Abstract

ABSTRAKPerubahan ini tidak terlepas dari pengaruh – pengaruh faktor – faktor terkait seperti demografi, social – ekonomi, lokasi, fisik bangunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data/gambaran yang valid tentang aktifitas (penghuni) yang menjadi penyebab dari peralihan fungsi area komersial di rusun. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa penghuni area komersial lantai dasar yang sebagian besar tidak melakukan peralihan fungsi bangunan dari komersial menjadi hunian karena ada beberapa yang merasa lebih nyaman tinggal di lantai atas dan hunian mereka juga tidak terlalu jauh yang berada di lantai lantai 1. namun ada sebagian kecil yang melakukan peralihan fungsi di karena akses yang sulit di lokasi hunian.Kata Kunci : Peralihan Fungsi, Aktifitas, Area Komersial            ABSTRACT       This change is inseparable from the influence of related factors such as demography, socio-economic, location, physical building. The purpose of this study is to obtain valid data / description of the activities (occupants) that the cause of the transition function of commercial areas in building. The results of this study indicate that the inhabitants of the ground floor commercial area that most do not make the transition of building function from commercial to residential because there are some who feel more comfortable living upstairs and their dwellings are also not too far located on the floor 1st floor. There is a small part that performs the switch function in because of the difficult access in the residential location.Keyword : Switching Functions, Activities, Commercial Area

Abstract

ABSTRAKPanti Sosial Tresna Werdha hadir sebagai tempatbernaung bagi orang terlantar yang sudah menua. Latar belakang lansia yang berbeda-beda serta sejauh manabangunan panti dapat memenuhi kebutuhan lansia sebagai pengguna,menjadi fakta menarik untuk diungkapkan. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi pasca huni menjadi metode yang tepat digunakan dalam penelitian ini, berpedoman kepada aspek teknis, aspek fungsional dan aspek perilaku. Panti yang terdiri dari 3 bangunan berbeda mendukung penelitian secara komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam mengolah data serta pendekatan kualitatif dalam penyajiyan hasil. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung dengan lembar observasi, kuesioner terbuka dan tertutup, walk-through interview serta dokumentasi. Keseluruhan instrumen penelitian berbeda penggunaannya sesuai dengan aspek yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian dari ketiga aspek evaluasi pasca huni menunjukkan bahwa adanya keterkaitan antar-aspek terhadap penilaian yang diberikan bagi masing-masing bangunan.Kata Kunci : evaluasi pasca huni, panti jompo, lansia terlantarABSTRACTElderly Social Institution presenceas a shelter for displaced people who are aging. Different backgrounds of elderly and how extents to institution building can complete the needs of elderly as a user, it becomes interesting facts to be disclosed. Therefore, post-occupancy evaluation appropriate method used in this research, guided by the technical aspect, the functional aspect and the behavioral aspect. The institution consists of 3 different buildings to support comparative research with quantitative approach for data processing and qualitative approach for showing results.The research instrument used was direct observation using observation sheets, questionnaire open and closed, walk-through interviewand documentation. All of research instrument is used differently according to the aspects researched. The results from all aspects of post-occupancy evaluation shows that there is relationship between aspects and the assessment provided for each buildings.Keywords : post occupancy evaluation, elderly institution, displaced elderly

Abstract

The construction of a low cost apartment owned (Rusunami) aims to further improve the quality of slum neighborhoods in urban areas by paying attention to the preservation of natural resources and creating a complete, harmonious and balanced residential environment. Changes in the form of occupancy from landed housing to slum settlements into a form of low cost apartment owned by the rejuvenation of slums, certainly has an impact on the social and cultural life of its inhabitants. People living in slums have a high sense of belongingness in their daily lives, so that the lifestyle of the village people who are full of togetherness come into the simple flats owned by them. Thus the need to interact socially and socially in accordance with its culture becomes important to be accommodated in simple flats belonging to greetings in the form of communal space. The occurrence of communal space in a low cost apartment owned by Benhil II is inseparable from understanding human interaction with the environment. This study wanted to find out how the communal space was able to push (sociopetal) or inhibit (sociofugal) the occurrence of social interaction in a simple apartment owned by Benhil II. The method used in this study uses a qualitative research approach in grounded theory. Data collection using in-depth interviews and data analysis includes three stages, namely open coding, axial coding and selective coding. The results show that there are several factors that determine the strength and weakness of the occupants' ties with their communal space, namely place parameters, people parameters and activities parameters or a combination of the three parameters.
