Abstract

In preparing for the COVID-19 endemic period, every government and private agency will be required to comply with new rules by the government, where everyone is required to wear a mask and perform physical distancing when leaving the house for activities. This is one of the new habits that will be familiarized to the public by the government in 2022 and the following year. Due to the easy transmission of the Covid-19 virus, the selection of SNI masks is highly recommended. The purpose of this study was to classify the types of SNI and non-SNI masks so that the presence of this SNI mask cluster monitoring system could increase security in locations that require the mandatory use of masks such as in schools and the masks used can function effectively to prevent the spread and transmission of Covid -19.. From the dataset, 100 pictures were taken randomly on SNI and non-SNI mask users. Where the types of masks that are SNI have been studied on Duckbil masks, KN-45, Surgical Mask 2 ply, and Surgical 3 ply are included in SNI masks and cloth masks are not included in SNI masks at a distance of 0.5 meters, 1 meter, 1.5 meters and 2 meters from the mobile device. It can be seen on the SNI mask at a distance of 0.5 meters achieving 100% accuracy, a distance of 1 meter achieving 100% accuracy, at a distance of 1.5 meters achieving an accuracy of 95% and at a distance of 2 meters achieving 90% accuracy. Whereas non-SNI masks at a distance of 0.5 meters achieve 100% accuracy, a distance of 1 meter achieves 100% accuracy, at a distance of 1.5 meters achieves an accuracy of 95% and at a distance of 2 meters achieves an accuracy of 90%.

Abstract

The role of algorithms in software or programming is very important, so it is necessary to understand the basic concept of the algorithm. The sorting algorithm is, selection sort (sorting by selecting) is the process of sorting data according to certain rules so that they are ordered regularly. Sorting data consisting of some criteria have priority where the data is sorted by language PHP programming that provides the sort function to sort array datain ascending or descending order from smallest to largest. The sort function is sort data from smallest to largest digit or last letter of letters first each word prioritizes letters then numbers if the data is in that table data consists of a mixture of numbers and letters. The method used is searching the smallest element of the array and swaps it with the element in the first position, then this algorithm repeats the same thing again, namely looking for elements in second position, The process that will result from this system continues until all array elements successfully sorted.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran berbasis buku teks membuat suasana belajar menjadi kurang menarik bagi siswa, khususnya bagi siswa - siswa sekolah dasar. Hal ini menyebabkan transfer ilmu menjadi terhambat. Kemajuan dalam informasi teknologi telah merambah dunia pendidikan yang menerapkan teknologi informasi sebagai alat bantu dalam pengajaran dan kegiatan pembelajaran seperti animasi visual termasuk teknologi augmented reality. Realitas yang diperbesar teknologi dalam aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa inggris menjadi solusi untuk menarik minat anak SD. Aplikasi ini memiliki dua fitur utama yaitu pembelajaran dan kuis. Pertama, siswa diberikan pengenalan tentang benda-benda di sekitar rumah dalam bahasa Inggris, kemudian diminta untuk mengerjakan soal dalam lingkungan teknologi augmented reality dan virtual reality. Aplikasi ini melakukan beberapa proses yang meliputi pembacaan simbol marker menggunakan kamera, kemudian melakukan tahap pre-processing yaitu adalah proses segmentasi untuk perbandingan penanda simbol. Jika simbol penanda adalah gambar yang memiliki kemiripan dengan data referensi, citra hasil pengenalan akan digunakan untuk menampilkan 3 dimensi obyek. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa fitur aplikasi ini berjalan dengan baik, dan siswa mempersepsikannya baik membantu untuk memiliki aplikasi ini untuk belajar bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

Utilization of information technology in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, including in the field of education, namely by holding On-line Classes. The development of information technology is also growing rapidly, especially in the field of education. Distance learning facilities via the Internet allows maha students undertake independent learning so as to facilitate the learning process. In addition, with the development of the system, it is hoped that this facility will be able to direct the ongoing learning process, so that the learning process that occurs resembles the learning process in the classroom. In conducting an assessment, a lecturer/teacher must pay attention to the rules of assessment. However, because there are no clear rules in conducting the assessment, the assessment process must be designed adaptively to adjust its calculations to the assessment rules of the lecturers / instructors who use the system. In this study, the fuzzy logic method approach and the artificial neural network method were used in calculating the assessment of learning outcomes.

Abstract

Stunting is still a serious public health problem in Indonesia, where the prevalence of this condition is 37.2%, up from 35.6% in 2019 and 36.8% in 2020. The length or height of a child who is short (dwarf) is below average for his age. Stunting has a negative impact on IQ deficiencies, infectious diseases, mental health problems, and child development. Toddlers with stunting cases are detected when their growth and development does not match their age, but currently there is no data grouping based on these criteria that is of concern to parents and posyandu cadres. Data can be grouped using the K-Means data mining technique. The K-Means algorithm is often used by researchers as a grouping procedure to ascertain whether children are stunted or not. 395 datasets are used in this research data. The Knowledge Discovery In Databases (KDD) approach, a comprehensive nontrivial procedure for detecting and recognizing patterns in data, underlies this research. Based on the variables of age, weight and height, this study aims to identify groups or clusters of stunting status in children under five. The best number of clusters with K = 2 was determined by the findings of this investigation. There are 392 children in cluster 0-Shanum, Rizka, Nurjanah, and others-and three toddlers in cluster 1-Ezra, M. Abidza, and Abd Mahmud. With a total of 287 stunted toddlers and 108 toddlers with normal development, the most ideal DBI value is 0.007 which is close to 0, this shows that the clusters under review provide quality clusters.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has made it easier for people to complete work. To keep up with the times in the game world, information technology students learn about the HTML (Hyper Text Mark Up Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheet), and PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming languages to create website-based games. Using qualitative research methods, IT students create website-based games with the HTML, CSS, and PHP programming languages that can be accessed via the XAMPP localhost. Students can play this Game Suit game with a computer offline. So that with this website-based game it will make it easier for people to access it and do not require storage such as downloading game applications.

