Abstract

Gajahrejo Village is one of the partner villages located on the southern coast of Malang Regency. The business of processing fish into shredded fish in Gajahrejo village was initiated in early 2017, and until now, it is still a home industry managed by PKK women in Gajahrejo Village by forming a Joint Business Group (KUB). Each group consists of 3-5 people who work together in the production and packaging processes. So far, shredded products are only produced if there is an order. This is due to the lack of information related to good business management, the lack of human resources who have the skills to make shredded with a distinctive taste, packaging techniques that are still conventional, management systems that are still very simple, and also the absence of a promotion and marketing system-selling the right product. With these various problems, the solutions that were carried out were counseling related to correct fish processing, conducting training and mentoring on a good and correct business management system at KUB Gajahrejo village, and making a simple patent for the recipe for shredded fish that had been made. The resulting products have been marketed around the coastal tourist sites of South Malang.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the public relations activities of vocational high schools (SMK) in connecting between schools and the community, one of which is DU/DI. The purpose of this study was to determine public relations activities at SMK, forms of partnership with DU/DI and forms of public relations activities in supporting partnerships with DU / DI at SMK. This type of research was qualitative research. Collecting data was from a natural setting by using the researcher as a key instrument. Sources of data in the study were the results of interviews, documents, and social environment. The form of vocational partnership with DU/DI consisted of 9 cooperation forms and forms of public relations activities in support of partnerships with DU/DI was to conduct industry visits regularly, renewed the form of cooperation with DU/DI, as well as being an intermediary between Internship students and DU/DI. Overall results illustrated that school public relations activities in collaboration with DU/DI had been going well, but it had not been maximized.

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 leads to an increase in job competition. It should eventually be prepared with personal competence, especially for students in the Department of Office Administration Education. The study aims to develop an interactive e-learning media as a virtual laboratory on a meeting organization course. This study aimed to examine the eligibility of the media and to know the response of the students. This study applied a research and development (R & D) model which developed by Borg and Gall. This virtual laboratory is designed with some attractive features such as (1) meeting schedule, (2) start the meeting, (3) meeting minutes, (4) content sharing, (5) chat, (6) meeting materials, (7) record the meeting, (8) and contact. The current research product is E-Learning media, an interactive virtual laboratory worth applying in the learning activities developed by the researchers. It is made based on the validation of the experts and the positive response of the students.

Abstract

The use of digital learning is a critical component of developing technology information and communication skills. The purpose of this study aims to develop a web-based Petty Cash Management Information System for financial administration courses to increase student autonomy and learning outcomes. This type of research and development employed a modified version of Borg and Gall’s Research and Development model. The study’s subjects included media and material experts serving as expert validators, six students serving as user validators, and large group test subjects. Quantitative data were gathered through the calculation of scores on validation questionnaires, independence questionnaires, and psychomotor test scores; qualitative data were gathered through interviews, criticisms, and suggestions. The independent sample t-test and descriptive qualitative analysis are used to analyze the data. The validation and trial results indicate that the learning media is appropriate for its designation, learning objectives, and ease of use and that it can be applied to support learning and improve student learning outcomes. The resulting product is unique in that it supports automation, complies with requirements, and features a distinct user interface for lecturers and students. Keywords: Financial Administration, Instructional Media, Learning Independence

Abstract

Human Resource Development (HR) is part of the process and objectives of Indonesia's economic development. Therefore, strategic steps are needed in realizing education as one of the pillars in realizing quality human resources. The purpose of this research is to design and build innovative learning media that is integrated with ubiquitos learning through artificial intelligence technology by utilizing Chatbot application features that can be used. for learning economic education. This research consists of three main stages, namely (1). Preliminary study by conducting theoretical and field agreements so as to be able to formulate needs in the preparation of the platform. (2). The second stage begins with product planning by providing product differentiation in the form of chatbots and daily intensive courses which then develops into a Learning Management System in the initial form of the product. (3). The activity required at this stage is the first trial by experts to validate the material and media. The results of this study are in the form of a platform developed in the form of text, animation, and video by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology on chatbot application features that are tailored to the needs and stages of student learning in economics subjects that have been implemented in the Integrated Learning Management System. DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.17977/UM014v14i22021p179

Abstract

Melimpahnya tanaman serai di desa dan tidak dimanfaatkan untuk menjadi produk inovatif menyebabkan tanaman itu tidak memiliki nilai ekonomi salah satu penyebabnya adalah pengetahuan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan tanaman ini juga terbatas, Sebagian besar tanaman ini hanya dijual di pasar untuk bahan tambahan  masakan dan harganyapun cukup rendah. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan potensi tanaman serai yang berlimpah di desa Sukorejo Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukkan kegiatan mencakup tahapan identifikasi potensi, analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan buku panduan dan praktik sekaligus pendampingan. Evaluasi hasil dilakukan dengan melakukan pengamatan dan uji kinerja peserta atas kemampuanya membuat aneka produk. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa  peserta pelatihan telah terampil membut aneka produk berbahan dasar serai yakni. Kegiatan juga telah menerbitkan buku panduan yang berisi berbagai proses pembuatan produk serta manfaat serai bagi kesehatan Kata kunci—Produk Olahan, Tanaman Serai AbstractThe abundance of lemongrass plants in the village and not being used as an innovative product causes the plant to have no economic value. One of the reasons is that people's knowledge in using this plant is also limited. Most of these plants are only sold in the market for food additives and the price is quite low. This community service aims to increase the creativity and skills of the community in exploiting the abundant potential of lemongrass plants in the village of Sukorejo, Malang Regency. The methods used in carrying out the activities include the stages of identifying potentials, analyzing needs, preparing manuals and practices as well as mentoring. The evaluation of the results is carried out by observing and testing the performance of the participants on their ability to make various products. The results of the activity showed that the training participants were skilled in making various products made from lemongrass, namely. Abstract

