Abstract

 The use of computer technology has become an inseparable part of every learning activity, including its use as an assessment aid in the field of education. Reading Bahasa Indonesia is a basic skill that needs to be mastered by elementary school students, but in reality the development of the reading skill of each student is not the same. Reading assessment is needed primarily to identify reading difficulties as early as possible, so that appropriate interventions can be made, which enable a student to follow the knowledge development of their peer group. At the beginning of this study, the reading skill assessment material developed was paper and pencil based. Calibration of measuring instruments used in the assessment is carried out continuously and carefully. In the next stage, to facilitate the assessment process, three prototypes of computer technology application -based assessment were developed: (a) online server-based assessment, (b) stand-alone computer-based assessment, and (c) hybrid assessment with interactive scoring using paper and pencil. All three types of prototypes are tested and evaluated in different conditions and environments. The trial results show that the prototype hybrid assessment is most suitable for use in elementary schools in remote locations. This hybrid assessment has been implemented in three remote elementary schools: one in Karanganyar, and two in Salatiga. All three elementary schools have minimal internet networks, and limited teacher and student computer literacy. The results of the application in the three remote locations show that for the assessment of remote area elementary school students, using hybrid computer technology is the most appropriate. Other findings indicate that the application of hybrid assessment is a faster, easier, and more economical method, compared to the paper and pencil method ABSTRAK: Pemanfaatan teknologi komputer sudah menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari setiap kegiatan pembelajaran,termasuk penggunaannya sebagai alat bantu asesmen di bidang pendidikan. Membaca dalam Bahasa Indonesiamerupakan kemampuan dasar yang perlu dikuasai siswa Sekolah Dasar, namun kenyatannya perkembangankemampuan membaca tiap siswa tidak sama. Asesmen membaca diperlukan terutama untuk mengidentifikasikesulitan membaca sedini mungkin, agar dapat dilakukan intervensi yang tepat, yang memungkinkan seorang siswamampu mengikuti perkembangan pengetahuan untuk kelompok sebayanya. Pada awal penelitian ini, materiasesmen kemampuan membaca yang dikembangkan adalah berbasis kertas dan pensil. Kalibrasi alat-alat ukuryang digunakan dalam asesmen dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan hati-hati. Pada tahap selanjutnya, gunamempermudah proses asesmen, tiga prototype asesmen berbasis aplikasi teknologi komputer dikembangkan: (a)asesmen berbasis online server, (b) asesmen berbasis komputer stand-alone, dan (c) asesmen hybrid denganskoring interaktif menggunakan kertas dan pensil. Ketiga jenis prototype diuji dan dievaluasi dalam kondisi danlingkungan yang berbeda-beda. Hasil ujicoba menunjukkan prototype asesmen hybrid paling sesuai diterapkan diSekolah Dasar di lokasi terpencil. Asesmen hybrid ini telah diterapkan di tiga Sekolah Dasar daerah terpencil:satu di Karanganyar, dan dua di Salatiga. Ketiga Sekolah Dasar tersebut memiliki jaringan internet yang minim,dan literasi komputer guru dan siswa yang terbatas. Hasil penerapan di tiga lokasi terpencil itu menunjukkanbahwa untuk asesmen siswa Sekolah Dasar daerah terpencil, yang paling sesuai adalah pemanfaatan teknologikomputer secara hybrid. Temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa penerapan asesmen hybrid merupakan metode yanglebih cepat, lebih mudah, dan lebih ekonomis, dibandingkan dengan metode kertas dan pensil.

Abstract

Knowledge Management System (KMS) is a learning solution that is known to be effective in various educational contexts in the era of information and communication technology. One educational context that is expected to benefit from is Vocational High Schools (SMK). In this education, the most learned things are skills. It is not yet known, what kind of Knowledge Management System suits the learning needs of students in SMK. This study aims to explore the needs of vocational students associated with the application of the Knowledge Management System. Research participants are 1.600 vocational students in 5 cities of Indonesia (83 students from Pontianak, 304 students from Manado, 177 students from Belitung, 238 students from Yogyakarta, and 798 students from Salatiga) Data collection was carried out through surveys and interviews. The results showed that 100% of students stated that KMS was needed in their learning system. Most students 63% (996 students) need a KMS that includes all knowledge, both related and unrelated to their field of expertise. The results of this research can be valuable information for the development of KMS in SMK in Indonesia. Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan atau Knowledge Management System (KMS) adalah salah satu solusi belajar yang diketahui efektif diterapkan dalam berbagai konteks pendidikan di era teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Salah satu konteks pendidikan yang diperkirakan akan mendapatkan manfaat adalah Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Dalam pendidikan ini, hal yang paling banyak dipelajari adalah keterampilan. Belum diketahui Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan seperti apa yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran para siswa di SMK. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjajaki kebutuhan siswa SMK yang terkait dengan penerapan Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan. Partisipan penelitian adalah 1.600 siswa SMK di 5 kota Indonesia (83 Siswa Pontianak, 304 Siswa Manado, 177 Siswa Belitung, 238 Siswa Yogyakarta, dan 798 Siswa Salatiga). Pengambilan data dilaksanakan melalui survei dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 100% siswa menyatakan bahwa KMS diperlukan dalam sistem pembelajaran mereka. Sebagian besar siswa 63% (996 Siswa) memerlukan KMS yang mencakup seluruh pengetahuan, baik yang terkait maupun yang tidak terkait dengan bidang keahlian mereka. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi informasi yang berharga bagi pengembangan KMS di SMK di Indonesia.

