The new normal for the Covid-19 pandemic is limited to activities and visits to health services. Neurological examinations in health services require time to be carried out so that patients do not want to come to check their health. Based on the situation analysis, the problems faced by partners are that the family does not know about sensation disorders and knows early detection of DFU, so the risk of DM complications in patients is still high. This service aims to (1) provide knowledge to families about sensation disorders; and (2) Improving family skills in early detection of DFU using the Ipswich Touch Test (ITT). The method used in this service is in the form of counseling and assistance by the service team with the materials in the form of (1) Introduction to Neuropathic disorders in DM patients; (2) Introduction of how to do ITT; and (3) Introduction of equipment for early detection of Neuropathy using ITT. The partners of this service are families of DM sufferers in the working area of the Cakranegara Health Center, Tanjung Karang Health Center and Dasan Agung Health Center, Mataram City. The number of participants was 45 families with evaluations in the form of pre-test and post-test. So that families are able to make early detection of sensation disorders and increase family participation in the care of people with DM.
