Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Baran Melintang KecamatanPulau Merbau Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti in order to obtain information aboutthe role of the Implementation of the Village Consultative Body. Problems in thisstudy were (1) A BPD role as a partner in the Village Head support the success ofdevelopment in 2014 ago in the village of Baran Melintang Kecamatan PulauMerbau Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti? (2) What factors influence theimplementation of the BPD's role in carrying out its function as a partner in theVillage barrage of Village Baran Melintang Kecamatan Pulau Merbau KabupatenKepulauan Meranti. The title of this research is "Status and Role of the VillageConsultative Body (BPD) in the village of Baran Melintang Kecamatan PulauMerbau Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti". This research is a quantitativedescriptive described hereinafter in accordance with the actual situation. Thecollection of data through observation and direct interview to the respondent.Because the number of people in the village of Baran Melintang Across all thenumerous techniques used sampling using purposive sampling technique is atechnique determination of sample with a certain consideration. The number ofsamples in this study as many as 47 people. The data collected from the researchresults, processed using frequency tables with percentages. The results showedthat the role of the Village Consultative Body in the village of Baran Melintangdid not act well, this is evidenced by its lower respondents' assessment of eachimplementation role Transverse BPD Baran Melintang and his lack of attentionfrom the local government of the factors that hinder the implementation of therole of BPD.Keywords: Status Role (BPD)

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang kewenangan Notaris dalam mensertifikasi transaksi yang dilakukan secara elektronik dalam Undang Undang Jabatan Notaris yang muncul akibat dari kemajuan teknologi. Pada umumnya, akta otentik yang dibuat dan/atau dihadapan notaris dicetak menggunakan kertas.  Namun, dengan perkembangan teknologi administrasi perkantoran sudah mulai tidak menggunakan kertas (paperless). Cyber Notary mempunyai fungsi utama dalam melakukan sertifikasi dan autentifikasi terhadap kegiatan transaksi elektronik. Transaksi Elektronik merupakan perbuatan hukum yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Komputer, jaringan Komputer, dan/atau media elektronik lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaturan mengenai kewenangan notaris dalam mensertifikasi taransaksi elektronik, Siapa pihak penyelenggara sertifikasi transaksi elektronik kedepannya yang ditawarkan dalam bidang kenotariatan, dan tanggung jawab Ikatan Notaris Indonesia sebagai penyelenggara sertifikasi elektronik terhadap transaksi elektronik. Penelitian hukum ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan sejarah, dan pendekatan konseptual. Tanggungjawab Ikatan Notaris Indonesia sebagai penyelenggara sertifikasi elektronik dapat ikut andil dalam menjaminan keamanan dan hadirnya kepastian hukum guna menjalankan transaksi yang dilakukan secara elektronik oleh para pihak yang melakukannya. Serta menjadikan Ikatan Notaris Indonesia sebagai wadah organisasi yang dapat mengambil peran sebagai suatu cara meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia para notaris agar tidak ketinggalan dalam kemajuan perkembangan teknologi. Abstract: This study examines the authority of the Notary in certifying transactions carried out electronically (Cyber Notary) in the Notary Position Act that arises due to technological advances. In general, authentic deeds are made and/or before a notary printed using paper. However, with the development of office administration technology has begun to use paperless. Cyber Notary has the main function of certifying and authenticating electronic transaction activities. Electronic Transactions are legal actions carried out using a computer, computer network, and/or other electronic media. This legal research is a normative study using a legislative approach, a historical approach, and a conceptual approach. However, it is regulated more clearly and completely based on the Information and Electronic Transaction Law (ITE). Meanwhile, the responsibility of the Indonesian Notary Association as an organizer of electronic certification can take part in guaranteeing security and the presence of legal certainty to carry out transactions carried out electronically by the parties who did it. As well as making the Indonesian Notary Association as a forum for organizations that can take a role as a way to improve the quality of human resources notaries so as not to miss the progress of technological development.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the area of the Riau Provincial Police Unit. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of family functions in the family of female police (Polwan) in the Riau Regional Police Environment which reflected the family with the dual role of housewives and to find out the pattern of decision making of the female police (Polwan) family in the Riau Regional Police which reflected the existence of division of labor between husband and wife. Determination of informants by using purposive sampling method is the determination of samples based on certain criteria. The author uses qualitative methods with observation, interview and documentation techniques as well as literature studies to collect data and information. From the research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that from the family function, it is still run and implemented properly regularly and in balance with the others. These Policewomen are well aware of their nature as a wife who must be good at dividing time between work and household. Of the 8 family functions, only 6 functions are still carried out and implemented properly regularly and in balance with the others, namely the function of affection, socialization, determination of the status of sexual, reproductive and economic functions. while 2 other functions, namely: less protection and recreation, this is due to the busyness of respondents outside the home so that sexual and reproductive functions are not going well. Abstract

This study, entitled "Profile of the organization Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) In the city of Pekanbaru". The research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru, with the aim to determine how the profile and role of the organization Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) In the city of Pekanbaru. The method used in this study Qualitative research methods Descriptive namely, that the discussion of this study are presented and analyzed in the form of words of description (description) with a qualitative approach. In addition, this study also was supported by the implementation of in-depth interviews to sources (informants) as determined by the researchers first. From the results of these interviews, the obtained descriptions are very supportive to the validity of the data that are the focus of research. Based on the results of the research, that the profile of the organization Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) Pekanbaru Branch includes several things such as: At the beginning of establishment of PSHT Branch of Pekanbaru, figures PSHT Founder Branch of Pekanbaru, Stewardship Branch PSHT Pekanbaru, Javanese proverb meaning the Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT). As for the role played by the Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) Branch Pekanbaru is His role in the field of sports, in society, and also a role in preserving the culture of martial arts that (pencak silat) SH Terate. Abstract

