Abstract: This study aims to analyze students’ perception in implementation of the 2013 curriculum on senior high school English language teaching (ELT) in Bojonegoro in (1) How are the students’ perceptions of the 2013 curriculum in terms of the learning process senior high school English language teaching?(2) How are the students' perceptions on the 2013 curriculum in terms of learning support in senior high school English language teaching?. Results of the analysis of students' perceptions of the 2013 curriculum in English Language Learning and Teaching in terms of the learning process and learning support, they were answered with a questionnaire. The learning process shows the following results: knowledge-perception (81%), exploration (84%), consolidation of learning (81%), the formation of attitudes and behavior (84%), formative assessment (81%), and learning support as follows: teacher quality (97%), student quality (90%) facility quality (68%). It can be concluded that the students' perceptions about the 2013 curriculum were positive, with the percentage strongly agreeing or very suitable between 76% -100%. Keywords: 2013 Curriculum; Students’ Perceptions; English Language Teaching (ELT); Qualitative Research Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi siswa dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada pengajaran bahasa Inggris di sekolah menengah atas (ELT) di Bojonegoro dalam (1) Bagaimana persepsi siswa terhadap kurikulum 2013 ditinjau dari proses pembelajaran pada pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di SMA? (2) Bagaimana persepsi siswa terhadap kurikulum 2013 dalam hal dukungan pembelajaran pada pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di SMA ?. Hasil analisis persepsi siswa terhadap kurikulum 2013 dalam Pembelajaran dan Pengajaran Bahasa Inggris ditinjau dari proses pembelajaran dan penunjang pembelajaran dijawab dengan angket. Proses pembelajaran menunjukkan hasil sebagai berikut: pengetahuan-persepsi (81%), eksplorasi (84%), konsolidasi pembelajaran (81%), pembentukan sikap dan perilaku (84%), penilaian formatif (81%) dan dukungan pembelajaran sebagai berikut: kualitas guru (97%), kualitas siswa (90%) kualitas fasilitas (68%). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap kurikulum 2013 adalah positif dengan persentase sangat setuju atau sangat sesuai antara 76% -100%. Abstract: This research aims to analyze guided peer review to improve writing skill on personal recount texts for high school students in Bojonegoro in the aspects of (1) How is the process of implementing guided peer review (2) the students’ problems in writing personal recount texts (3) how the students’ writing after using guided peer review. This research uses colaborative classroom action research method. Analysis of the students’ problems in composing personal recount texts is analyzed in five components of writing such as content, organization, vocabulary, languge use, and mechanics. The Results of the analysis of average scores reveal that the students have problems in all components of writing in composing personal recount text in the initial drafts of the first cycle. However, there is significant improvement on the students class mastery of final draft from the first to second cycles. They are 53% and 83% students reach the minimum score criteria. Operational comments and suggestions help their peer to develop their writing better. It means guided peer review is able to improve the students writing skill in pesonal recount texts. Keyword: Guided peer review, personal recount texts, writing components Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis guided peer review untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks personal recount pada peserta didik SMA di Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam hal (1) Bagaimana proses implementasi guided peer review (2) permasalahan peserta didik dalam menulis teks personal recount dan (3) bagaimana tulisan peserta didik setelah menggunakan guided peer review. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif. Analisa permasalahan penulisan teks personal recount pada semua komponen keterampilan menulis antara lain isi, organisasi, kosa kata, grammar, dan mekanik.  Hasil analisis dari nilai rata-rata mengungkapkan bahwa peserta didik memiliki masalah dalam semua komponen keterampilan menulis pada draf awal di siklus pertama. Namun, ada peningkatan yang signifikan pada penguasaan kemampuan menulis pada draf akhir dari siklus pertama hingga kedua sebesar 53% dan 83% peserta didik dapat mencapai nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Komentar dan masukkan yang jelas membantu teman sebayanya dalam mengembangkan tulisannya lebih baik. Ini berarti guided peer review dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks personal recount peserta didik. Kata kunci: peer review terbimbing, teks personal recount, komponen tulisan.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the directed dialogue journal on news items texts for Indonesian EFL University Students in term of (1) the students’ problems in using directed dialogue journal (2) how the students’ writing after using directed dialogue journal. This research used classroom action research method. Analysis of the problems in using directed dialogue journal on news item texts was analyzed descriptively and the university students’ news items writings were analyzed in all components of writing. Results of the analysis reveals that the problems in using directed dialogue journals were lack of time and idea to response the comments. However, the lecturer were able to overcome those problems by planning what he did in the lesson plan efficiently and training how to response the comments in the written conversation to improve their writing. In successions overall, there was significant improvement on the students class mastery of final draft from the first to third cycles. They were 38.5%, 65%, 92%. Content was the writing component that improves significantly in this research. It means that directed dialogue journal on news items texts was able to improve the students writing skill when the problems were identified and solved. Keywords: directed dialogue journal, news items texts, writing components Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dialog jurnal terarah pada penulisan teks berita yang ditujukan untuk mahasiswa Indonesia yang menggunakan bahasa inggris sebagai bahasa asing dalam hal (1) permasalahan yang mahasiswa hadapi dalam menggunakan dialog jurnal terarah dan (2) bagaimana tulisan mahasiswa setelah menggunakan dialog jurnal terarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Masalah dalam menerapkan dialog jurnal terarah pada teks berita berita dianalisis secara deskriptif dan semua komponen teks tulis berita mahasiswa dianalisis. Hasil analisis mengungkapkan bahwa masalah dalam melaksanakan dialog jurnal terarah adalah kurangnya waktu dan ide untuk merespon komentar yang diberikan. Namun, dosen mampu mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan merencanakan apa yang dia lakukan dalam rencana pengajaran secara efisien dan melatih bagaimana merespon komentar dalam percakapan tertulis untuk meningkatkan tulisan mereka. Secara berturut-turut, ada peningkatan yang signifikan pada penguasaan kemampuan menulis pada draf akhir dari siklus pertama hingga ketiga sebesar 38,5%, 65%, 92%. Isi merupakan komponen tulisan yang meningkat secara signifikan dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini menunjukkan pengunaan dialog jurnal terarah pada materi teks berita dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis mahasiswa ketika permasalahannya diidentifikasi dan dipecahkan. Kata kunci: dialog jurnal terarah, teks berita, komponen tulisan.

