Abstract

In the village there Pudu Causeway various obstacles and problems in the implementation of Raskin. Bengkalis Government has made a policy that is intended to ease the burden of spending Target Households (RTS) and help people to get out of the situation of the poor, but in reality there are many people who abuse these policies by not distributing Raskin appropriately, so that the main objectives of the policy not performing well. This study aims to determine the mechanism of implementation of Raskin in Sub Causeway Pudu and the factors that hinder the implementation of Raskin.The theory used in this research is the theory of poverty, empowerment theory, systems theory, and the theory of social action. This study used quantitative research methods deskripitif. Data collection techniques in this study was a questionnaire and in-depth interviews with respondents and key people who understand the issues Raskin will then be deduced.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the program in the Village Causeway Raskin Pudu Mandau sub Bengkalis run ineffective. The indicators are running ineffective, among others: the right target, the right quantity, right quality, timely and appropriately priced. It is caused by factors inhibiting the implementation of RTS Raskin is data that is not valid, control the quantity, quality, time and price of rice distribution was rather overlooked by those who make policy.Keywords: Implementation, Barriers, Rice For The Poor (Raskin)

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai prediksi jangka pendek debit aliran irigasiSeluma dengan menggunakan jaringan syaraf tiruan telah dilakukan. Perangkatlunak dibuat dengan Matlab, dan untuk arsitektur jaringannya menggunakanmetode propagasi balik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkirakan debitaliran irigasi jangka pendek, debit bulan atau tahun yang akan datang yangnantinya bisa diolah sebagai acuan peningkatan daerah irigasi tersebut. Darihasil penelitian debit aliran irigasi terbesar terjadi pada bulan Desember denganketinggian 72,75 m3/s sedangkan untuk debit paling kecil terjadi pada bulan Junidengan besar debit 24,71 m3/s. Perbedaan hasil prediksi dengan data lapanganmemiliki keakuratan data 82,80%.

Abstract

Lesbian is terms of women who have a sexual orientation towards same sex. Lesbian is a sexsual behavior that deviates from the norms and values that apply. Nowanday, the lives that of people in big cities such as Pekanbaru, homoseksual phenomenon is growing and become unique to urban communities tend to be permissve (open-ended) against lesbian coples. This research aims to determine the physical and social characteristics as well as deviant sexual behavior in the city of Pekanbaru. the theory used in this reserch is the theory of deviantions, Theory of Behavior distorted (Deviant Behavior) by Robert K.Merton ( Elly M.Setiadi,2011). This study used a qualitative method, because the life of a lesbian couple is a social phenomenon that is unique in the life of society. Data is deone by using the technique of participant observation and in-depth interviews. Determination of informants is with Snow ball sampling to be recognized in depth the lives of lesbian couple. Qualitative data analysis is more emphasis on the meaning and symbols that arise from the behavior of a lesbian couple in their daily lives. From the findings of the field can be seen that in terms of the age of the dyke is only 19 years old to 23 years, the majority of students and Islamic religion. In this study, informants of six people, three men and three femme butch, in this study, they have a different experience in the prosess of becoming a lesbian. Factors affecting the informant into a dyke that is the pure sense of itself as a result of being hurt by a boyfriend or traumatized by men, because of the influence of poor families, and also influenced by the environment and the wrong friends so that bandwagon trying to be a lesbian.Keywords : Lesbian, Wrong Sex, and Diseases Society

Abstract

This research was conducted in Limapuluh district of Pekanbaru city with problems that is (1) What are the factors that affect the rate of adoption of household gas in Limapuluh district of Pekanbaru city? (2) How is the rate of adoption of household gas in Limapuluh district of Pekanbaru city?. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the factors that influence the adoption of household gas innovation and socio-economic community towards the existence of new innovations in the form of household gas fuel in Limapuluh district of Pekanbaru city. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study is the community that installed the household gas in Limapuluh district of Pekanbaru city. With a total sample of 44 respondents and using cross tabulation to test the indicators affecting the adoption of household gas. In the data collection of research using observation techniques and questionnaires. The result of this study indicate that the factors that affect the rate of adoption of household gas that includes the nature of innovation adn socio-economic community by using cross tabulation. Factor of nature of innovation toward adoption of natural gas have positive relationship and very influence of good innovation character then adoption of innovation in society hence will follow good, but socio-economic factor to household gas adoption show less influence because not always having socio-economic status high then it would be good also in adopting new innovation, it is evident in tabulation table cross. While the rate curve adoption of household gas in Limapuluh district there is no visible innovator and pioneer group.The keyword : Nature of innovation, Socio-economic, Level of adoption of household gas

