Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness level of Practical Teaching of NFE courses on the placement students in the partner institutions. This research uses quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The population in this study were students who had taken the 2014 class of non-formal education Teaching Practice courses at the University of Riau as many as 58 people. Sampling used is simple random sampling, the sample is 37 students. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Instrument validity uses product moment. Reliability calculation used Alpha formula. The quantitative data were analyzed quantitative descriptive in terms of percentages. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of practical Teaching of NFE subject to placement students in NFE partner institutions was moderate with indicators: 1) input obtained percentage value of 38.91% 2) process obtained percentage value of 49.05% 3) output obtained the percentage value of 55.41% 4) the outcome obtained by the percentage value of 54.04%. Thus, the level of effectiveness of Practical Teaching of NFE subject to placement of students in the NFE partner institutions is good although there are still many improvements that need to be done by Practical Teaching lecturers in order to provide benefits for students, universities and society.

Abstract

Abstract: Programs of Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) aim to completethe quality of education and to help people who drop out of schooltobe able tocontinue their education. The problems thatarise at Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar is the existence of some people learn not prepared to learn, people who do not follow the lessons learned seriously, the learners who do not prepareex am. The purpose of current study is to examine residents learning how to learnat Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar package B( SKB) of Pekanbaru. The population of this study is 43 student and the samples is 30 student of Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Pekanbaru. Research data collection was conducted by using a question naire-shaped instrument containing the statement about learning how people learn at Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar package B (SKB) Pekanbaru , amounting to 59 items. The results of data analys is showed that: 1) how to learning the way of learning to prepare in SKB Kota Pekanbaru quite good at73.7%, 2) the regularity of learning how to learn in the classroom is quite good, at 68.3%, 3) how to learning how to read book is quite good, at 62.8% . 4) in the way of learning how to write the summary is fair, at 73.8%. 5) how the lessons learned in the following manner is in excellent, at 89.6%. 6) how to memorize the lessons learned in the relatively lesswell, by 40.6%. 7) how to learn the way to take the examis in excellent, at 87.5%.Key words: How to Learn, LearningCitizen, PackageB

Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the increasing number of students who continue their study in Out of School Education Study Program, University of Riau. The research problem is whether the factor that influences student choose out of school education in University of Riau?. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect students choose Out of School Education Study Program in University of Riau. The population in this research as many as 181 students of Out of School Education in University of Riau and the sample of this research is 64 students of Out of School Education in University of Riau with a crisis level of 10%, the sample used is proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with 52 statements and after the trial, there are 46 valid statements to be used as research instruments. Data analysis through Quantitative Descriptive analysis. From the calculation of percentage of answers obtained the findings of research Factors Affecting Students Choosing Out of School Education Study Program in University of Riau is an internal factor with the percentage value (SS + S) 70.93% This means that internal factors have a high influence on students in choosing Out of School Education Study Program in University of Riau.Keywords: Factor Affecting, Out of School Education Study Program

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out information about people's analysis Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats implementation of IHC Cempaka Putih Village South Tangkerang District of Bukit Raya Pekanbaru City. The benefits of this study was 1) Useful to contribute to education in general, 2) besides that is expected to provide benefits to the student and academic community to understand the existence of IHC in the midst of the community, 3) can provide practical benefits for activists or IHC manager for the public interest in the use of IHC in each environment. To obtain these data, the data collection techniques are used Questionnaire. While the source of research data is taken from the primary data is data taken directly from the respondents (population) penelitianya mothers always carry a baby or babies to IHC Cempaka Putih Village South Tangkerang District of Bukit Raya Pekanbaru City and juaga of primary data that includes all information required to compile research data in the form of concepts, definitions or theories that can be used to explain the problems that will be implemented through this research. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the dominant parenting patterns applied by foster parents to their teenagers in the Panti Sosial Bina Remaja (PSBR) Rumbai Kelurahan Meranti Pandak, Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City. The formulation of the problem in this research is which dominant pattern applied by foster parent to adolescent in Panti Soial Bina Remaja (PSBR) of Rumbai Kelurahan Meranti Pandak, Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru District? After the research is conducted, it is expected to provide benefits to increase knowledge regarding matters relating to the Patronage of Parents Parent Care to Teens, especially for researchers. This study will be useful for adolescents as a reference to know the pattern of foster parents foster. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach which aims to describe the result of research with numbers. The sampling technique used simple sample random sampling technique (simple random sampling). Technique of data retrieval in this research is by questionnaire, which amounts to 247 item statement. Data were obtained from 20 respondents for trial samples and 41 people for the research sample. After a questionnaire in the trial, there are 12 items of invalid statement, and the researcher discards all the items of the invalid statement. The result of data analysis shows that the parenting pattern of foster parent to teenagers of democratic parenting type is very good with an average percentage score of 94.5%. This means that foster parents are more dominant applying parenting pattern to adolescents with the kind of democratic parenting.Keyword: The Pattern of Foster, Parenting

