Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pengelolaan pasar tradisional di kantor unit Pasar Baruga Kota Kendari guna meningkatkan pendapatan pedagang kecil. Informan penelitian ini adalah pegawai pasar Baruga kota kendari terdiri dari Kepala Pasar Baruga, Ketua Administrasi dan Keuangan Pasar Baruga, Kolektor Pasar Baruga, dan Pedagang Pasar Baruga. Pengumpulan data menggunakan obsevasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa manajemen Pasar Tradisional Baruga tergolong sudah baik jika dilihat dari aspek Perencanaan (Planning), Pengorganisasian (Organizing) dan Pengawasan (Controlling). Manajemen pasar Baruga juga sangat mempengaruhi peningkatan pendapatan pedagang Pasar Baruga. Kata Kunci : Manajemen; Pasar Tradisional; Pendapatan; Pedagang

Abstract

Abstrak  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. IndraBakti Mustika Sulawesi Tenggara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni metode kuantitatif, mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder serta melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada semua karyawan yang berstatus sebagai karyawan tetap maupun karyawan kontrak pada Perusahaan Tambang PT. IndraBakti Mustika Sulawesi Tenggara. Jumlah sampel (responden) pada penelitian ini sebanyak 54 orang responden.Peneliti menggunakan alat bantu SPSS Versi 20. Dari hasil analisi regresi liniear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel komitmen organisasi.Hasil determinasi (R2) nilai adjusted r square yaitu sebesar 0,528 yang artinya variabel komitmen organisasi mampu menjelaskan kinerja karyawan sebesar 52,8% sementara sisanya 47,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.  Kata Kunci: komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to see the quality of public services organized by the Marobo District Government of Muna Regency and the factors that affect the quality of public services. This type of research uses qualitative methods. The data research technique was carried out through literature and field studies in the form of observations, interviews, agency data and documentation. The results showed that the quality of public services at the Marobo sub-district office in Muna Regency was good. This gives people satisfaction who feel comfortable when receiving services such as services that do not take time, tariffs for services are appropriate, and document security in the office is good. Meanwhile, the factors that affect the quality of public services at the Marobo sub-district office, Muna Regency, are inadequate work facilities that support the quality of service so that it has an impact on the quality of public services. This is a response to the shortage of seats, the absence of air conditioning and television at the Marobo sub-district office in Muna Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the empowerment of government officials on work performance in the personnel agency and human resource development in Bombana district. The research methodology used in this study is a descriptive method that seeks to describe the intended phenomenon. The data obtained from the results of interviews with informants, namely 4 people who are directly involved in the process of empowering the apparatus on employee performance achievements. Then the data obtained is then analyzed and interpreted and a conclusion is drawn. The results of this study are based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been stated, that the empowerment of government officials on work performance in the personnel agency and human resource development of Bombana Regency consists of 2 indicators, namely empowerment of the apparatus consisting of education and training (training) and career development. Then the employee performance achievements consist of quality of work, quantity of work and timing.

Abstract

The paper aims to depict lecturers’ experiences on the professional development programs in three polytechnics. The study used a qualitative descriptive study employing nine lecturers of English teaching in three different polytechnics. The study finds that lecturers believe that professional development programs as a means for them to improve their knowledge, skills, and expertise. Also, lecturers encounter that professional development programs are not offered equally for lecturers rather than depends on the policy of the top managerial levels. Professional development programs are mostly offered inside the campus for a shorter period rather than offered by external agents that take a longer time. The study recommends that professional development in polytechnics should be done systematically, periodically, and intensively so that lecturers of English in polytechnics can enhance their skills, improve their knowledge, and share their expertise. Further, professional development programs should involve different relevant stakeholders so that they can bring in different expertise and a variety of skills and knowledge so that lecturers of English can fully update with the modern trend of technology. Consequently, they can apply the updated skills and knowledge in their teaching to improve the quality of polytechnic output.

