Abstract

AbstractCorrectional institutions, as part of the criminal justice system, which is the latest, and get challenges in its implementation, in addition to containing humanitarian guidance to be useful and useful in the future, is also the center of attention because of exceeding the burden of prison houses and the bad culture in prisons. Therefore, there are various alternatives for criminal prosecutions in addition to imprisonment, so that it can reduce the burden of coaching costs. Corrections are only for perpetrators of serious crimes, which cannot be replaced with other alternative crimes. AbstrakLembaga pemasyarakatan, sebagai bagian dari sistem peradilan pidana, yang paling akhir, dan mendapatkan tantangan dalam pelaksanaannya, selain mengandung pembinaan kemanusiaan agar bermanfaat dan berguna dikemudian hari, juga menjadi pusat perhatian karena pelampauan beban rumah penjara serta buruknya budaya di dalam penjara. Karenanya diperlukan berbagai alternatif pemidanaan selain pidana penjara, sehingga dapat  mengurangi beban biaya pembinaan. Pemasyarakatan hanya untuk pelaku tindak pidana berat, yang tidak dapat diganti dengan pidana alternatif lainnya.

Corruption has been systemically widespread in era of regional autonomy, prevention model should still be found, not only the nations awareness and moral improvement, but rationally fill it through a series of legislative policies in formulating legislation, enhancing professional law enforcement, and prinsive implementation good governance, which is expected to achieve clean government, from corruption.

Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan hasil penelitian tentang prol berpikir kritis siswa laki dan perempuan dalam mennyelesaikan soal cerita matematika SMA topik SPLDV. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 3 siswa laki dan perempuan kelas X SMA Al-Hikmah Surabaya yang memiliki kemampuan tinggi relatif sama yaitu 80. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah soal cerita (SC) dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan gender laki dan perempuan memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis yang relatif sama. Namun, siswa dengan gender laki lebih cenderung mengalami kesulitan dalam hal ketelitian. Sedangkan siswa dengan gender perempuan lebih cenderung hanya dapat menyelesaikan soal jika telah diberikan contoh penyelesaian sebelumnya sehingga akan merasa kesulitan jika dihadapkan dengan permasalahan baru yang belum pernah dikerjakan.

Abstract

Statue no. 22/ 2001 on Oil and Gas. (Oil and Gas Law). Have reaped the problem, since the establishment, terms with the impact of globalization, as well as the world economic crisis. Therefore as new laws that regulate oil and gas, there has been a reform in the oil and gas law,  as well as a variety of model settings. As is usually the administrative laws, tend to use the criminal provisions, in order to maintain, this thing is set, it can be done ideally, and improve the welfare of the people in business   with the capital requirement migas.yang besar.Investasi multinational companies have long engaged in oil and gas, even since the  colonial period, until today. Hence privatization of State-Owned Enterprises in  the field of oil and gas business, must be strictly regulated, so that the model of economic democracy as provided for in the Constitution Article 33 of the Constitution of 1945, can be implemented with a high spirit of nationalism.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pembelajaran sejarah submateri kartini dan persepsi siswa dengan sikap siswa terhadap figur Kartini pada kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Rembang tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-post facto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran sejarah dan persepsi siswa berpengaruh dengan sikap siswa terhadap figur Kartini. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan Uji F yang diperoleh Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel5,522>1,653, Pada pengujian secara parsial (uji t) untuk variabel pembelajaran sejarah submateri kartini (X1) diperoleh t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel 0,778<1,653 sehingga H1 ditolak. Untuk variabel persepsi siswa terhadap figur Katini (X2) diperoleh t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel3,659 > 1,653, sehingga H2 diterima. Secara simultan pembelajaran sejarah dan persepsi siswa berpengaruh dengan sikap siswa terhadap figur Kartini sebesar 4,6 %. Secara parsial pengaruh pembelajaran sejarah dengan sikap siswa terhadap figur Kartini sebesar 0,32% dan pengaruh persepsi siswa dengan sikap siswa terhadap figur Kartini sebesar 4,6 %. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas siswa IPS dalam mengikuti pembelajaran kontekstual materi Program Linier dengan mempertimbangkan kecemasan belajar matematika. Penelitian ini dideskripsikan secara kualitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 29 siswa kelas XI IPS di salah satu SMA Negeri di Surabaya. Data diperoleh dari pengamatan, angket, tes dan wawancara sebagai pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pembelajaran dikategorikan tidak berkualitas. Namun, hasil tersebut  lebih tinggi daripada kualitas pembelajaran yang umumnya terjadi di kelas yang sama.This research aims to describe the quality in contextual teaching and learning of linier programming by considering the mathematics anxiety. It will be described qualitatively. The subject is 29 students of second graders (social) from one of state senior high school in Surabaya. The data is obtained by observation, questionnaire, test and interview. The result of research shows that the learning quality is categorized as bad. However, this result is 24% higher than the common learning quality at the same class.