This research was conducted in the Village District of Seberida indolent Indragiri Hulu aimed to find out how to form the Social impact of the CSR program PT. Riau Baraharum against villagers indolent. This study entitled "Social Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Riau Baraharum in the Village District of Seberida indolent Indragiri Hulu ". The main problem in this research is Any CSR program PT. Riau Baraharum against villagers indolent and How Social Impacts resulting from CSR program PT. Riau Baraharum indolent Village District of Seberida Indragiri Hulu. The population in this study were all heads of household (husband) who make a living in the village of indolent. sampling in research is purposive sampling technique. Total population in this study in 2013 amounted to 900 heads of household, the sample taken 45 heads of household who has represented from the specified population. The method used is quantitative method Deskriptif with Quantitative and Qualitative data analysis. Data screening instruments used were observation, questionnaire, Key-informants, and systematic interviews and tabulation of data contained in a single data tabulation and diagrams. The results of the conducted research in general, the researcher can say the average respondents aged over 30 years, the majority of primary school education level, income levels Rp. 1000000-2000000, mayorits work of farmers, number of dependents on average 1-2 people. CSR program PT. Riau Baraharum good, the public relations firm RBH against indolent village well be one to keep the existence of the company RBH. Abstract

In the village there Pudu Causeway various obstacles and problems in the implementation of Raskin. Bengkalis Government has made a policy that is intended to ease the burden of spending Target Households (RTS) and help people to get out of the situation of the poor, but in reality there are many people who abuse these policies by not distributing Raskin appropriately, so that the main objectives of the policy not performing well. This study aims to determine the mechanism of implementation of Raskin in Sub Causeway Pudu and the factors that hinder the implementation of Raskin.The theory used in this research is the theory of poverty, empowerment theory, systems theory, and the theory of social action. This study used quantitative research methods deskripitif. Data collection techniques in this study was a questionnaire and in-depth interviews with respondents and key people who understand the issues Raskin will then be deduced.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the program in the Village Causeway Raskin Pudu Mandau sub Bengkalis run ineffective. The indicators are running ineffective, among others: the right target, the right quantity, right quality, timely and appropriately priced. It is caused by factors inhibiting the implementation of RTS Raskin is data that is not valid, control the quantity, quality, time and price of rice distribution was rather overlooked by those who make policy.Keywords: Implementation, Barriers, Rice For The Poor (Raskin)

Abstract

The change of land type is to increase the land-use type in one sector followed to other sectors by the reduction of land types. By the other word, the land-use change is the change of land function in a particular period of time, as such the changes of agricultural land that used for non-agricultural land. The aim of this study is to investigate and analyze the conditions of farming business society in Kemuning Muda Village of Bunga Raya sub-district in Siak Regency as well as to investigate and analyze the factors that affect farmers to make the conversion of the paddy land to oil palm land in Kemuning Muda Village of Bunga Raya sub-district in Siak Regency. This study is expected to be as inputs and sources of thought for other studies in deeper investigation of the land conversion issues. This study was occurring at the beginning to end of January. The quantitative descriptive study methodology was employed to find out and describe the particular social phenomenon and attempt to analyze it appropriately with the fact based on collecting data. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques were using questionnaires and documentation. Descriptive quantitative methods was used for data analysis, first the authors frame the data into a table and then briefed and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the data presentation of this study described based on data gathered from field research which includes a variety of farmer’s characteristics may include demographic character, social character and the character of the economic condition of the farmers themselves. These characters differentiate the type of farmer behavior in certain circumstances. Characteristics observed in this study were age, education, the number of dependents, employment, land area, income. The factors influencing farmers to conversion of land-use were social change in the farmer groups community wherein bring the change of social and economic conditions around him both internally and externally. Abstract

This research conducted in the village of Salo Siabu District of Kampar which aims to determine what factors affect Siabu village communities to undertake different wedding cultures or amalgamation. This study, entitled "Half a Century Amalgamation Between Ethnic Javanese With Locale In the village Siabu Salo District of Kampar". Formulation of the problem in this research was to determine the characteristics of the people who do the amalgamation, to know what factors affect people do amalgamation. To determine the assimilation and acculturation that occured in couples who do amalgamation. The skind of the research used in this research was descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was done by interview, observation and documentation. The tools used were interview guidelines. Mechanical for collecting respondents in this study was purposive sampling of respondents withdrawal based on certain criteria. The results showed that the Javanese ethnic communities and local ethnic already well integrated with the achievement of different cultures in society wedding. Factors affecting villagers in Siabu do amalgamation was the similarity of religion, equality of work or socio-economic status as well as the similarity of residence. Assimilation and acculturation that occured in pairs amalgamsi covers in terms of language. Acculturation and assimilation which occured in pairs amlagamasi the village community Siabu influenced by the dominance of a couple of her partner and was also influenced by the neighborhood. Abstract

This study is a field research which is descriptive quantitative in nature. The purpose was to find out whether there are any differences in listening achievement between listening to audio aid and listening as well as watching to an animated film. The participants were 20 semester six students of English Education Syiah Kuala University. The instruments used in this study were two sets of test, one by listening to audio aid, and the other by listening and watching animated film. The result of the tests showed that the mean score of the animated film test was higher than the audio aid test. It was proven by t-score result where the t-score was 11.5, referred to the t-table at level of significance 5% with the degree of freedom (df) was 19. The result of t-score was higher than the t-table. In conclusion, the alternative hypothesis, which states that there is a different result on listening achievement between listening to audio aid and listening as well as watching animated film, is accepted. Therefore, it is suggested to the English teachers to use animated film as a media in teaching Listening Comprehension.
