Abstract

The purposes of this research were to examine and analyze the influence of the following variables: 1. Leadership Style on Work Motivation; 2. Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction; 3. Leadership Style on Employee Performance; 4. Work Motivation on Employee Performance; 5. Job Satisfaction on Work Motivation; and 6. Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance of PT Pupuk Kaltim Tbk.The study was conducted in PT Pupuk Kaltim Tbk in Bontang, East Kalimantan Province. The total number of samples was 168 pairs of questionnaires from 198 packs of respondents and the population consisted of 1,465 employees, obtained by using proportional stratified random sampling. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), assisted by software program AMOS.Based on research data, analysis and discussion, the results were: The indicators on the variable of leadership style was the orientation of success. The variable of work motivation was the affiliation (arithmetic mean) and competence (confirmatory factor analysis). The variable of  job satisfaction was the company and management. Meanwhile, the variable of employee performance, in which the respondents were supervisors, was the use of time for employees. Leadership style can enhance employee performance through increasing either work motivation or job satisfaction, or increasing both, job satisfaction and work motivation. The employee performance of  PT Pupuk Kaltim Tbk can not be influenced by leadership style directly. It is suggested that the management of PT Pupuk Kaltim Tbk give attention by conducting comprehensive research and scientific steps to make changes in Human Resources Management, especially in revitalizing leadership so that the company’s objective, vision and mission can be achieved well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan unuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitan ini sebanyak 396 karyawan BPR Syariah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden.Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner berskala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitan yang bersifat penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan motivasi kerja perawat PNS, perawat BLUD dan perawat THL di RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen berdasarkan teori dua faktor Herzberg. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif komparatif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan alat ukur skala dan teknik pengambilan sampel proporsional. Sampel yang diambil adalah 57 perawat yang terdiri dari 34 perawat PNS, 4 perawat BLUD  dan 19 perawat THL di RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen. Alat analisis data menggunakan uji univariat dan uji Kruskal Wallis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai Asymp.Sig pada indikator prestasi sebesar 0.008, pada indikator tanggung jawab sebesar 0.039, pada indikator kesempatan untuk maju 0.031 dan pada indikator gaji sebesar 0,009 lebih kecil dari nilai 0.050 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pada indikator tersebut ada perbedaan motivasi kerja antara perawat PNS, perawat BLUD dan perawat THL. Sedangkan nilai Asymp.Sig pada indikator pengakuan sebesar 0.008, pekerjaan sebesar 0.147, peraturan sebesar 0.734, promosi sebesar 0.434, supervisi sebesar 0.402, Hubungan interpersonal sebesar 0.443, kondisi kerja sebesar 0.138 dan keamanan kerja sebesar 0.960 lebih besar dari nilai 0.050 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pada indikator tersebut tidak ada perbedaan motivasi kerja antara perawat PNS, perawat BLUD dan perawat THL. Rerata motivasi pegawai PNS sebesar 31.84, perawat BLUD sebesar 26.25 dan perawat THL sebesar 24.50 dimana motivasi kerja perawat PNS lebih tinggi dibandingkan perawat BLUD dan perawat THL.Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Motivasi Kerja, PNS, BLUD, THL

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of competence, motivation and work environment both partially and jointly on the performance of lecturers of the Yogyakarta Private University. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection using a questionnaire method (questionnaire) that has been tested for validity and reliability, while data analysis is done using multiple linear regression analysis. This research stamp was a lecturer in the Private University of Yogyakarta with a sample collection technique using convenience sampling. The results showed that: 1) Competence has a significant effect on the performance of lecturers, this is indicated from the results of the t-test of 11,687 with a significance of 0,000. 2) Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of lecturers, this is indicated from the results of t count of 4.330 with a significance of 0,000. 3) The Work Environment does not affect lecturer performance. 4) Competence, Motivation and Work Environment together have a significant effect on the performance of lecturers, this is indicated by an F count of 64,466 with a significance of 0,000. With a large effect of 77.5%, while the remaining 22.5% is influenced by other independent variables that are not thorough.Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Work Environment, Performance ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja dosen Perguruan Tinggi Swasta Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket (kuesioner) yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sempel penelitian ini adalah dosen Perguruan Tinggi Swasta Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan convinience sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil uji t hitung sebesar 11,687 dengan signifikansi 0,000. 2) Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil t hitung sebesar 4,330 dengan signifikansi 0,000. 3) Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen. 4) Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, hal ini ditunjukan dengan F hitung sebesar 64,466 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Dengan besar pengaruh sebesar 77,5%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 22,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lain yang tidak teliti.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