Abstract

Lampu TL-LED sebagai lampu penerangan dalam ruang memiliki banyak kelebihan dibanding lampu TL-T8, antara lain dalam hal efikasi lampu, yang menunjukkan efisiensi lampu TL-LED, akan tetapi seberapa besar efisiensi yang dapat diberikan oleh lampu TL LED lebih sering hanya dinyatakan secara kualitatif. Melalui tulisan ini dipaparkan hasil penelitian dengan membandingkan kinerja dari lampu TL-LED terhadap lampu TL-T8 dengan mengukur dan menganalisis konsumsi daya listrik dan perhitungan perkiraan biaya operasional dari kedua jenis lampu tersebut. Pengukuran juga dilakukan terhadap parameter lainnya meliputi iluminansi dan daya beban listrik terpasang sebagai pendukung analisis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa lampu TL-LED memiliki efisiensi konsumsi daya terhadap lampu TL-T8 sebesar 33,3%. Sedangkan perhitungan biaya operasional dengan menggunakan tarif dasar listrik dari PLN menunjukkan bahwa lampu TL LED dapat memberikan penghematan biaya sebesar Rp. 204.300,- sampai dengan Rp. 413.100,- untuk setiap 100 kWh konsumsi daya listrik. Analisis lebih lanjut terhadap iluminansi menunjukkan bahwa lampu TL LED memiliki keterbatasan beamwidth sedangkan daya beban lampu TL-T8 lebih besar bila dibanding dengan daya beban yang tertera pada lampu tersebut karena masih ditambah dengan daya beban rangkaian balas. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan bagi pemilik bangunan untuk mengganti penggunaan lampu TL-T8 dengan lampu TL-LED, tanpa perlu mengganti luminernya, kecuali dengan sedikit mengubah sistem pengkabelannya.

Abstract

JPS TEKNIK adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan handtools specialist. Dalam pendataan penjualan produk pada JPS TEKNIK masih dilakukan secara manual dengan cara ditulis ke dalam pembukuan dan seringnya terjadi kesalahan perhitungan dalam pembukuan tersebut. Pembuatan program aplikasi website JPS TEKNIK dibutuhkan untuk memudahkan penjualan, serta mempermudah pelanggan untuk mendapatkan informasi produk-produk dan melakukan pembelian produk.Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan website ini dengan menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), database yang digunakan adalah MySQL, bahasa pemrograman PHP, CSS, XAMPP, Dreamweaver untuk pembuatan website. Abstract

     Tourism is one of the sectors that can be relied upon in economic activity because it has potential, priorities, and generate tremendous income, especially for the areas that have the potential for an extensive tour with objects and tourist services are available such as Wonogiri district. Presentation of tourism information required as a guide for tourists who want to visit. Problems encountered, information about tourism’s wonogiri is still lacking and led to information about the location and routes are limited, so tourists who visit difficult. By using GIS as a tool of geographic analysis, can be developed into a tourist information system that contains a map showing the location of objects and tourist services along with descriptions. Maps are displayed loaded with maps google services. The purpose of this system is to present tourism information system that displays data associated with the presence of the tourist attractions in Wonogiri with google maps. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to develop a Decision Support System for determining quality coffee beans based on existing criteria. The method used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The results obtained are Decision Support Systems that can be accessed by Admin and Customer to select the desired coffee beans that are run by using XAMPP as Localhost and PHPMyAdmin as a Database. Based on the experiments conducted, it can be concluded that the system created can be run and can help customers in making decisions to determine quality coffee beans

Abstract

Website is an internet services application much sought after at the moment. The number of users on the website currently utilized by organizations as the media dissemination of information as well as media promotion. The utilization of this website not only carried out by organizations that are non-profit, but there is also a non-profit. One of the organizations that are non-profit and want to make use of the website as a medium of information dissemination is Yayasan Persekutuan Oikoumene Umat Kristen (POUK) Bojong Indah. The methodology used in this software development is a method of prototyping. The reason the use of prototyping model this is because the application can be done easily. People who need an application knowing what to expect in the application program, and save time in the development of the system. This website-based application program will be created using the programming language PHP and Javascript. The management of the database on this website-based applications use MySQL with Apache as the server software. The purpose of the creation of application programs based on website yayasan POUK Bojong Indah is to help Yayasan POUK Bojong Indah in distributing information relating to the schedule of activities, news about Yayasan POUK Bojong Indah, profils, and activities undertaken.

Abstract

Workers are an important asset in a company. PT. Dwi Karya Bumi Mandiri does not yet have a system that can determine the best workers and still uses manual methods. The purpose of this research is to create a program that can determine the best workers at PT. Dwi Karya Bumi Mandiri. Decision Support System is used along with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) as the method. The SAW method is used to determine the best workers at PT. Dwi Karya Bumi Mandiri. Based on the results of testing that have been conducted it can be concluded that the program can help the foreman and the owner of the company in determining the best workers at PT. Dwi Karya Bumi Mandiri.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a decision support system to help determine the size of the outwear motorcycles in Ron's Store. The methods used in the writing of this thesis is the Naïve Bayes. The result is an application can perform the calculation to find the greatest probability that it can figure out a more appropriate size, applications running with XAMPP as Localhost and PHPMyadmin as the database. Based on the test results it can be concluded that the system can assist the customer in determining the size of the product which is more appropriate.

Abstract

Karanganyar has many attractions that are worth to visit, but the presence of the object - attractions in Karanganyar is still little known by tourists, both domestic and abroad due to their socialization still using conventional media such as booklets or brochures.A system of Karanganyar tourism information using Google Maps has been built and developed as an alternative media promotion and dissemination. With the construction of this system, it is expected to help expand information on the whereabouts of attractions owned by Karanganyar and can help facilitate travelers to determine their route, and information about the distance between attractions travel services and the roads to impassable. The methods used in data collection are direct observation, interviews and questionnaires.
