Abstract

Tujuan  dari  kegiatan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini  adalah  untuk  memberikanpelatihandan pendampingan pembuatan proposal pengajuan kredit bank kepada para pedagang UMKM di Pasar Tradisonal Suwawinatan.    Permasalahan mitra yang diidentifikasi adalah banyak pedagang atau pelaku UMKM tersebut yang mengeluhkan mengenai ketidaktahuan atau ketidakpahaman mereka tentang proposal pengajuan kredit mikro ke bank. Mereka juga kurang tahu bagaimana pengembangan usaha dan manajemen permodalan yang  baik.  Hal  ini  dikarenakan latar  belakang pendidikan dan  kurangnya informasi yang mereka terima.  Prioritas  permasalahan yang akan dipecahkan solusinya adalah melalui metode pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan proposal pengajuan kredit bank. Disamping itu, memberikan penyuluhan mengenai pengembangan usaha dan manajemen permodalan. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan proposal pengajuan kredit bank bagi para pedagang yang juga sekaligus pelaku atau pemilik UMKM Pasar Tradisional Sukawinatan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. Walaupun hasil tingkat pemahaman dan praktik dari 16 peserta aktif masih dalam skala 71%-80,99%, maka kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dinyatakan “cukup baik” dan tersedia 4 proposal pengajuan kredit bank dari hasil kegiatan pendampingan.

Abstract

The aims of this research is know the influence of service quality on patients satisfaction in government hospitals and private hospitals in the city of Palembang. The problems that exist in this study are: how much influence the quality of service simultaneously or partial satisfaction of patients in government and private hospitals in the city Palembang. Then, there a difference in patient satisfaction levels of government and private hospitals in the city of Palembang. Whether patients' expectations of government and private hospitals has been improved. Sampling techniques use in this research by way of non-probability purposive random sampling with the withdrawal of quota sampling method and selected purposively. Variables in the study is service quality as independent variables and patient satisfaction as dependent variable.Data analysis technique used is important performance analysis (IPA) and simple regression analysis. Based on the calculation results obtained the following conclusions: First, The simultaneous and partial service quality has influence on patient satisfaction in Government and Private Hospitals in the city of Palembang by 13,2 %, Second, in general the data show the results of research through descriptive methods importance performance analysis there was no difference between the level of patient satisfaction with the government hospital private hospital in the city of Palembang. All three of the results of data analysis with descriptive methods analisys performance importance of patient satisfaction (expectations) at the government hospital and private hospital is not exact. This is evident from the average total grand mean that is negative.

Abstract

This study focused on the psychological factors that determine the background for students to become entrepreneur. The purpose of the study to determine the effect of need for achievement, locus of control, risk, tolerance of ambiguity, self-confidence, innovation seeks to interest students. This study used a survey method approach to determine the influence between variables. The sample was students who have exhausted all departments entrepreneurship courses by 93 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 19 for Windows. The results showed that there was a significant effect simultaneous between achievement, locus of control, risk, tolerance, confidence and innovation with interest in entrepreneurship. Then, partial no significant influence achievement with interest in entrepreneurship. No there is no significant effect of locus of control with interest in entrepreneurship. There is a significant effect of risk with interest in entrepreneurship. No significant effect of tolerance with interest in entrepreneurship. There is a significant effect of self-confidence with interest in entrepreneurship. There is asignificant effect of innovation with interest in entrepreneurship. The parties involved in developing entrepreneurship should be of increasing concern to the students so that the spirit of entrepreneurship better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the characteristics of entrepreneurs, learning orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on business success. The study population is  small entrepreneurs in the food processing sector in Palembang consist of  19.457 businesses. By using a precision level of 10%, the sample size is 100 people. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple regression approach with SPSS 19. The results showed that the characteristics of entrepreneurs, learning orientation, entrepreneurial orientation have significant effect on business success. There is no linear relationship between the characteristics of the entrepreneurial and business success. There is a linear relationship between learning orientation and business success. There is a linear relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business success. Results of research can be developed into a strategy for small entrepreneurs in the food processing in Palembang to increase the success of efforts undertaken.

Abstract

Most countries try to develop tourism destinations with a variety of strategies to be able to compete with other destinations. This study is designed to explore the relationship between destination image, destination personality, and intention to re-visit tourists to tourism destinations. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to the design of causality research. The research sample is domestic tourists who have visited tourist destinations in Palembang such as Benteng Kuto Besak, Jaka Baring Sport City, Kemaro Island, Kambang Iwak Park, Punti Kayu Park, Siguntang Park, Taman Purbakala Sriwijaya totaling 192 respondents. The structural equation model is used to test the model developed using the maximum likelihood (ML) estimation method using AMOS 22.0. The results of the study explained that there is a linear relationship between destination images and destination personalities. There is no linear relationship between the destination images with the intention to visiting again. Then, there is a linear relationship between personalities of the destination with the intention of visiting again.