Abstract

This study was conducted at Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know the strategy of motorcycle taxi driver to fulfill family economic need. The focus of this research is the characteristics of motorcycle taxi drivers at Kecamatan Tampan. The technique of determining samples in a purposive sampling and set the number of samples as many as 5 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and Instrument data is observation, interview and documentation. Research conducted, the authors found that the strategy of adaptation of motorcycle taxi drivers at Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru in meeting the family's economic needs include: Adaptation, Research Subjects in fulfilling their needs as much as possible to familiarize themselves with the current economic limitations. Goal Attainment, Research Subject has a certain motivation in balancing the economic life of the all-well-off. Integration, the subject of research relies on the relationship and solidarity with fellow motorcycle taxi drivers at the motorbike base. Latency, the subject of research in an effort to keep customers looking for a good relationship. Characteristics of motorcycle taxi drivers in Tampan District are as follows: Knowledge of Traffic Rule, Research conducted found that not all research subjects know the traffic rules. Driving Skills, The general subject of research is skilled in operating the vehicle when mocking. Behavior In Traffic, Research Subjects in the crossbar is not uncommon to violate traffic rules caused by the desire of passengers who want to quickly get to the destination.Keywords: Strategy, Adaptation, Ojek

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji besaran keuntungan dan efisiensi biaya pada nelayan tangkap ikan sidat di Kabupaten Konawe Utara yang menggunakan alat tangkap listrik dan pancing rawai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan yaitu dari bulan Februari sampai April 2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data primer menggunakan metode partisipatif dengan responden sebanyak 16 orang yang terdiri dari 11 orang yang menggunakan alat tangkap listrik dan 5 orang yang menggunakan alat tangkap pancing rawai.  Data sekunder diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Konawe Utara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menghitung keuntungan dan efisiensi biaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besaran keuntungan yang diperoleh nelayan yang menggunakan alat tangkap listrik berkisar Rp75.617-Rp104.479/hari dengan efisiensi biaya produksi  antara Rp12.108-Rp17.134/Kg dan untuk besaran keuntungan yang diperoleh nelayan yang menggunakan alat tangkap pancing rawai yaitu berkisar Rp28.749-Rp45.521/hari dengan efisiensi biaya produksi antara Rp20.073-Rp25.137/kg. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa nelayan yang menggunakan alat tangkap listrik memiliki keuntungan tinggi dan efiesiensi biaya yang rendah.Kata Kunci : Efisiensi, ikan sidat, keuntungan, listrik, pancing rawai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan, profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan ukuran kantor akuntan publik terhadap audit delay pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2014 hingga 2016. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan dan solvabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap audit delay, sedangkan profitabilitas dan ukuran Kantor Akuntan Publik secara signifikan tidak berpengaaruh terhadap audit delay. Secara bersama-sama keseluruhan variabel ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan, profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan ukuran Kantor Akuntan Publik juga berpengaruh terhadap audit delay.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan sebuah data center saat ini sangat mendesak karena data perusahaan terus bertambah dan harus terjaga dengan baik agar tidak jatuh kepada pihak lain. Oleh karena itu manajemen perusahaan harus memikirkan ketersediaan data center untuk mendukung kelangsungan bisnisnya. Kebutuhan data center harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan perusahaan untuk masa sekarang dan bisa dikembangkan untuk beberapa tahun ke depan. Dengan segala kelebihan dan kekurangannya, kebutuhan tersebut bisa dilakukan dengan membangun sendiri atau menyewa dari pihak lain. Pihak manajemen perusahaan harus dapat informasi yang jelas, benar, dan detail dari timnya sehingga dapat memutuskan kebutuhan tersebut, sehingga biaya yang dianggarkan bisa masuk dalam biaya operasional atau belanja modal.

