Abstract

Nijmeegse Schoolbekwaamheids Test (NST) merupakan salah satu tes untuk mengukur kesiapan anak masuk sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif  yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas NST secara empirik berdasarkan classical test teori sebagai instrumen pengukuran pada konteks budaya Indonesia. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 343 anak usia dini yang akan masuk sekolah dasar. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari analisis aitem (indeks diskriminasi aitem dan indeks kesukaran aitem), validitas konstruk dengan pendekatan analisis faktor serta reliabilitas. Hasil analisis aitem menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 sub tes NST ditemukan ada 4 sub tes yang beberapa aitemnya memiliki daya diskriminasi dibawah 0,25. Hasil analisis faktor untuk mengetahui validitas konstruk  menunjukkan bahwa antar sub tes NST memiliki hubungan yang signifikan, selain itu ditemukan bahwa subtes NST terbagi menjadi 2 faktor utama. Sedangkan hasil analisis reliabilitas skala NST dengan menggunakan Cronbach?s Alpha sebesar 0,851.Kata Kunci: Nijmeegse Schoolbekwaamheids Test (NST), Teori Classical Test, analisis aitem, validitas konstruk, reliabilitas, kesiapan sekolah.Nijmeegse Schoolbekwaamheids Test (NST) was a test to measure the readiness of children attend primary school. This research was a descriptive study that aims to determine the quality of the NST was empirically based on classical test theory as an instrument in the context of Indonesian culture. The subjects used in this study amounted to 343 young children who will enter elementary school. The analysis of the data used in this study consisted of the analysis of item (item discrimination index and the index item difficulty), construct validity with factor analysis approach and reliability. Item analysis results showed that of the 10 sub-tests NST found there are 4 sub-tests that some items had the power of discrimination under 0,25. The results of the factor analysis to determine the construct validity show that between sub tests NST had a significant relationship, but it was found that the NST subtest is divided into two main factors. While the results of the analysis of NST scale reliability by using Cronbach's Alpha of 0,851.Key words: Nijmeegse Schoolbekwaamheids Test (NST), Classical Test Theory, item analysis, constructs validity, reliability, school readiness.

Abstract

Academic procrastination in students is a determining factor for the success of students in completing their studies. Engagement with the community and the ability of students to organize themselves in learning also play a role in academic procrastination. This study aims to determine the relationship of Sense of Community (SoC) and Self -Regulated Learning (SRL) with Academic Procrastination. The population of this study was all UMSIDA students in the odd semester of 2018-2019 academic year with the total number of 9824 students and the total sample based on Isaac and Michael's table with an 5% error rate were 385 students with a proportioned random sampling technique. Research data collection used three psychological scales, namely the scale of academic procrastination, the scale of the sense of community, and the scale of self-regulated learning. Analysis of research data used was product moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the Sense of Community and Self-Regulated Learning have a negative relationship with academic procrastination. If students perceive themselves to have a Sense of Community and high Self-Regulated Learning, they will tend to reduce their academic procrastination. However, the Self-Regulated Learning prediction on academic procrastination is higher than the Sense of Community on academic procrastination.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara school well-being dengan flow akademik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP X sebanyak 176 siswa dan total sampel berdasarkan tabel Isaac dan Michael dengan taraf kesalahan sebesar 5% yaitu  sebanyak  114  siswa  dengan  teknik  sampling  proportionate  stratified  random sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan 2 skala psikologis yaitu skala school well-being dan skala flow akademik. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan korelasi product moment  dan  regresi.  Hasil  analisis  menunjukkan,  bahwa  school  well-being  mempunyai hubungan positif dengan flow akademik (r = 0.773, p = 0.000 0.001). Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan  bahwa  loving  (relasi  dengan  orang  lain)  memiliki  hubungan  yang  paling tinggi  dengan  flow  akademik  jika  dibandingkan  dengan  aspek  school  well-being  yang lainnya. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa school well-being memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan  terhadap  flow  akademik  siswa  SMP  (F=  166.349,  p  =  0.000    0.001)  sebesar 59,8% dengan koefisien regresi sebesar β = 0.401.Kata Kunci: School Well-Being, Flow Akademik, Siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama.  Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between school well-being and academic flow. The  population  in  this  study  were  all  students  at  X  Junior  High  School,  which  were  176 students. The total sample was based on Isaac and Michael's table with an error rate of 5%, which were 114 students who were chosen using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The research data collection uses 2 psychological scales, namely the school well- being scale and the academic flow scale. Product moment correlation was used to analyze the main hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that school well-being has a positive relationship with academic flow (r= 0,769, p = 0.001). The higher their school well-being, the higher they gained scores on academic flow. The results of the R Square test obtained results of 0.59, which means that the magnitude of the influence of school well-being on students' academic flow is 59.1%. Abstract