Abstract

Ruang server adalah ruang di mana server, peralatan komunikasi jaringan termasuk sakelar dan router, dan peralatan operasional lainnya disimpan. Semua perangkat akan berperilaku berbeda di ruang server dengan suhu dan kelembapan tinggi, oleh karena itu penting untuk menjaga kondisi tersebut tetap stabil untuk mencegah kerusakan peralatan yang mudah. Akibatnya, bisnis harus menerapkan standar untuk melindungi fungsionalitas perangkat yang disimpannya. Sebuah gadget yang dapat mengatur dan memantau suhu dan kelembapan secara otomatis telah dibuat untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan sensor suhu dan kelembaban yang melacak kondisi suhu di dalam ruangan dan menampilkannya pada website yang dapat dilihat melalui koneksi internet. Hasil dari penelitian ini untuk melacak kondisi suhu di dalam suatu ruangan.

Abstract

Kelurahan Sipagimbar merupakan suatu instansi yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan masyarakat yang pelaksanaannya masih dilakukan secara manual, sering terjadinya permasalahan yang timbul yaitu terjadinya duplikasi data, tercecernya data, tidak terintegrasinya data secara menyeluruh, serta masih kurangnya informasi persyaratan berkas pada saat mengurus surat pengantar atau keterangan, sehingga proses pelayanan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan menyebabkan pelayanan masyarakat kurang efektif dan efisien, apalagi pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dunia industri.Oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan pelayanan mutu yang ada pada kantor kelurahan Sipagimbar dalam hal ini dibuatlah sebuah Rancang Bangun Website Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Masyarakat menggunakan Metode pengembangan sistem adalah Metode Prototype dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, alat pengembangan sistem berupa Flowchart, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu memudahkan proses pelayanan administrasi masyarakat dalam permohonan surat pengantar dan keterangan secara online seperti surat izin keramaian, surat keterangan belum menikah, surat keterangan domisili tempat tinggal, surat keterangan izin usaha, surat keterangan izin mendirikan bangunan, surat pengantar pembuatan akte kelahiran, surat keterangan kematian, surat keterangan belum memiliki rumah, surat keterangan Kartu Indonesia Pintar untuk sekolah, surat persyaratan pembuatan Kartu Iindonesia Sehat, surat kepemilikan tanah, surat keterangan cerai ghoib. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam menyampaikan keluhan pelayanan pada keluarahan sipagimbar. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa tampilan web pengaduan masyarakat yang memudahkan masyarakat dan kelurahan dalam proses pelayanan.

Abstract

PPDB merupakan kegiatan rutin sekolah pada tiap tahunnya.untuk mendapatkan calon peserta didik baru diperlukan media promosi yang tepat agar dapat di terima oleh masyarakat banyak. Namun untuk melakukan promosi pada sekolah harus mampu bersaing dengan sekolah-sekolah lainnya yang mana persainggan sangat sengit pada media online. Sosial media dan website termasuk dalam upaya bersaing untuk mendapat calon perseta didik baru. Akan tetapi pada tahun 2020 ini indonesia menerima pandemik COVID-19 sehingga merubah proses administrasi yang mana secara konvensional menjadi online. Sehingga dengan berlangsungnya PPDB dirancang aplikasi PPDB berbasis web yang dapat dibuka dimanapun serta memiliki proses yang cepat. sehingga proses PPDB dilakukan secara online agar tidak berkurangnya minat calon PPDB mendaftar di sekolah dasar alam Semangat Bangsa dan TK Kartini. Serta dalam pemantauan dalam 7 hari setelah penggunaan aplikasi, pendaftar bertambah 4 kali lipat dari sebelum menggunakan aplikasi PPDB berbasis web ini

Abstract

In the natural language processing field, there are several sub-fields that are very closely related to information retrieval, such as the automatic text summarization sub-field. obtained from the convolutional T5 and Seq2Seq models in summarizing text on hugging faces found features that can affect text summary such as upper- and lower-case letters which have an impact on changing the understanding of the text of the document. This study uses a combination of parameters such as layer dimensions, learning rate, batch size, and the use of Dropout to avoid model overfitting. The results can be seen by evaluating metrics using ROUGE. This study produces a value of ROUGE-1 on 4 documents that are tested which produces an average of 0.8 which is the optimal value, for ROUGE-2 on 4 documents that are tested which results in an average of 0.83 which is an optimal value while ROUGE-L on 4 documents conducted tests that produce an average of 0.8 which is the optimal value for the summary model.
