Abstract

Feed is still a major problem in the development of the livestock sub-sector. So far, farmers are still relying on animal feed needs from natural grass which causes low livestock productivity and limited livestock rearing capacity. To overcome these problems, the purpose of this community service activity is to provide training and assistance to female breeders to make complete feed and implement the use of complete feed for livestock. This training activity was carried out in Wanasaba Lauk Village, East Lombok Regency. Participants in the training activity were 15 female breeders under the Ridho Ilahi Center for Animal Husbandry. The method used in this study is the delivery of materials and the practice of making complete feeds. The training activity was carried out for 2 days and assistance for the application of complete feed technology was carried out for 3 months. The result of this training is that female farmers gain knowledge and skills in producing complete feed and in terms of capacity calculations, breeders are able to maintain a minimum of 5 heads of livestock which previously was only a maximum of 2 heads. Then in terms of productivity, average daily gain (ADG) of livestock reached 0.42 Kg/day.

Abstrak—Alur transaksi pemesanan barang pada Anugerah Elektronik cukup sederhana, pelanggan harus login terlebih dahulu di Facebook untuk dapat melihat produk-produk Anugerah Elektronik di katalog album gallery Facebook akun Anugerah Elektronik. pemesanan barang dapat di kirimkan melalui inbox Facebook akun Anugerah Elektronik, atau dengan cara chating ke Facebook chat atau Yahoo Messenger nya, setelah itu permintaan barang pelanggan akan di cek pihak Anugerah Elektronik untuk melihat ketersediaan barang, jika persediaan barang habis maka pihak Anugerah Elektronik akan memberitahukan pelanggan bahwa persediaan barang telah habis atau  mengkonfirmasi kembali lewat Facebook chat atau Yahoo Messenger, sedangkan saat barang masih tersedia pihak Anugerah Elektronik akan merespon permintaan pelanggan tersebut dan mengirim sejumlah nominal harga yang terdiri dari harga barang serta ongkos kirim, pihak Anugerah Elektronik juga mengirimkan nomor rekening bank nya kepada pelanggan yang sedang memesan barang, kemudian pelanggan akan mentransfer sejumlah uang ke rekening pihak Anugerah Elektronik, transaksi pembayaran dilakukan secara offline payment yaitu melalui transfer bank atau ATM(anjungan tunai mandiri), jika hal itu tidak di penuhi dalam waktu 1 sampai 2 hari maka transaksi dianggap batal, namun apabila transfer telah dilakukan, pihak pelanggan harus mengirim sebuah sms konfirmasi apabila transfer pembayaran telah dilakukan, setelah itu pihak Anugerah Elektronik mengecek transaksi pembayaran di rekeningnya, setelah pembayaran usai diterima, pihak Anugerah Elektronik langsung mengirim barang pesanan pelanggan tersebut ke alamat pelanggan melalui pihak jasa pengiriman barang, pemilihan jasa ekspedisi untuk pengiriman barang Anugerah Elektronik ditangani oleh Jasa angkutan dalam kota, POS Indonesia dan JNE. Abstract