Several factors are used to measure employee performance, namely employee internal factors and external factors that are following an employee's personal needs. One internal factor used to measure employee performance is one of the individual productivity factors and one of the external factors of employees who implement Total Quality Management (TQM) in the company where they work. This study aims to test the success and TQM on employee performance. The object of this research is in the Muhammadiyah Television company in Jakarta and Yogyakarta. Through examining the perception of 30 employees. The method of analysis uses multiple regression.The results of this study explain that the Productive Behavior Variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a significance value of 0.041 less than the Alpha value of 0.05; thus, the first hypothesis accepted. TQM variable is significant on company performance with a significance value of 0,000 smaller than the Alpha value of 0.05. Therefore the second hypothesis is accepted. Hypothesis test results three explain together Productive behavior variables, and TQM significantly influences Employee Performance with a significance value of 0,000 smaller than the Alpha value of 0.05. Thus the null hypothesis is accepted. Keywords : Productive behavior, TQM, Performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is a discussion that has never been bored to be examined from various points of view. This time the author tries to present employee performance when faced with conditions at the end of the productive age (before retirement). This research provides an understanding of how employees actually ahead of their retirement, how to work culture and the ability whether they still have maximum enthusiasm. More specifically the purpose of this study to test: (1) The influence of work culture on employee performance before retirement at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury, D. I. Yogyakarta Province; (2) The effect of work ability on employee performance prior to retirement at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury, D. I. Yogyakarta Province; (3) The influence of organizational commitment on employee performance prior to retirement at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury, D. I. Yogyakarta Province; and (4) The influence of work culture, work ability, and organizational commitment to employee performance prior to retirement at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury, D. I. Yogyakarta Province.This type of research used in this research was quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of the Province D. I. Yogyakarta who will enter their retirement period within the next 5 (five) years starting from 2020 to 2025 totaling 60 employees. The sampling technique in this study was a census or total sample, namely the entire sample of 60 employees. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance before retirement in the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Provincial Treasury In Yogyakarta. (2) Job ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance prior to retirement at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury, Province D. I. Yogyakarta. (3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance before retirement at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury, Province D. I. Yogyakarta. (4) Work culture, work ability, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect together on employee performance prior to retirement at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury, D. Abstract

Work engagement is one of the important factors in the environment of an organization, because the positive impact of work engagement has a very significant influence on personal or organizational performance. This research was aimed at determining, in an empirical way, the connections between love of work, self-efficacy and the perception of organizational support, and military work engagement. The research used quantitative methods, and the methods of collection were in the form of scales, of the love of work, self-efficacy, the perception of organizational support, and work engagement. The population used for the research comprised all of the Tentara Nasional Indonesia - Angkatan Darat (TNI-AD - Indonesian Armed Forces - Army) personnel of Komando Distrik Militer (Kodim - Military District Command) X (not the real designation), between 35 and 60 years of age, of a range of ranks, with a minimum of 10 years of work experience. The sample data collection technique in the research employed probability, that being disproportioned stratified random sampling. The analysis technique for the research was that of multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis indicated that love of work, self-efficacy and the perception of organizational support, jointly, have significant connections with a Regression Coefficient of R = .525, with the variables of love of work, self-efficacy, and perception of organizational support jointly making an effective contribution to the work engagement of the military personnel of Kodim X, that being 27.5%. Keterikatan kerja adalah salah satu faktor penting dalam lingkup organisasi, karena dampak positif dari keterikatan kerja berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja pribadi ataupun organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empirik hubungan cinta pekerjaan, efikasi diri, dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap keterikatan kerja tentara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan alat pengumpulan data adalah skala, yang meliputi skala cinta pekerjaan, efikasi diri, persepsi dukungan organisasi, dan keterikatan kerja. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh personel Tentara Nasional Indonesia - Angkatan Darat (TNI-AD) di Komando Distrik Militer (Kodim) X yang berusia 35-60 tahun, dari berbagai jenis kepangkatan, dengan minimal masa kerja adalah 10 tahun, sementara teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan probability yaitu disproportioned stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa secara bersama-sama cinta pekerjaan, efikasi diri, dan persepsi dukungan organisasi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar R = 0,525, dengan sumbangan efektif dari variabel cinta pekerjaan, efikasi diri, dan persepsi dukungan organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap keterikatan kerja tentara di Kodim X adalah sebesar 27,5%. Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Dinas Sosial Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat adalah kinerja pegawai belum optimal. Budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, motivasi diduga sebagai faktor yang memepengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Sosial Nusa Tenggara Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yang digunakan peneliti diambil dari kuesioner yang telah diberikan kepada responden. Sedangkan data sekunder diambil dari sunber lainnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Sosial Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat yang berjumlah 220 orang. Jumlah pegawai yang menjadi sampel adalah 78 yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teori augusty (2014). Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi (X­1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Dinas Sosial Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Variabel komitmen organisasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Dinas Sosial Provinsi Nusa Tenggara barat. Variabel motivasi (X3) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Dinas Sosial Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini juga memberikan hasil bahwa pada variabel budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan motivasi, ketiga variabel independen tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Dinas Sosial Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara empirik pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja dengan kebijakan penetapan status unit khusus dan status kepegawaian sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan didukung dengan metode kualitatif. Obyek penelitian di Universitas Gadjah Mada Press (UGM Press) dan Wisma Magister Manajemen UGM (Wisma MM UGM). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan UGM Press dan Wisma MM UGM. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan 4 (empat) tahap uji variabel moderasi. Hasil analisis uji tahap 1: nilai signifikansi pada uji t sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05, uji tahap 2: nilai signifikansi pada uji t sebesar 0,926 untuk komitmen organisasi dan 0,599 untuk kebijakan penetapan status unit khusus atau diatas alpha 0,05. Uji tahap 3: nilai signifikansi pada uji t sebesar 0,076 untuk komitmen organisasi dan 0,068 untuk status kepegawaian atau diatas alpha 0,05. Uji tahap 4: nilai signifikansi pada uji t untuk variabel kebijakan penetapan status unit khusus sebesar 0,898, untuk status kepegawaian sebesar 0,148 diatas alpha 0,05.
