Abstract

Business is an interpersonal and organizational activity that involves the process of selling, purchasing both goods and services with the aim of making a profit. But to get a large profit, it takes many partners who have a high desire to move forward. Information technology provides services for business people so that media information is available as a sign of obstacles. In addition it is necessary to do modeling where the process of communication between businesses running on information technology has a different profit from the business being run. Thus the union has the principle of kinship and has the principle of profitability divided by the amount of contribution given so that the creation of a model in electronic business (e-business) in the hope of having a family principle that is able to provide special profits for businesses other than the profits that run on certain businesses.

Abstract

Crude palm oil is a crop that has a harvest period of ± 2 weeks and is in dire need of dissemination of information using e-commerce in order to be able to predict the price of the yield of companies or individual gardens within the next 2 weeks in order to improve studies on business intelligence. The disadvantage of not implementing e-commerce is certainly detrimental to the garden owner because they have to go through an agent so prices are set based on the agent. So with the application of e-commerce, buyers of crude palm oil can predict prices in conducting business processes to the future. So the need to forecasting the price of crude palm oil heads in order to improve the application of business intelligence using the evolution-based artificial neural network (ANN) method which in this paper is tested with SECoS get a MAPE value of 0.035% and by applying business intelligence can protect transaction costs by 33.3%.

Abstract

Digital image processing in general to makes images that appear converted to a function of light intensity represented in a two-dimensional plane. The function is a value that will be processed for classification so that the computer is able to recognize the image. Besides classification requires training and testing to produce a small error value and optimal algorithm. The problem of optimization is closely related to the principles and findings of science. Getting the smallest error value by calculating using MAPE for that MAPE calculation is done by using the Detection Rate formula to generalize knowledge in order to find the optimal model. Thus, the application of ANN is very suitable for optimizing classification using the Simple Evolving Connectionist System Method and as the result, the classification of images containing protein with test data is that the eggs work with optimal proof of achieving MAPE without modification of 0.1947% and MAPE which has been modified with the formula detection rate of 0.05554633%.

Abstract

Sekarang ini penggunaan arus listrik yang digunakan oleh perusahaan, industri dan masyarakat meningkat pesat pemakaiannya. Bangunan, gedung dan industri terkadang perangkat listriknya masih menyala sampai pagi meskipun jam kerja sudah berakhir. Hal ini dikarenakan masyarakat lalai dalam mematikan perangkat elektronik. Pengendalian peranti elektronik yang masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan menyalakan dan mematikannya melalui saklar manual, sehingga membatasi upaya masyarakat untuk melakukan penghematan energi listrik. Dengan demikian diperlukan adanya solusi agar dapat menghemat adanya energi tersebut. Hasil penenlitian yang dilakukan adalah suatu sistem kendali pengontrol arus listrik jarak jauh dengan menggunakan raspberry pi dan server web. Prinsip kerja dari sistem ini yaitu pengendalian peranti elektronika dari jarak jauh pada sebuah bangunan melalui website local yang diakses menggunakan jaringan internet. Karena menggunakan internet maka diperlukan server web yang berfungsi sebagai server untuk mengontrol perangkat tersebut. Perancangan ini berupa perancangan perangkat lunak menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database. Kata Kunci : Server WEB, Raspberry Pi, Elektronika, Internet, PHP, Database.

Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is a computerized system used to help policy makers to make a decision. This system is used as a second opinion to assist decision making by combining complex data, models and analytical tools. There are various algorithms or methods applied in this system, one of which is the Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). This method focuses on calculating the smallest distance to the positive ideal solution and the largest distance from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view using Euclidean distance. The TOPSIS method will use several criteria such as the competence of the lecturer, the final education of the lecturer, functional position of the lecturer and the quota of students who are being trained. So that it will be more effective in selecting the thesis supervisor according to the field of knowledge controlled by the supervisor. The leader of the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology are facilitated by the support of a decision-making support system to allocate thesis supervisors for students by using the TOPSIS method.  Sistem pendukung pembuat keputusan (SPPK) atau dalam referensi lain juga disebut dengan Decision Support System (DSS) adalah sebuah sistem yang dikomputerisasi digunakan untuk membantu pemangku kebijakan untuk membuat sebuah keputusan. Sistem ini digunakan sebagai second opinion untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan dengan menggabungkan data, model-model dan alat-alat analisis yang kompleks. Ada berbagai algoritma atau metode yang diterapkan dalam sistem ini, salah satunya adalah Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode ini menitik beratkan pada perhitungan jarak terkecil pada solusi ideal positif dan jarak terbesar dari solusi ideal negative dari sudut pandang geometris dengan menggunakan jarak Euclidean. Metode TOPSIS akan menggunakan beberapa kriteria seperti kompetensi dosen, pendidikan akhir dosen jabatan fungsional dosen dan kuota mahasiswa yang sedang diampuh. Sehingga akan lebih efektif dalam melakukan pemilihan dosen pembimbing skripsi sesuai bidang ilmu yang dikuasai dosen pembimbing. Pembuat kebijakan di lingkungan Fakultasi Ilmu Komputer dan Teknologi Informasi dimudahkan dengan adanya dukungan dari sistem pendukung pembuatan keputusan untuk mengalokasikan dosen pembimbing skripsi bagi mahasiswa dan mahasiswi dengan memanfaatkan metode TOPSIS.

