Abstract

Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) yaitu suatu aksi pendidikan yang merupakan tanggung jawab dari sistem pendidikan guna menguatkan karakter pada peserta didik. Adapun posisi Pendidikan Agama Islam menjadi mata pelajaran yang paling utama untuk menguatkan pendidikan karakter anak bangsa. Ikut sertanya mata pelajaran PAI dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter menjadi sangat strategis dan kuat. Penerapan penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui mata pelajaran PAI menyebabkan kebiasaan baru yang diterima oleh peserta didik dalam mengamalkan ajaran agama Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan pemerintah tentang penguatan pendidikan karakter dengan menggunakan mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research atau bisa disebut dengan penelitian pustaka yang merupakan objek kajian penelitian dengan menggabungkan berbagai informasi yang berhubungan dengan tema maupun problema yang sedang dibahas. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu, 1) pengertian pendidikan karakter; 2) relevansi pembelajaran PAI dengan penguatan pendidikan karakter; 3) pentingnya penguatan pendidikan karakter untuk peserta didik; dan 4) peran guru PAI dalam melakukan penguatan pendidikan karakter terhadap peserta didik.

Abstract

Perpustakaan sebagai unit penting di lingkungan sekolah selama ini agak kurang mendapatkan perhatian serius. Kondisi perpustakaan yang lusuh dan tidak terurus mendorong dilakukan program revitalisasi, baik dari sisi visi-misi, program hingga pelayanan. Tulisan ini mencoba mengelaborasi beberapa aspek revitalisasi perpustakaan tersebut dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Kajian teori yang disandingkan dengan fakta-fakta di lapangan (sekolah) menemukan bahwa kunci utama untuk mengembalikan marwah perpustakaan sebagai bagian dari rumah intelektual terletak pada komitmen seluruh warga sekolah. Komitmen ini diaktualisasikan dalam kesamaan visi-misi dan program-program strategis. Peningkatan kualitas layanan pustakawan/wati juga sangat menentukan untuk mengembalikan marwah perpustakaan sebagai jantungnya pendidikan di sekolah.

Abstract

The school's ability to make changes is determined by how capable the school community is when implementing changes and managing change. A change can occur both inside andoutside the school environment itself. Where the implications for the ongoing changes in the school. Changes in schools are not necessarily able to change, but here there is a process of planning, implementation, supervision to evaluation and strategy so that efforts to improvequality in schools are created. The success of improving the quality of this school, depends on the management of change. So in this case, the need for a change management so that the changes that take place in schools are really built together with the togetherness values ​​of all school members where the effects of these changes can be directed at the point of positive change for the sake of creating quality education. Abstract

In the world of education, of course, there are several factors that can affect the development of an educational institution, one of which is risk. The existence of a risk can certainly have a negative impact on the development of an educational institution. However, this risk cannot be simply avoided, the risk can be managed or controlled, so that it does not have such a big impact. Therefore, an institution requires a management or what is known as risk management, which is used to identify, measure, control and evaluate the risks created by the implementation of educational programs. So in this study the aim is to find out how to implement risk management in the education program at SD MI Muhammadiyah Kenteng. The method used is a qualitative method where in obtaining data interviews with the school then the results of the interviews are discussed together so that a conclusion is obtained that the risks found at MI Muhammadiyah Kenteng consist of internal risks and external risks, where the internal factors found are infrastructure that the condition is not good, the teaching staff between non-permanent teachers and civil servants is not balanced, then from external factors such as the stigma of the community who are not too familiar with or understand the name of Madrasah. At the stages of risk management at MI Muhammadiyah Kenteng include identifying problems where identification by analyzing and monitoring the presence of internal and external factors, measuring risk is done through student growth diagrams, by looking at the data can apply what actions need to be taken to overcome risks (lack of participants). students), controlling risk by selecting options that can reduce negative risks arising or transferring risks that will arise and finally evaluating risk is carried out in various ways such as discussions, meetings and so on, in which it is discussed how ways or steps can be taken. of the risks that have been identified in the previous stages. Dalam dunia pendidikan tentu terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan sebuah lembaga pendidikan, salah satunya adalah risiko. Adanya sebuah risiko tentu dapat memberikan dampak negatif bagi perkembangan suatu lembaga pendidikan. Namun risiko ini tidak dapat dihindari begitu saja, risiko dapat dikelola atau dikendalikan, sehingga tidak berdampak begitu besar. Oleh karena itu dalam suatu lembaga dibutuhkan suatu pengelolaan atau yang disebut dengan manajemen risiko, yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengukur, mengendalikan dan mengevaluasi risiko yang tercipta dari pelaksanaan program pendidikan. Sehingga pada penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengimplementasian manajemon risiko dalam program pendidikan di SD MI Muhammadiyah Kenteng. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dimana dalam memperoleh data dilakukan interview dengan pihak sekolah kemudian hasil dari interview tersebut didiskusikan bersama sehingga diperoleh suatu kesimpulan bahwa risiko yang ditemukan di MI Muhammadiyah Kenteng terdiri dari risiko internal dan risiko eksternal, dimana  faktor internal yang ditemukan ialah sarpras yang kurang baik kondisinya, tenaga pendidik antar GTT dan PNS kurang seimbang, kemudian dari faktor eksternal seperti stigma masyarakat yang belum terlalu familiar atau paham dengan nama penyebutan Madrasah. Pada tahapannya manajemen risiko  di MI Muhammadiyah Kenteng diantaranya adalah mengidentifikasi masalah dimana  pengidentifikasian dengan menganalisis   dan memantau adanya faktor internal dan eksternal , mengukur risiko dilakukan melalui diagram pertumbuhan peserta didik, dengan melihat data tersebut dapat menerapkan tindakan apa yang perlu dilakukan untuk mengatasi risiko (kekurangan peserta didik), mengendalikan risiko dengan menyeleksi pilihan-pilihan yang dapat mengurangi risiko negatif timbul  atau memindahkan risiko yang akan muncul dan yang terakhir adalah mengevaluasi risiko dilakukan dengan berbagai jalan seperti diskusi, rapat dan sebagainya, yang mana didalamnya didiskusikan bagimana cara atau langkah yang dapat diambil dari risiko-risiko yang sudah teridentifikasi pada tahapan-tahapan sebelumnya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of boarding school management to realize Islamic education purpose in one of the boarding schools, namely Muhammadiyah Boarding School Yogyakarta. The research method used is field research with a qualitative type based on data collection techniques in interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed a substantial relationship between boarding school management and national education goals in general and the goals of Islamic education in particular. There are efforts to achieve the four dimensions of Islamic education goals. First, Physical education discusses Fiqh and ushul fiqh lessons. Second, spiritual education with Islamic practices such as fasting Monday Thursday. Third, through religious studies, academic education is based on arguments and history of mujtahid priests such as Imam Maliki, Imam Shafi'i, Imam Hanafi, and Imam Hambali. Fourth, social education through joint activities both in dormitories at schools and in the community. Providing soft skills that help develop children's intellectuals with activities that include tahfidz (memorizing the Koran), language areas (mandatory English and Arabic language environments), speech, and others. Likewise, hard skills provisioning in the form of extracurricular activities for Tapak Suci and Hizbul Wathan. With the implementation of boarding school management, it's hoped that the school can achieve Islamic education purpose.