English especially in Indonesia is still considered a foreign language. This presumption makes English undeveloped in Indonesia. Even the students of senior high school that have obtained English subject since they are at junior high school are not able to master English properly and correctly because there are many errors they produce. In this research, two research questions are formulated as follows: (1) What kinds of errors are produced by senior high school students in Bojonegoro? (2) What factors cause the students to produce those errors? The researcher then puts some objectives as follows: (1) To find out what kinds of errors are produced by senior high school students in Bojonegoro? (2) To identify what factors cause the students to produce those errors? The research design which is used by the researcher is a quantitative approach, through a survey method. The results of this research show that from 84 respondents that are taken from 3 different senior high schools in Bojonegoro have tendency to produce English errors which are related to Morpho-Syntactic Errors as much as 71.4%. Then factors which cause a large number of errors are owing to Intralingual errors as much as 59.5%, namely because there is presumption in their mind that English is very difficult to study.

Limbah kain perca dapat diolah menjadi berbagai produk yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang sangat tinggi. Tujuan dari penciptaan produk baru berupa GOBAG JONGOR atau singkatan dari Goni Bag Jonegoroan ini adalah untuk memanfaatkan limbah kain perca batik Bojonegoro yang banyak dijumpai di konveksi-konveksi terdekat dari penulis yang tidak terpakai dan bahkan banyak yang berakhir di tempat sampah. Kegiatan ini, sekaligus membantu memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat umum, khususnya kepada generasi muda, untuk lebih mencintai tas buatan dari dalam daerah dan ikut melestarikan batik dari daerah kita sendiri. Produksi ini, dilakukan selama kurang lebih empat bulan dari awal perencanaan sampai tahap evaluasi usaha. Sedangkan, untuk kegiatan produksi dan pemasaran dilaksanakan di Desa Gajah, Kecamatan Baureno Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Produk berupa tas dari kain goni dan limbah perca batik Bojonegoro ini, memiliki keunggulan produk awet dan tahan lama. Di samping itu juga, produk yang kami produksi ini dengan bahan baku mudah terurai, sehingga limbahnya tidak menjadikan pencemaran lingkungan. Metode pemasaran, kita menggunakan sistem jual beli online dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada, guna mendukung pemerintah dalam mengurangi gerak social kita selama pandemi. Tujuan yang terakhir adalah untuk melestarikan produk lokal dan memperkenalkan batik khas Bojonegoro di dalam atau di luar negeri. Hasil dari kegiatan produksi ini adalah menghasilkan produk tas dari bahan dasar limbah karung goni dan kain perca batik Bojonegoro yang tidak hanya mengutamakan kuantitas dan kualitas produk, namun juga turut serta dalam memberikan peluang usaha bagi masyarakat.