Spectrophotometer is an instrument use to measure the absorbance of a chemical com-position by passing light with a certain wavelength at a certain prism. Absorbance values of the light that is passed will be proportional to the concentration of the solution. This research use Optical Emission Spectrometry (OES), a method to testing chemical composition and Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG). TIG is a welding method using a tungsten electrode (not an added substance) an electric arc that occurs between the end of the tungsten electrode and the base material is a heat source. For welding, extended size method used to support testing of chemical composition and added thickness to analyze its effect on the test results chemical composition. The results of the initial test, extended size and added thicknes test indicate that the results of chemical composition of the metal being tested does not significantly change. Here is the initial test result (%) carbon: 0.447; silicon: 0.499; manganese: 0.423; phosphorus: 0.0717; sulfur: 0.237; nickel: 0.354; chrom: 12.4; molybdenum: 0.466, and for the results of the extended size method (%) carbon: 0.402; silicon: 0.435; manganese: 0.406; phosphorus: 0.0810; sulfur: 0.0424; nickel: 0,320; chrom: 12.6; molybdenum: 0.463, the added thickness method (%) carbon: 0.428; silicon: 0,467; manganese: 0.411; phosphorus: 0.0674; sulfur: 0.0553; nickel: 0.332; chrom: 12.6; molyb-denum: 0,462.ABSTRAK Spektrofotometer adalah alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur absorbansi suatu senyawa kimia dengan cara melewatkan cahaya dengan panjang gelombang tertentu pada suatu prisma. Nilai absorbansi dari cahaya yang dilewatkan akan sebanding dengan konsentrasi larutan tersebut. Metoda pengujian komposisi kimia yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metoda Optical Emission Spectrometry (OES), sedangkan metoda pengelasan menggunakan Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG). TIG adalah metode pengelasan yang menggunakan elektroda wolfram (bukan bahan tambah) dimana busur listrik yang terjadi antara ujung elektroda wolfram dan bahan dasar merupakan sumber panas. Dalam pengelasan, metoda extended size digunakan untuk mendukung peng-ujian komposisi kimia dan added thickness serta untuk menganalisa pengaruhnya terhadap hasil pengujian komposisi kimia. Hasil pengujian awal, perlakuan extended size dan added thickness menunjukkan komposisi kimia logam yang diuji tidak mengalami perubahan secara signifikan (%) adalah sebagai berikut: carbon: 0,447; silicon: 0,499; mangan: 0,423; phospor: 0,0717; sulfur: 0,237; nickel: 0,354; chrom: 12,4; molybdenum: 0,466, dan untuk hasil uji komposisi kimia metoda extended size (%) carbon: 0,402; silicon: 0,435; mangan: 0,406; phospor: 0,0810; sulfur: 0,0424; nickel: 0,320; chrom: 12,6; molybdenum: 0,463, sedangkan untuk metoda added thickness (%) carbon: 0,428; silicon: 0,467; mangan: 0,411; phospor: 0,0674; sulfur: 0,0553; nickel: 0,332; chrom: 12,6; molybdenum: 0,462.Kata kunci : ptical Emission Spectrometry (OES), komposisi kimia, pengelasan, extended size, added thickness.

Abstract

Friction Stir Welding is a process of joining metals without filler and without melting the base metal. The system uses the work of the FSW tool with a rotating cylindrical indenter to heat with friction material. Making tools for FSW process includes the selection of materials, testing the chemical composition, microstructure, tool design, heat treatment process on the tool, and testing tools. Materials used tool steel AISI H13 or SKD 61. This steel has a combination of strength, wear resistance, and excellent toughness. The shape of the pin tool is to use triangles, cylinders, and cones. Tool is heated at a temperature of 1100oC on hold for 30 minutes, cooled in oil. Then the material is heated at a temperature of 450oC back on hold 30 minutes, cooled in the furnace has been turned off. Hardness test results produced after heat treatment at 52.8 HRC. The microstructure after heat treatment are carbide and martensite phase. In the experiments showed that the optimum welding on cylindrical shape with a visual tool welds excellent.ABSTRAKPengelasan aduk friksi (Friction Stir Welding) merupakan proses penyambungan logam tanpa logam pengisi dan tanpa melelehkan logam induk. Sistem  kerja dari FSW menggunakan peralatan silindris yang berputar (rotating cylindrical tool) dengan indentor untuk memanaskan material dengan gesekan. Pembuatan peralatan untuk proses FSW ini meliputi pemilihan bahan material, pengujian komposisi kimia, struktur mikro, mendesain perkakas, proses perlakuan panas pada perkakas, dan pengujian pada perkakas. Material  perkakas yang digunakan baja AISI H13 atau SKD 61. Baja ini memiliki kombinasi  kekuatan, ketahanan aus, dan ketangguhan yang sangat baik. Bentuk pin perkakas yang gunakan ialah segitiga, silinder, dan kerucut. Perkakas dipanaskan  pada temperatur 1100oC ditahan selama 30 menit, didinginkan di oli. Kemudian material dipanaskan  kembali pada temperatur 450oC ditahan 30 menit, didinginkan dalam tungku yang telah dimatikan. Hasil uji kekerasan yang dihasilkan setelah perlakuan panas sebesar 52,8 HRC. Struktur mikro setelah perlakuan panas terdapat  karbida dan fasa martensit. Pada percobaan pengelasan didapatkan hasil yang optimum  pada bentuk peralatan silinder dengan visual lasan yang sangat baik. Kata kunci : Perkakas FSW, baja perkakas AISI H13, karbida krom