Abstract

This study aims   This research aims to determine the Potential Tourism Attraction of Kujur Batik in Muara Enim Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The research location is at the Kujur Batik Industry Center, Tanjung Enim Hamlet, Tanjung Enim Village. The results show that the typical Tanjung Enim Batik art craft had a large enough potential to be developed into a tourist destination or attraction because it met the dimensions of tourist attraction which include aspects of uniqueness, beauty, rarity, seasonality, sensitivity, accessibility and social function. . As for the obstacles in the development of Batik Kujur to become a tourist attraction, namely in the aspect of high prices, the cost of shipping raw materials and mambatik equipment that is still sent from outside the region, besides the lack of human resources, one of the efforts needed to overcome this is procurement raw materials and equipment for batik to the region as well as the continuous empowerment of human or community resources through training and socialization on tourism so that people understand better the importance of the sustainability of the Kujur Batik handicraft and its potential attractivenessThis study aims   This research aims to determine the Potential Tourism Attraction of Kujur Batik in Muara Enim Regency. Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan kondisi keuangan pada PT Atlas Resources Periode 2016-2018 untuk mencari penyebab kesulitan keuangan yang dialami oleh perusahaan sehingga digugat oleh krediturnya di saat industri tambang batubara sedang menurun. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan yang diperoleh melalui website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu www.idx.co.id untuk periode 2016-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Altman Z”-Score dengan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki Z”-Score bernilai negatif selama periode 2016-2018. Berdasarkan dari teori Altman Z”-Score perusahaan dikategorikan dalam kondisi yang bangkrut selama tiga periode tersebut. Kondisi ini terjadi karena perusahaan mengalami penumpukan piutang, penumpukan aset yang diakibatkan oleh banyak anak perusahaan yang tidak beroperasi, serta jumlah utang yang semakin bertambah. Ketiga hal ini menyebabkan terjadi ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah modal dan jumlah utangnya yang membuat perusahaan mengalami kesulitan keuangan. Untuk mengatasi kesulitan keuangan yang sedang dihadapi, perusahaan dapat melakukan pengendalian piutang dalam rangka meningkatkan aliran kas masuk, memperpanjang jatuh tempo utangnya, dan melakukan divestasi aset untuk membayar utang dan memperbaiki kinerja yang buruk tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and axplain how the strategies in developing alternative tourism throught the 3A elements is Attractions, Accessiility and  Amenities on the Sungsang Village tourist, Banyasin District, Sumatera Selatan . The studi was located at Sungsang Village tourist, Banyasin District, Sumatera Selatan. This type of research is quantitative research with sample of  30  visitors who had visited Sungsang Village tourist. The sampling technique used in this study was non purposive sampilng. This study use descriptive analysis, as well as using a SWOT analysis that is formulated throught the IFAS Matrix, EFAS Matrix, Grand Strategy Matrix and SWOT Matrix. The result showed that is position of Sungsang Village is in quadran I, so taht strategies taht can be used are support the agressive policies (growth oriented strategy) by the utilizing strenght to win opportunities that exist.

Abstract

Purpose –Local food and tourism are the main components that determine tourist behavior. Key attributes of local food such as taste, quality, appearance, environment and employee behavior may vary from country to country. Local food plays an important role in determining the overall tourist experience of the destination.The purpose of this research is to develop a conceptual model to determine the loyalty of tourists in choosing local culinary. Methodology/approach –The population of this research is tourists who come to culinary tourism destinations in Palembang City at the time the survey was conducted. Convenience sampling method was used to determine the research sample. The sample in this study were 168 respondents. On researchdata analysis technique using SEM AMOS. Findings –This study explains that the quality of personal interaction and service quality have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction. Tourist satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on tourist loyalty. Novelty/value –BBased on a review of various literatures related to this study, there has been no research in the field of tourism marketing that integrates the concepts of food quality, personal interaction quality, environmental quality, perceived value and service quality that were developed together to measure tourist satisfaction and the concept of tourist satisfaction. to measure tourist loyalty.

Abstract

Media sosial semakin populer di kalangan manajer restoran lokal sebagai platform penting untuk memasarkan fasilitas mereka dan membangun hubungan pelanggan. Menarik untuk dilakukan kajian tentang interaksi antara pengunjung dengan destinasi wisata kuliner. Konsumen yang datang ke restoran lokal berjumlah 176 responden menjadi sampel penelitian dengan pendekatan sampel purposive. Pengujian keterkaitan antar variabel yang diajukan menggunakan persamaan struktural. Studi ini menjelaskan bahwa interaksi sosial dan keterlibatan pengunjung memiliki hubungan positif dan tidak signifikan. Berbagi informasi dan keterlibatan pengunjung mempunyai hubungan positif dan tidak signifikan. Atraksi wisata kuliner dan keterikatan pengunjung memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan. Keterlibatan pengunjung dan niat kunjungan berhubungan secara positif dan signifikan.