Abstract

The diversity of local culture in Indonesia is priceless wealth. One culture that is owned by Indonesia has become the basis for most of the behavior that exists in an organization. Individual, group, and organizational behavior can’t resist the influence of local culture. At present there are many theories and sciences especially in the field of organizational behavior based on the results of studies from abroad which adopt values originating from the region. One of the individual behaviors that has developed a lot now is about the theory of leadership. Seeing these developments, it is necessary to develop a new model that explains how and what kind of leadership is around us.This research is expected to develop a model of leader behavior based on the surrounding culture. Many theories of organizational behavior that discuss the behavior of leaders who develop strongly today are a reflection of foreign culture that is actually also contained in our cultural values. Therefore this study will answer and explain these problems. The hope in the future is an organization theory will be realized, especially regarding leadership theory that is stronger because it complements the existing theories, and theories that can be applied by local communities because they are a reflection of their own culture. Explore the values, concepts and constructs that develop around to then be harmonized with the theory that originally existed. The method that can be used is through an in-depth exploration process to then be confirmed by a theory that previously existed. The first step of course can be achieved by conducting a group discussion group to explore the values, concepts and constructs of organizational behavior, then analyzing the factors to confirm, then harmonizing with the existing theories first. Key words: Leader, Behavior, Values, Culture.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that affect the performance of the ERP implementation. These factors are: the data migration, system documentation, knowledge transfer, system testing, and integration interfaces. These factors can increase the performance of the implementation of ERP software applications that are on retail industry. The case study method in this research is using interviews and direct observation, the object of the interview in this study is Functional modules of SAP ERP. Sources of data derived from primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that factors influence on the performance of retail industry. Therefore, the factors to be considered in order to improve the success of SAP ERP project in the future. The theoretical implications and suggestions for future research are also discussed in the final part of this study. (SB)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan pada elearning UIN Walisongo Semarang. Studi kasus penelitian ini pada matakuliah manajemen sistem informasi jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) di Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan (FITK) UIN Walisongo Semarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi di lapangan secara langsung dan wawancara dengan mahasiswa MPI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas sistem pada elearning UIN Walisongo, memudahkan mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran. kualitas informasi pada elearning UIN Walisongo memberikan informasi tentang materi dan tugas perkuliahan, sedangkan kualitas layanan pada elearning UIN Walisongo sudah disediakan media tutorial dalam bentuk video dan PDF, serta tersedianya layanan helpdesk untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam menggunakan elearning UIN Walisongo.

Abstract

Evaluasi tata kelola TIK menjadi bagian penting dalam penerapan TIK dalam sebuah perguruan tinggi. Tata kelola teknologi informasi yang baik akan membantu mempercepat terwujudnya visi dan misi sebuah perguruan tinggi. Pusat Teknologi Informasi dan Pangkalan Data (PTIPD) UIN Walisongo merupakan unit teknis yang  mempunyai tugas mengelola dan mengembangkan sistem informasi di lingkungan Institusi. Mengingat pentingnya PTIPD maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi tingkat kematangan teknologi informasi dengan menggunakan metode TeSCA. Analisis dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, penelaah dokumen dan konfirmasi untuk mendukung analisis terhadap PTIPD. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan TIK UIN Walisongo pada tingkat Level Madya dengan scores total 55.43.