Abstract

Abstract Objective: To analyze factors associated with severe preeclampsia and preeclampsia at Arifin Achmad General Hospital, Pekanbaru. Methods: This was a cross-sectional study.  Data on women who were diagnosed with severe preeclampsia or eclampsia and delivered between January 2014 and December 2015 were collected. These included maternal age, educational level, gestational age, delivery method, parity and ANC provider. Data were then analyzed using chi-square test with multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results: There were 3294 deliveries happened between January and December 2015. Prevalence of severe preeclampsia during the study period was 14.54% and that of eclampsia was 3.28%.  Mothers aged >35 have more than twice the risk of developing severe preeclampsia and eclampsia (95% CI 1.1- 4.6, p = 0.0001). Gestational age has the strongest association with eclampsia (Adjusted OR 2.4, p = 0.002, 95% CI 1.3-4.2). Severe preeclamptic-eclamptic mothers were at least five times as likely as the non-preeclamptic/eclamptic to have Cesarean Section or operative vaginal delivery (p = 0.0001). Conclusions: Prevalence of severe preeclampsia was 14.54% and that of eclampsia was 3.28% in the period between January 2014 and December 2015. Mothers aged >35 were three times as likely as those age ≤35 to develop severe preeclampsia – eclampsia, Term pregnancy had higher risk of severe preeclampsia – eclampsia compared with preterm pregnancy; however, preterm pregnancy has 2.4 times as likely as term pregnancy to develop a worsening severe preeclampsia/eclampsia. Finally, mothers with severe preeclampsia or eclampsia have a five times greater risk of having delivered via Cesarean Section or operative vaginal delivery compared to the non-preeclamptic – non-eclamptic ones. Keywords: eclampsia ,educational level, gestational age, parity, severe preeclampsia.   Abstrak Tujuan: Untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan preeklamsia berat dan eklampsia di RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian potong lintang. Data yang diambil yaitu perempuan yang didiagnosis dengan preeklamsia atau eklampsia dan melahirkan pada Januari 2014hingga Desember 2015. Usia ibu, tingkat pendidikan, usia kehamilan, metode persalinan, paritas dan pemberi layanan ANC juga disertakan. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-squaredengan analisis regresi logistik multivariate. Hasil: Terdapat 3.294 kelahiran padaJanuari 2014 hingga Desember 2015. Prevalensi preeklamsia berat selama penelitian ini yaitu 14.54% dan eklampsia sebesar 3.28%. Usia ibu>35tahun memiliki risiko dua kali lebih besar untuk terjadinya preeklamsia berat dan eklampsia (95% CI 1.1- 4.6, p = 0.0001). Usia kehamilan memiliki hubungan yang paling kuat dengan eklampsia (Adjusted OR 2.4, p = 0.002, 95% CI 1.3-4.2). Ibu dengan preeklamsia-eklampsia lima kali lebih besar untuk dilakukan seksio Cesarean ataupersalinan pervaginam dengan bantuan alat dibandingkan dengan pasien tanpa preeklamsia/eklampsia. (p = 0.0001). Kesimpulan: Prevalensi preeklamsia berat adalah 14.54% dan eklampsia 3.28% pada periode Januari 2014 sampai Desember 2015. Usia ibu >35 tahun memiliki tiga kali lebih besar risiko untuk terjadinya preeklampsoa-eklampsia. Kehamilan cukup bulan memiliki risiko lebih tinggi untuk terjadinya preeklamsia-eklampsia dibandingkan dengan kehamilan preterm; namun, kehamilan preterm memiliki risiko 2.4 kali lebih besar untuk mengalami perburukan preeklamsia/eklampsia dibandingkan pada kehamilan cukup bulan. Ibu dengan preeklamsia atau eklampsia memiliki risiko lima kali lebih besar untuk melahirkan dengan seksio Cesarean atau pervaginam dengan bantuan alat dibandingkan dengan pasien tanpa preeklamsia atau eklampsia. Abstract

The objectives of this study is to find student’s voices on teachers’ written feedback. The qualitative study investigates the student’s voices on teachers’ written feedback of their essays and comments that benefit students’ future improvement as writers. It explores sixty-one English Department students’ opinions on the written feedback of their writing teachers at Ar-Raniry State University of Islamic Studies, Banda Aceh, Indonesia.  The findings indicate that writing teachers provide various kinds of feedback on students’ essays and they valued positive teachers’ feedback on all aspects of writing such as grammar, mechanics, content and organisation. Teachers’ negative comments were also considered useful for students’ learning because they can help students to improve their critical thinking and writing skills. In addition, for student future improvement, teachers’ feedbacks do contribute to learning and that teachers’ feedback on grammar and organisation are more preferable than those on content and mechanics. It is suggested that feedback which highlights strengths and weaknesses of students’ work can facilitate students to learn and make better future learning.