Abstract Modern era that is more focus on materialism, individual and demand on the quickly change. It makes people will get such problem if they cant adjust their self. The incapability in adaptation will make someone get anxiety, frustration and depression quickly; those are manifestation of mental illness. This condition will be worse if someone has not paid attention religion aspects of his life. This is caused by the base of religion if one of four dimension which influence somebodys life. If one of them is unfulfilled so human function will be disturbed i.e. mental illness. The aimed of this research is to know whether religiosity is the factor that effect mental illness. The sampling technique in this research is quota sampling and accidental sampling. Subject of this research is 18-40 years old and Moslem with the total number of 82 people. The instrument for collecting data is mental illness scale and religiosity scale. The result of regression analysis was indicated that F (54,068) F table and r2 = 0,403. So the hypothesis is accepted, this means religiosity can predict mental illness with the prediction capacity is 40,3%. Keyword: Mental Health, Religiosity, Moslem.

Abstract

Artikel ini disusun dengan harapan semakin banyaknya alternatif tes kesiapan masuk sekolah dasar yang dapat dilakukan oleh praktisi psikologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji vailidtas tes Bender-Gestalt (BG) dengan menggunakan Nijmeegse Schoolbekwaamheids Test (NST) sebagai kriteria. Fokus dalam kajian ini adalah satu variabel, yaitu; kesiapan sekolah dasar. Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif dan korelasional, dengan partisipan dalam kajian ini terdiri 397 anak dari tiga sekolah yang tersebar di Sidoarjo, Bangkalan dan Probolinggo. Hasil skor tes BG dengan skor NST (sebagai kriteria) menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif (r=.337, nilai p<0.01). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tes BG memiliki validitas konkuren yang baik ketika dibandingkan dengan alat yang menjadi kriterianya yaitu Nijmeegse Schoolbekwaamheids Test (NST).

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the phenomenon of aggressiveness that emerged in SDN Kludan. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional regulation and aggressiveness in grade VI SDN Kludan students. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a negative relationship between emotional regulation and aggressiveness in elementary students. The variables of this study were emotion regulation as the independent variable and aggressiveness as the dependent variable. The population in this study were 120 students. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. Data analysis used the Pearson Product Moment Correlation statistical technique with the help of SPSS 16.0 for windows. The results of the analysis show a correlation coefficient of -0.763 with a significance value of - .001 <0.05. It is concluded that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted, that is, there is a negative relationship between emotional regulation and aggressiveness. meaning that the higher the emotional regulation, the lower the aggressiveness, and vice versa, the lower the emotional regulation, the higher the aggressiveness. Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of students who lack academic self-efficacy in undergoing the process of academic activities at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the academic self-efficacy of the students of the Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The variable contained in this study is academic self-efficacy. This research was conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo using students for the Academic Year 2020-2021 as many as 320 student subjects taken using the proportional sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study used an academic self-efficacy scale with a Likert-scaled model. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive statistical analysis with categorization techniques. The results of data analysis showed that most of the students' academic self-efficacy levels were in the medium category (71%), a few were in the low category (16%), but a small portion had high self-efficacy (13%),. The study programs that have are Management study programs with an average score of 70.70, and Law study programs are 70.43. While the highest aspect is generality with an average value of 26.45, magnitude 25.13, strength aspect 18.48.

Abstract

Students of SMP Negeri 2 Dawarblandong have problems in academic flow, namely students feel unable to concentrate fully and do not enjoy learning and doing math assignments. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a relationship between academic self-regulation and academic flow in students of SMP Negeri 2 Dawarblandong in Mathematics. This study uses correlational quantitative methods, the population is all students of SMP Negeri 2 Dawarblandong from grades 7-9 with a total of 510. And the sample is 224 students. The data collection technique used was the academic self-regulation scale with a reliability value of 0.923 and the academic flow scale adapted the flow inventory for students scale with a reliability value of 0.765. The data analysis method uses Spearman's rho correlation with r value = 0.549 and p value = < .001, it can be interpreted that there is a significant relationship between academic self-regulation variables and academic flow. The magnitude of the effect of academic self-regulation on academic flow is quite large (0.549).

Abstract

This study uses a type of correlational quantitative research. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between emotional regulation and academic stress in class XII students in Accounting in Antarctica 2 Sidoarjo Vocational School. The variables contained in this study are emotional regulations as independent variables and academic stress as dependent variables. This research was conducted at Antarctic Vocational School 2 Sidoarjo with a sample of 103 students using non probability sampling with accidental sampling techniques. Techniques in data collection using 2 Likert scales, namely the emotional regulation scale and academic stress scale. The results of this study are the existence of a significant relationship between emotional regulation and academic stress in students. Data analysis was carried out using Pearson correlation statistics with the help of SPSS ver. 24 for Windows. The results of the data analysis in this study showed a correlation coefficient of -0.569 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, this could be concluded that there was a negative relationship between emotional regulation and academic stress. This means that if the higher regulation of emotion, the lower the academic stress experienced by the Antarctic Vocational School 2 Sidoarjo, on the contrary if emotional regulation is lower, the felt academic stress will be higher.