Pandemic covid 19 spreads rapidly. Due to its quick breaks, a lot of countries decided to change some daily routine activies. One of affected aspects is education. Face to face learning has to be turned out into online learning in any level of schools. This present reseach aims to investigate and survey the students’ perception on online learning and what online fatlform mostly used by the students. This research is classified as qualitative research. This research took 74 participants. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaire which consist of some aspects namely method in delivering material, accessibility, beneft and challenges in onine learning and the most common used flatform during online learning. The result reveals that students prefer to get explanation in online learning. Internet connection and accessibility are complicated problems foun during online learning. Most of students also have lack of proper devices. They mostly use their smartphone with less memory devices. As a result, they have problems during online learning. In short, online learning is challenging for students. Microsoft teams is the most common online flatform used by the students in online learning

This research aims to know the students' perception of using zoom application in a debate course during crisis remote teaching. The government of Indonesia gave an order to the Higher Education Commission, asked them to start preparing for crisis remote teaching via online learning modes, rescheduled all of the exams given, and helped the students online learning until the COVID-19 crisis remained unchanged. Online learning is the leading choice for instruction within the middle of the Covid-19 flare-up. In Indonesia, not all students are commonplace with the online learning framework, so this has become a new thing that requires adjustment. The research design used is mix method in this research. There are 26 university students who participate in this research. This research was presented quantitatively and descriptively to reveal the students' perceptions and difficulties comprehensively. The research finds ZOOM Application gets a positive perception because it is effective and comfortable. However, the problems that the students face are the device to do online learning and internet connection. It is suggested that zoom app is still appropriate to be used in debate course class due to many advantages than the problems that emerge during crisis remote teaching.

As educators in the era of globalization in welcoming the millennial era, it is very necessary to update learning methods equipped with learning media that are suitable for learning needs, in this case PAKEM learning uses the "English Children" application as a support in learning such as LCD projectors, English Learning applications, Kamusku, Team Viewer It is hoped that it can arouse students' interest in learning English so that they can improve their ability to describe English texts and increase the value of English in text descriptive material. This research is classified as a Classroom Action Research with planning stages (acting) with observation (observing) and reflection (reflecting) which are combined, in this study 3 cycles. The initial findings 1) Students are hyper active in class, 2) Students tend to think English is difficult and boring, 3) English is not an important subject, 4) English language proficiency is still far from average (far from KKM). In the first cycle of 29 students, none of the students could write descriptive text, after this activity was carried out in 3 cycles, Based on the results of tests and reflections from cycles 1, 2 and 3, Pakem learning using the "English Children" application can arouse student interest in learning so that students are able to describe objects seen in English either orally or in writing.Â

Studying in university is still using asynchronous during online speaking courses due to technology development and practical consideration. This research aims to analyze the students' perception and the effect of using videos in speaking courses using asynchronous mode. This research used the quantitative research method. The instruments are used questionnaires and tests. The finding shows that the university's students have a positive perception of asynchronous learning mode, and the use of videos, as learning material, have a large effect size on the students’ ability to speak during asynchronous mode. It means the use of video can be recommended to teach speaking in the classroom.

This study aims to describe the use of teacher video feedback on students’ academic writing and the students’ ability in writing by using this technique. The use of teacher video feedback was analyzed by using qualitative method. The results of the analysis reveals that the teacher video feedback has many benefits and can be used in the class. From 10 students’ academic writings analyzed, teacher video feedback also influences the students’ scores in content for eight students (80%), organization for six students (60%), vocabulary for seven students (70%), language use for eight students (80%) and mechanics for four students (40%). They also easily revise and edit their writings in terms of content, organization, vocabulary, and language use than mechanics due to unconstructive feedback given by the teacher in mechanics.