Abstract

This study aims to explore multicultural education values in an Islamic higher education institution. This research focuses particularly on students’ views on multicultural education values. This study aims to fill the absence of Islamic university students’ voices on multiculturalism. This study draws from several concepts of multicultural education values using multiple case studies approach. The data for this investigation is gained through semi-structure interviews and is analyzed through systematic approach. The result of the study shows that there is new themes appear in this research. These themes extends the existing multicultural values proposed and identified in the earlier studies. This study has both pedagogical and social implications.

Abstract

Stroke is damage to brain tissue caused by a sudden reduction in or supply of oxygen in the blood. Brain tissue that has decreased oxygen supply will experience decreased function and cell death. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of nursing care to meet the needs of physical mobility in stroke patients at RSKD Dadi Makassar. The study design was a case study in the form of a nursing care approach in two non-hemorrhagic stroke patients. The results showed both patients experienced weakness of the right limb which caused impaired physical mobility and total self-care deficit. Nursing interventions in patients include ambulation support, mobilization support, range of motion exercises and self-care assistance. Nurses should provide care and education to families about the care of stroke patients who experience physical mobility impairments and self-care deficits. Families also need to provide support to stroke patients undergoing treatment to increase motivation, speed up the recovery process and prevent complications.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of village head leadership on community participation in paying Land and Building Tax (PBB) in Koepisino Village, Bonegunu District. The population in this study were the taxpayers (heads of families) in Koepisino Village, as many as 177 people. The sample in this study was determined by proportional random sampling with a total sample of 64 people. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative.  The results in this study indicate that the leadership of the Village Head consists of dimensions 1) ways of communicating, 2) providing motivation, 3) leadership ability, 4) decision making, 5) positive power, which has a significant effect on community participation when paying Land and Building Tax (PBB). Then based on the results of the analysis of the effect of the village head on community participation in paying land and building taxes in the village of Koepisino, Bonegunu District, it shows that the effect of the village head is 58.3% and the remaining 41.7% is caused by other factors. Then the leadership dimension of the Village Head in Koepisino Village that gives the highest contribution to community participation in paying land and building taxes is the dimension of how to communicate. Meanwhile, the leadership dimension of the Village Head in Koepisino Village which gives the lowest contribution to community participation in paying land and building taxes is a positive dimension of power.

Abstract

The study aims to descrie the effectiviness of public complaint services online through the LAPOR! Application. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This study uses data sourced from primary and secondary data. The results of this study state that the effectiveness of online public complaint services through the LAPOR! It can be said to be effective based on the indicators of measuring the criteria fo effectiveness and quality of public sevices that are good, it’s just that the accuracy indicator of diskominfo as the main admin still has to desseminate information  to yhe public that there are some complaints that are not included in the realm of  LAPOR!. However, with the LAPOR! As a means of complaint it makes it easier for the public to make a complaint. It is proven that up to September 2020, there were 173 complaints in the application data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan media animasi terhadap minat belajar, hasil belajar serta penggunaannya secara simultan terhadap minat dan hasil belajar IPS murid kelas V SDN 3 Sambung Jawa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimental design dengan menggunakan rancangan nonequivalent control group design, penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 40 murid dengan 2 kelas sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 21.0. Pengambilan data untuk mendapatkan tes hasil belajar murid diperoleh dengan menggunakan pretest dan posttest dan untuk mendapatkan hasil minat belajar murid diperoleh dengan mengunakan angket. Adapun hasil analisis deskriptif yang diperoleh didapatkan minat dan hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol. Selain itu, terdapat kesenjangan pada kelas kontrol dimana minat belajarnya tidak seimbang dengan hasil belajarnya. Pada uji Manova diperoleh signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Nilai signifikansi ini lebih kecil dari 0.05, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan media animasi secara simultan terhadap minat dan hasil belajar. berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan media animasi terhadap minat dan hasil belajar ilmu pengetahuan sosial murid kelas V SDN 3 Sambung Jawa kabupaten Pangkep.