Abstract

Sekolah/Madrasah Muhammadiyah di Kota Binjai sebanyak 13 sekolah/madrasah dengan perincian tingkat Sekolah Dasar sebanyak 6, tingkat SMP/MTs sebanyak 4 sekolah dan setingat SMA/MA sebanyak 3 sekolah. Hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh sekolah belum secara maksimal menggunakan teknologi dalam sistem administrasi sekolah, Salah satu teknologi yang sedang berkembang adalah berbasis Website. Tujuan umum dari kegiatan pengadian ini adalah untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi dalam administrasi sekolah/madrasah. Sedangkan tujuan khususnya adalah menerapkan sistem aplikasi berbasis web oleh Majelis DIKDASMEN PDM Kota Binjai untuk pendataan secara adminstrasi sekolah/madrasah Muhammadiyah di Kota Binjai. Pengabdian akan dilaksanakan di Perguruan Muhammadiyah Kota Binjai di Jl. K.H. Ahmad Dahlan No. 4 Binjai dengan mitra Majelis DIKDASMEN PDM Kota Binjai. Metode kegiatan pengabdian adalah dengan melaksanakan pelatihan kepada mitra. Pelaksanaan pengabdian diawali dengan membuat form database sekolah lalu membuat aplikasi berbasis web yang dikerjakan oleh tim pengabdian, kemudian kegiatan sosialisasi dengan melaksanakan workshop. Dengan kegiatan workshop diharapkan mitra mampu mnerapkan MADrasah Muhammadiyah di Kota Binjai.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah adalah salah satu organisasi terbesar di Indonesia (YLSA, 2013). Namun hal tersebut tidak sesuai dengan kenyataannya. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Muhammadiyah adalah akurasi data jumlah anggota Muhammadiyah yang aktif dan jumlah   simpatisannya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut pengusul akan melakukan pelatihan tentang penerapan Sistem lnformasi Manjemen Database dan Keaktifan Anggota Muhammadiyah Berbasis Web. Oleh karena itu untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka peneliti akan membuat suatu program      aplikasi ADAPMu, dan mensosialisasikan dan melakukan pelatihan, adapun materi pelatihannya adalah: 1) Kurangnya pemahaman PRM tentang Sistem lnformasi Manjemen Database; 2) Kurangnya pemahaman PRM tentang penggunaan pendataan berbasis website. Lokasi pelaksanaan pengabdian dilaksanakaan di Kota Medan tepat nya di Cabang Muhammadiyah Medan Johor, yang beralamat Jl. Brig.  Jend.  Zein Hamid Gg. Sado No. 55 Kel. Titi Kuning Kee. Medan Johor. Diharapkannya dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 5 Medan is one of the vocational high schools in the city of Medan. One of the visions and missions of this school is to increase discipline in complying with existing regulations. One of the things that must be disciplined is attendance, timely collection of assignments and payment of tuition fees that must be on time. But in reality there are still some students who do not attend school because the student withdraws so that parents feel worried about the condition of their children at school, whether they actually go to school or not and parents also cannot know the progress of how many grades their children have earned in general directly because of busy work, there are even students who cannot maintain the mandate to pay tuition fees that have been deposited by their parents. Therefore, a system is needed to monitor student activities at school. Monitoring activities are the main activities in the world of education. However, these activities cannot be carried out optimally. Parents still find it difficult to monitor their children's learning activities at school. Notification of student achievement (grades) is only made at the time of receipt of the final report. Therefore we need a system that facilitates the process of monitoring and assessing students, both for teachers and parents to overcome these problems. The purpose of this research is to develop a student monitoring system (E-Monitoring). The method used to develop this system is data collection, hardware and software analysis, system design and analysis as well as system implementation and testing. The result of this study is a system that can assist teachers in managing grades, recap student errors, and facilitate parents to monitor and obtain information about their children's learning activities clearly and in real time.

Abstract

Massa pandemic covid 19 ini sebagian besar institusi pendidikan melaksanakan proses belajar dan mengajar secara online, termasuk dalam melaksanakan ujian. Ujian merupakan tahap evaluasi dari pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang diberikan. Dari permasalahan tersebut memunculkan gagasan untuk membuat suatu sistem manajemen bank soal dan ujian berbasis website. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah guru dalam memberikan ujian dan proses pemberian nilai ujian yang efektif dan efisien. Sistem manajemen bank soal dan ujian berbasis website dibuat dengan menggunakan Sublime Text sebagai software pengolah data. Dalam penelitian ini proses sistem manajemen soal dan ujian yang sudah dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah secara online menggunakan aplikasi CBT. Tetapi banyak siswa yang tidak memiliki fasilitas laptop/komputer sehingga menjadi kendala oleh pihak sekolah. Sehingga penulis membuat sistem manajemen soal dan ujian berbasis web menggunakan platform android. Karena sekarang ini setiap siswa sudah mempunyai android sehingga dapat memudahkan siswa dalam mengikuti proses ujian. Hasil dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya sistem manajemen bank soal dan ujian berbasis website, diharapkan dapat membantu kinerja guru dalam mengelola soal dan ujian.

Abstract

E-Government is the government's program and commitment in the effort to develop electronic-based governance and transforms to facilitate the activities of society and business to the knowledge-based society. E-Governmet can be said to be a system that contains collections of modules that can be integrated with others. Considering the many module components in the e-government authors in this study limits only to population modules such as service and management of population data, KK data, data on population mutations such as population (moving, coming, born, dead) built using the Model View method Web-based and online controller. As well as how to simplify the management of the letter, in addition to facilitate the search population data and information about the development of villagers in each village in real time with terintegerasinya data to each village in addition to facilitate and accelerate the service request and manufacture reporting. So with the existence of this system the kecamatan easier to see the development of data of the population of each village and with this system the kecamatan and village easier to manage the data letter and can facilitate in sending mail to each village. With this research, it is expected Sub-district offices can provide improvement of information service and also data processing of its population.
