalu padat, kemampuan murid beragam, buku referensi belum lengkap, alat peraga pembelajaran belum lengkap, kemampuan guru dalam mengajar belum merata, indisipliner, dan ada pihak-pihak yang belum terampil memberikan keteladanan. (3) Implementasi prinsip-prinsip belajar Utsman Najati dalam pembelajaran PAI adalah: (a) merencanakan kurikulum pembelajaran mencakup ranah kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik kedalam Rencana Program Pembelajaran (RPP) sesuai dengan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), ( b) memadukan kurikulum PAI madrasah dengan kurikulum kepondokan, (c) melakukan pengawasan berjenjang, (d) mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kurikulum pembelajaran PAI secara berkelanjutan, (e) merekonstruksi kurikulum pembelajaran PAI dengan mengacu kepada hasil evaluasi kurikulum.

Abstract

Komite Sekolah adalah badan mandiri yang mewadahi peran serta masyarakat dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu, pemerataan, dan efisiensi pengelolaan pendidikan di satuan pendidikan, baik pada pendidikan pra sekolah, jalur pendidikan sekolah maupun jalur pendidikan luar sekolah. Pembahasan yang berkaitan dengan peran dan fungsi komite sekolah telah banyak dilakukan. Kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam ikut serta mengelola pendidikan juga semakin meningkat. Artikel ini mengkaji secara konseptual tentang optimalisasi kinerja, posisi kelembagaan, peran, fungsi, sumberdaya, dan wawasan kependidikan pengurus komite sekolah yang berhubungan dengan bagaimana satuan unit pendidikan di kelola. Kinerja komite sekolah dalam pengelolaan sekolah dalam dilihat melalui tiga komponen antara lain; penguatan kelembagaan komite sekolah, peningkatan kemampuan organisasional pengurus komite sekolah, dan peningkatan wawasan kependidikan pengurus komite sekolah. Berikut tantangan Komite sekolah untuk senantiasa adaptif terhadap perubahan dan perkembangan dunia pendidikan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja komite sekolah, pengolahan pendidikan

Abstract

Success of supervision should contribute to the achievement of learning and education objectives. Therefore the success of supervised learning to be seen with the evaluation of the learning supervision of three main components; supervisor and their programs, teacher supervised, and students after the teachers received treatment of supervision. Principals as supervisors play a role in carrying out supervisory functions, the approach chosen, implementasion and providing advice to teachers who supervised learning process to carry out repairs in the future. Teachers as learning leaders who receive treatment of supervision to evaluate the new understanding, increase competence, and their respond to the advice given by the supervisor to make improvements in the learning process. Then evaluation is conducted to students after teacher got the supervision to know the success rate of learning of the subject matter that has been received. Furthermore the learning supervision will get the impact to the school’s human resources development.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the ability of Islamic religious education teachers toevaluate learning which is one of the indicators of teacher pedagogical competence inaddition to understanding the characteristics of students, understanding educationaltheory, the ability to develop curriculum and learning tools. Qualitative descriptiveapproach is used in this research, data collection is done by interview technique,participant observation, and documentation, then inductive analysis is carried out inorder to reveal and draw conclusions on the existing events. The results of the studyshow that 1) Good PAI MTs teachers. Four Five Assa'adah and PAI MTs teachers. Al-Bashor has an adequate understanding of the concept of assessment and evaluation oflearning. 2) Perform the procedure for assessing learning PAI subjects as stipulatedin the curriculum by conducting process assessments and assessments of learningoutcomes. 3) MTs PAI teacher. Four Five Assa'adah use the evaluation results morefor the improvement and development of learning, PAI MTs teachers. Abstract

Abstract: This research focuses on internalisation of religion character through learning blended model in learning of Islamic education in the pandemic covid 19 era at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Lamongan. The proses of basic and improvement character of the students is the main topic that must be noticed in the online or offline class. So that, it is important to create internalisation of religion character which is connected with learning proses on Islamic education. Learning blended model can be applied to internalize the religion character. The tipe of blended learning which is improved by SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Lamongan is enriched virtual model using 2 online and 7 offline. This type and proportion are to improve religion character for the students in the pandemic of covid 19 era. The teachers at Islamic education plan some equipment such as lesson plan, learning media, and evaluation system through assesment instrument planned by the teachers. Learning blended model as the proses internalisation of religion character at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Lamongan has some weakness which becomes the problem, but the support of government policy, school management, teacher cohesiveness in the implementation of MGMP, and the supports of a good infrastructure are the important factors in the success of learning.