Abstract

The school literacy movement is the first step of scientific development, aimed at enhancing science education. It has an important role in encouraging every citizen to have basic knowledge of the nature of science through active participation. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the School Literacy Movement program designated by the Ministry of Education and Culture due to the poor reading interest Indonesia students from several international surveys. The study was conducted at Al Mujahidin Muhammadiyah Middle School in Yogyakarta, using the qualitative method of data collection. The results show that the school literacy program is not only specific for reading and writing but for also other academics as activities such as numerals, science, digitalization, finance, culture, and citizenship. In conclusion, the implementation of a structured and systematic program positive impacts on the growth of literacy achievement for all school members from students, teachers, down to employees in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang begitu pentingnya manajemen tenaga pendidik sebagai salah satu urat nadi pelaksanaan pendidikan khususnya di SMK Trisula 1 Depok. SMK Trisula 1 Depok merupakan salah satu sekolah kejuruan di wilayah Sleman, DIY yang berfokus pada kompetensi di dunia perhotelan. Sampai saat ini, sekolah masih dalam proses berkembang diantara persaingan mutu sekolah kejuruan baik swasta maupun negeri lainnya di bidang yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan mekanisme manajemen tenaga pendidik dalam lingkup SMK Trisula 1 Depok yang mana diharapkan hasilnya mampu menjadi bahan evaluasi dan motivasi bersama untuk membenahi fundamental management pendidikan di sekolah khususnya pada ranah manajemen tenaga pendidik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menerapkan metode deskriptif kualitatif dalam penyampaian hasilnya. Data yang ada diperoleh melalui metode wawancara dengan sasaran kepala sekolah sebagai narasumber utama. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara trigulasi (gabungan), analisis data bersifat induktif-kualitatif, dan hasil penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankan makna daripada generalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen tenaga pendidik di SMK Trisula 1 Depokmasih perlu dibenahi pada ranah pengorganisasian dan pelaksanaannya dengan dibersamai semangat kolaboratif antara kepala sekolah den seluruh tenaga pendidik yang ada guna menyamakan visi,misi, dan tujuan sekolah sehingga sekolah dapat memiliki identitas berdaya saing yang tinggi ditengah tuntutan  perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

The role of character education in shaping student character is as a counterweight to cognitive skills for students. The implementation of character education itself has been reflected in Rasullullah SAW. In the person of the Apostle who contains great and noble values. Therefore the important role of teachers, school principals, and parents in building the character of students is needed. Teachers and parents must collaborate in instilling the character values of students so that later the character education received by children will be in accordance with what must be taught. Cultivating character education is very important for students so that in the future they can find out how good deeds are done and not good to use. Juvenile delinquency at this time is triggered because of being influenced by the circle of friends he follows, which causes them to be easily influenced by invitation from friends who they think are appropriate examples. This research was conducted to analyze the character education policy in minimizing juvenile delinquency.

This article aims to describe the educational policy analysis model.This research uses literature study which explains the definition of education policy analysis, the function of education policy analysis and the urgency of education policy analysis. Education that runs in an institution cannot be separated from government interference, this is of course because of its policies that are used as guidelines in achieving the goals or vision and mission of an educational institution.The implementation of an educational policy at an educational institution will certainly be one of the determinants of the success of the objectives of education.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the curriculum is increasingly needed by all elements of society. This can be started in human resources since they were young to human resources who have aged. Intelligence is the intelligence possessed by a person. A person's intelligence grows from within each individual starting from heredity to one's patience in exploring a science seriously. Every human being is required to study at least from elementary to high school / vocational school. In the world of education, various components will be found to support each element so that it can run, one of which is the curriculum. This article will review the application to support the formation of curriculum designs in accordance with current developments, which aims to develop quality and existence, especially in the scope of education.