Situasi pandemi Covid-19 mendorong agar semua aspek kehidupan didigitalisasi, termasuk aspek perekonomian. Pengelolaan administrasi keuangan suatu usaha diharapkan dapat dilakukan secara digital agar berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien serta dapat dilakukan pada situasi pandemi Covid-19 dimana sedang diberlakukan physical distancing. Bank Sampah Desa Krejengan, Kabupaten Probolinggo Jawa Timur merupakan salah satu tempat pengelolaan sampah terbesar dan diakui secara nasional. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan dicatatnya Bank Sampah ini pada Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Sampah Nasional Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (Kementrian LHK). Akan tetapi kondisi pengelolaan keuangan di usaha ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengembangkan aplikasi sistem keuangan elektronik dan mensosialisasikannya kepada pengelola bank sampah. Metode yang digunakan yaitu observasi, pengembangan, sosialisasi serta pendampingan kepada pengelola bank sampah. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan pengelolaan keuangan di Bank Sampah Krejengan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien, serta dapat menekan kesalahan input yang selama ini sering terjadi. Selain itu, pengelolaan keuangan juga lebih optimal dilakukan pada situasi pandemi Covid-19 dimana sedang diberlakukan physical distancing, pengelola bank sampah dan nasabah tetap dapat melakukan aktivitas pengelolaan keuangan dengan mudah.Kata Kunci: bank sampah Krejengan, covid-19, keuangan elektronik, UMKM AbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic situation encourages all aspects of life to be digitized, including economic aspects. It is hoped that the financial administration management of a business can be done digitally so that it can run more effectively and efficiently and can be carried out in the Covid-19 pandemic situation where physical distancing is being applied. The Waste Bank of Krejengan Village, Probolinggo Regency, East Java is one of the largest waste management sites and is nationally recognized. This is evidenced by the recording of this Waste Bank in the National Waste Management Information System of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (Kementrian LHK). However, the condition of financial management in this business is still done manually. The purpose of this Community Service is to develop an electronic financial system application and disseminate it to waste bank managers. The method used is observation, development, socialization and assistance to waste bank managers. The results of this dedication show that financial management at the Krejengan Waste Bank has become more effective and efficient, and can reduce input errors that often occur. In addition, financial management is also more optimal in the Covid-19 pandemic situation where physical distancing is being implemented, waste bank managers and customers can still carry out financial management activities easily.Keywords: krejengan waste bank, covid-19, electronic finance, UMKM

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu produk melalui sertifikasi jaminan produk halal dengan memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan pendampingan tentang pentingnya sertifikasi halal pada pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Sesuai edaran LPPOM MUI bahwasannya di tahun 2019 seluruh produk yang berkaitan dengan makan dan minum harus memiliki sertifikasi halal. Hal ini menjadi salah satu tantangan bagi para pelaku UKM dalam memahami tentang arti pentingnya memiliki sertifikasi halal terhadap produk yang dimiliki. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini akan menambah wawasan dan pengalaman yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing bagi pelaku UKM. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan melalui tahapan sosialisasi sampai pendampingan pendaftaran sertifikasi jaminan produk halal secara online pada 150 pelaku UKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner, restoran, café maupun hotel. Penyuluhan Proses Sertifikasi Jaminan Produk Halal Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM)  yang telah dilakukan dapat dilihat dari antusiasme keikutsertaan UKM Kabupaten Trenggalek dan Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat serta pengembangan SDM bagi pelaku UKM di Kabupaten Trenggalek terkait jaminan produk halal.Kata kunci—Penyuluhan, Sertifikasi Jaminan Produk Halal, UKM, Kabupaten Trenggalek. AbstractThis Community Service activity aims to improve product quality through halal product assurance certification by providing knowledge, understanding and assistance on the importance of halal certification for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Trenggalek Regency. According to the LPPOM MUI circular, in 2019 all products related to food and drink must have halal certification. This has become one of the challenges for SMEs in understanding the importance of having halal certification for their products. It is expected that this activity will add insight and experience that can increase productivity and competitiveness for SMEs. Counseling activities carried out through the stages of socialization to the assistance of online halal product assurance certification registration on 150 SMEs actors engaged in culinary, restaurants, cafes and hotels. Abstract

Universitas Negeri Malang sebagai salah satu Perguruan tinggi Negeri di Indonesia merupakan salah satu lembaga yang wajib berperan serta dalam mewujudkan tujuan pembangunan nasional. Kewajiban dosen sebagai civitas akademika Perguruan Tinggi adalah melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang meliputi pendidikan, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat dapat diwujudkan dengan melaksanakan pemberdayaan masyarakat sekitar sebagai bentuk dari tanggung jawab Perguruan Tinggi terhadap pembangunan manusia Indonesia seutuhnya. Sehingga pembangunan harus merupakan perubahan sosial yang tidak hanya terjadi pada taraf kehidupan masyarakat belaka tetapi juga pada peranan unsur-unsur didalamnya. Bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan tim pengabdian masyarakat adalah melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat yang sasarannya adalah anak-anak dari keluarga prasejatera dan anak yatim di Kelurahan Bakalan Krajan, Kota Malang bekerjasama dengan Lembaga Windyas Club sebagai orang tua asuhnya. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan vokasional batik tulis. Langkah-langkah pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dimulai dari perekrutan dan sosialisasi peserta kemudian melakukan kunjungan industri di industri batik tulis dilanjutkan pelatihan. Pada saat pelatihan didatangkan pembatik profesional sehingga peserta dapat belajar dan dibina langsung tentang cara membatik yang benar. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah membentuk wirausaha mandiri dan menjadi bagian dari peningkatan ekonomi kreatif Indonesia.