Abstract: This study is based on high discipline of studying citizens in participating in teaching and learning of equivalency program in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru Sail Sub-district Pekanbaru City. The formulation of this research problem is how high the level of Discipline Students Learn In Following Teaching and Learning Activities Equalization Program in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru Sail Sub-District Pekanbaru ?. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of discipline learners in participating in teaching and learning activities equivalency program in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru Sail Sub-District Pekanbaru. The population in this study as many as 36 citizens of study and sample of this study 33 people studying with a critical level of 5%, the sample used is proporsionate stratified random sampling. The instrument of data collection is questionnaire with 70 statement and after trial live 61 valid statement to be made in research instrument. Data analysis through Quantitative Descriptive analysis. From the calculation of the presentation of the answers obtained the findings of research discipline study participants in participating in teaching and learning activities equivalence program in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru Sail District Pekanbaru City is the percentage of 56.92%. Abstract

Abstract : This research is motivated by problems that occur in the field, namely (1) Parents of children drop out in PKBM Fatma Visi Sukses has different backgrounds, so it has different forms of attention as well. (2) There are still many parents who do not care about their children while studying at PKBM Fatma Visi Sukses. (3) Parents help children activities in learning. (4) Economic background of poor families of school dropouts in PKBM Fatma Visi Sukses. The research method used is descriptive research with quantitative approach. It is planned to be implemented since February 2018 at PKBM Fatma Visi Sukses. The results showed that the indicators help children's learning activities are the most dominant applied by parents. the indicators give rewards and punishments are very high because parents have motivated children in learning by giving awards in the form of praise and rewards. And the lowest percentage is an indicator of child learning facility providers. Where parents are less concerned about the learning facilities of children. And not able to complete the learning facilities of children due to low economic conditions and life of papah.Keywords: Attention, parent, drop out child

Abstract

This research aimed to understand the influence of the student learning passionfor the program equivalence of education at PKBM Riau Jaya, MarpoyanPekanbaru. The type of research is descriptive with quantitative approach. Thesamplewas the30 participants of the program equivalence at PKBM Mitra Jaya,with 3 programs: PAKET A = 7, PAKETt B = 11, and PAKET C = 12PARTICIPANT. To collect the data, the questionaire is used wit four alternativeunswers. Theresewarch indicators are divided into two parts; that are intrinsicsand extrinsicks. The result shows that the extrinsic aspects is more influencing tothe student learning passion rather than intrinsic aspect. As the whole, the resultdescribe that the student learning passion at the program equavalence of educationis pretty good.Key word:Study, The influence, passion learn.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tinggi tingkat disiplin wargabelajar dalam mengikuti program kesetaraan di PKBM Insan Cendekia di KotaPekanbaru. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Seberapa tinggi tingkatdisiplin warga belajar dalam mengikuti pendidikan kesetaraan di PKBM Insan CendekiaKota Pekanbaru. Setelah penelitian ini dilaksanakan, diharapkan meningkatkankedisiplinan warga belajar PKBM Insan Cendekia mengenai disiplin warga belajardalam mengikuti pendidikan kesetaraan di PKBM Insan Cendekia Kota Pekanbaru.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh yaituteknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel(Sugiyono, 2015:124). Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini adalah denganmenggunakan angket sebagai metode pengumpulan data, yang berjumlah 114 itempernyataan. Setelah angket diuji coba, terdapat 9 item yang tidak valid. Data diperolehdari responden yang berjumlah 20 orang untuk uji coba angket. Jadi untuk penelitianitem berjumlah 105 pernyataan yang disebarkan kepada 43 responden. Hasil analisisdata menunjukkan bahwa disiplin warga belajar dalam mengikuti pendidikan kesetaraandi PKBM Insan Cendekia Kota Pekanbaru dari jenis disiplin otoritarian tergolong dalamtafsiran sangat tinggi dengon skor persentase rata-rata 83,28%. Artinya pihak PKBMInsan Cendekia lebih cenderung menerapkan disiplin otoritarian sehingga warga belajarmematuhi peraturan yang ada karena akan ada sanksi atau hukuman yang didapat ketikamelanggar peraturan.Kata Kunci: Disiplin, Warga Belajar, Pendidikan Kesetaraan

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the most dominant parenting pattern applied by housewife in instilling discipline of learning to her child in Mutiara Housing 2 RW 003 Tarai Bangun Village Tambang Subdistrict Kampar Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is to know which parenting pattern is the most dominant applied by housewife in instill discipline learn to her child in Mutiara Housing 2 RW 003 Tarai Bangun Village Tambang Sub District Kampar ?. The population in this study were 96 housewives in Mutiara 2 RW 003 Village Tarai Bangun Tambang Sub District Kampar Regency and the sample of this research were 49 housewives in Mutiara Housing 2 RW 003 Tarai Bangun Village Tambang Subdistrict Kampar Regency with critical level 10%, the sample Used is simple random sampling. The instrument of data collection is a questionnaire with 232 statements and after the trial live 222 valid statements to be used as research instruments. Data analysis through Quantitative Descriptive analysis. From the calculation of the percentage of answers obtained by the findings of the research of Household Parenting Patterns in Inculcating Discipline Learning to their Children in Mutiara Housing 2 RW 003 Tarai Bangun Village Tambang Subdistrict Kampar Regency is a style of let slow and safe origins without the pamrih with percentage value (SS + S) 100% This means that the style let me slow home safely and the most selfless style dominantly applied by Housewives in Inculcating Discipline Learning to their Children in Mutiara Housing 2 RW 003 Tarai Bangun Village Tambang District Kampar.Keywords: Parenting, Discipline Learning
