Abstract

Cyber crime merupakan tindak kejahatan yang terjadi di dunia maya, yang mana salah satu cyber crime paling marak terjadi adalah cyberbullying pada remaja. Adapun dari hasil survei diperoleh bahwa terdapat 2 pesan instan dari media sosial yang paling sering digunakan, yaitu Facebook Messenger dan Whatsapp. Oleh sebab itu, cyber crime juga kemungkinan besar terjadi pada kedua pesan instan tersebut karena penggunanya sangat dominan. Melihat perkembangan IoT yang mempengaruhi setiap kegiatan melalui komunikasi di dunia maya, maka bukti digital dari pesan instan di media sosial saat ini telah menjadi bukti yang valid dalam mengungkap berbagai persoalan, salah satunya cyberbullying. Akan tetapi, tindak kejahatan akan sulit diungkap jika bukti digital tersebut terhapus atau sengaja dihapus. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian dengan Metode Action Research ini, penulis melakukan proses Digital Forensik untuk mengungkap bukti cyberbullying dari Facebook Messenger dan Whatsapp. Dalam hal ini, cyberbullying hanyalah contoh kecil dari sekian banyak cyber crime yang terjadi. Oleh karena itu, proses Digital Foresik ini dapat diterapkan untuk mengungkapkan berbagai jenis cyber crime lainnya. Selain itu, hasil dari penelitian ini juga dapat digunakan untuk mengungkap bukti-bukti digital lain yang dibutuhkan dalam proses penyidikan.

Abstract

Global competition has demanded every individual to have strong competitiveness on a national and international scale. Proficiency in language is also a demand in global competition. Language is also a medium that can influence someone and is a media used to express opinions and analyze problems. As a lecturer who takes shelter in the English study program, there is a desire to conduct guidance in the language field for lecturers and employees of Bina Darma University as one of the community service activities. Therefore Bujang Girls Campus Bina Darma University was chosen to conduct Spelling Bee Competition activities to provide motivation to learn English for lecturers and employees of Bina Darma University .. The mission of the Spelling Bee Comepetion activity is to provide additional knowledge of English which is expected to be able to increase English proficiency for Bina Darma University lecturers and employee. Abstract

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) is one of the things that must be owned by lecturers and students to acknowledge their creations. There are many parts to IPR, as an initial recognition of works, Lecturers and Students at least have Copyright and Brand Rights. This also applies to Bina Darma University, which has a work program to improve IPR from Lecturers and Students through the Directorate of Innovation and Business Incubator (DIIB). Therefore, Community Service (PkM) activities in which the team is a member of DIIB carry out IPR management clinics by introducing Copyright and Brand Rights to Bina Darma University Lecturers and Students. By the Direct Action method, the PkM Team accompanies Participants and directs them to register an account for the Management of Copyright and Brand Rights. As for the 51 participants who attended the clinic, there were 60.8% lecturers and 39.2% students. In addition, it is recorded that 68.6% of all Participants do not have IPR, both Copyright and Brand Rights. During the PkM activity, participants are welcome to ask questions and discuss during direct practice for the submission of Copyright or Brand Rights. From the results of the PkM activities that have been carried out, it was found that 100% of the Participants already have an account for managing Copyright and Brand Rights and 85% have tried to apply for Copyright and also Brand Rights.

Abstract

Public advertising is advertising that is used to convey information, persuade or educate the reader or audience of the advertisement. Public advertising is designed for the benefit and welfare of society. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implicature of public advertisements in Palembang which includes the types of implicatures contained in advertisements and to find out how many students understand the meaning of these advertisements. The research method used is a qualitative-descriptive approach with observation data collection techniques and questionnaires. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain a sample of 20 respondents from the English Literature study program at Bina Darma University. The analytical tool used is qualitative analysis, the results of the study prove that "Implicature of Public Advertising in Palembang" can be interpreted that all dominant public advertisements use conventional types of implicatures, so that advertisements become more easily understood by the public. Overall, students are able to understand advertisements and give very precise and balanced implications for each other or have almost the same implications.

Abstract

This study is entitled An Analysis Of Word Formation In Local And International Cosmetic Brands. In this study, the researcher analyzed the word formation processes of 25 local and international cosmetic brands on Shopee. There were two purposes of conducting this research. (1) To classify and find the categories of word formation in local and international cosmetic brands on Shopee, (2) To find out the patterns and meanings in local and international cosmetic brands. In this study, the researcher did the qualitative research with descriptive approach. For the technique of collecting the data, the researcher used documentation study technique. The researcher used the theory of word formation by Yule (2010). For the result the researcher found 5 categories of word formation processes in 25 local and international cosmetic brands. They were 6 items for borrowing, 6 items for compounding, 4 items for blending, 6 items for acronyms and 3 items for multiple processes.

Abstract

Jumlah pengguna social media Indonesia semakin hari semakin meningkat dan menjadi peringkat atas jumlah penggunak social media di dunia. Jumlah pengguna facebook saat ini berada di peringkat ketiga teratas didunia dengan jumlah pengguna 202,2 juta penguna. Fenomena jumlah pengguna facebook yang begitu berbanding terbalik dengan kenyataan pnilaian tingkat literasi pengguna facebook yang di nilai kurang. Hal ini menyebaban kegiatan kampanye litrasi dirasa perlu dan digalakkan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan analisis deskriptif. Dengan sumberdata pengguuna facebook. Ditemukan Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untukengkampanyean kegiatan literasi; 1. membuat akun dengan nama literasi (82) 2. Membuat group facebook bernamakan litetasi dan membahas tentang literasi 2600) 3. Membuat fanspage tentang literasi (102) 4. membuat berbagai macam dan jenis unggahan tentang literasi. Jumlah unggan tetang literasi semakin bertambah anyak dengan mengguakkan hastag khusu diantarany: 1) tema literasi 61.000 unggahan 2) 45.000 unggahan literasi digital, dan 3. 171.000 unggahan Literasi 15 detik. Berdasarkan uji efektivitas dengan 4 indikator yaitu exposure, engagement, influence dan action didapatkan hasil bahwa efektif.