Abstract

Friction Stir Welding process, which is a solid state welding tool utilizing friction with the workpiece to soften the material is spliced into a choice in aluminum welding. Selection of the proper tool will produce welds with excellent mechanical properties. The research objective is to determine the effect of different forms of pins on mechanical properties and microstructure joint of the friction stir welding process. Friction stir welding process by means of a rotating tool to penetrate into the work piece and friction will soften the material. The connection formed by the merging of soft metal on both sides with a pressure tool. The process of friction stir welding aluminum 5083 - H112 using milling machines and tool with a tapered pin grooves, a cylinder pin grooves or a triangular pin groove and using 1500 rpm tool rotation , the welding speed of 29 mm/min, 0° tool tilt angle, and the depth of plunge 4.8 mm indicate the process is going well . Mechanical testing indicates hardness value using is 85 HV and impact value is 0.24 J / mm2 using a tapered pin groove higher than the cylindrical pin groove and a triangular pin groove. The highest tensile strength used a tapered pin groove of 172 MPa is still lower than the base metal tensile strength of 331 MPa because there was defect in the weldment. Microstructure observation showed changes into a finer grain in the weld nugget compared Thermomechanically area Affected Zone, Heat Affected Zone and the parent metal. Friction  Stir Welding process aluminum 5083 - H112 using a tapered pin grooves tool provide better results than that using a cylinder pin grooves or a triangular pin groove.Keywords : solid state, FSW, milling, probe, Weld NuggetABSTRAKAluminium mempunyai sifat mampu las lebih rendah daripada baja karena adanya lapisan oksida yang terbentuk ketika teroksidasi dengan udara luar. Proses Friction Stir Welding, yang merupakan pengelasan solid state memanfaatkan gesekan tool dengan benda kerja untuk melunakkan material yang disambung menjadi pilihan dalam pengelasan aluminium. Pemilihan tool yang tepat akan menghasilkan lasan dengan sifat mekanik yang baik. Proses FSW aluminium 5083 – H112 menggunakan mesin freis dengan cara tool berputar melakukan penetrasi ke benda kerja dan gesekan akan melunakkan material. Sambungan terbentuk akibat bersatunya logam lunak pada kedua sisi dengan adanya tekanan tool. Hasil pengelasan menunjukkan proses berlangsung dengan baik. Pengamatan struktur mikro menunjukkan butir menjadi lebih halus di daerah weld nugget dibandingkan daerah Thermomechanically Affected Zone , Heat Affected Zone dan logam induk. Pengujian mekanik menunjukkan nilai kekerasan sebesar 85 HV dan harga impak rata- rata di sambungan las sebesar 0,24 J/mm2 menggunakan pin tirus beralur tertinggi dibandingkan dengan menggunakan pin silinder beralur dan segitiga beralur. Kekuatan tarik tertinggi menggunakan pin tirus beralur sebesar 166 MPa masih lebih rendah dari kekuatan tarik logam induk sebesar 331 MPa karena adanya cacat pada hasil lasan. Proses FSW aluminium 5083 - H112 dengan parameter putaran tool 1500 rpm, kecepatan pengelasan 29 mm/min, sudut kemiringan tool 0o dan kedalaman pembenaman pin 4,8 mm menggunakan tool dengan pin tirus beralur memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dari pada menggunakan pin silinder beralur atau segitiga beralur.Kata kunci : kondisi padat, las aduk gesek, frais, pin, daerah adukan

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research is motivated by teachers who rarely use learning models in every learning process because of the teacher's lack of understanding of learning models that can make it easier for teachers to implement the learning process in the classroom. This research is classified as a school action research, with four main steps, namely: planning the action, implementing the action, observing (observation), and reflecting, involving nine teachers as a sample at SMP Negeri 01 Muara Bungo. The results of the study can be concluded that using learning models in the teaching and learning process can increase teacher motivation and student learning. This is evident in the first cycle of all teachers (nine people) including the assessment of learning outcomes in the lesson plans of implementing their learning models even though the sub-components (techniques, instrument forms, questions), scoring guidelines, and answer keys are incomplete. If percentage, 56%. each teacher gets a score of 1 and 3 (not good and good), three people get a score of 2 (good enough), and one person gets a score of 4 (very good). In the second cycle the nine teachers included the assessment of learning outcomes in the RPP for the application of the learning models even though there were teachers who were still wrong in determining the technique and form of the assessment. Seven people got a score of 3 (good) and one person got a score of 4 (very good). If in percentage, 78%, there is an increase of 22% from cycle I. Abstract

ABSTRACTNutrition problem contributes to the death rate of toddler. In Aceh Province during 2013,  there are 855 toddlers suffering malnutrition and only 14,04% of them recovered, 2,46% died and there are still 714 more toddlers under treatment.Qualitative descriptive research with observational design through action research approach using  Geographical Information System (GIS) are carried out in the city of Banda Aceh where the sample of children with malnutrition are obtained from the result of nutrient status monitoring, weighing routine data in posyandu, investigation of the health facilities and the report from society. The collected dependent data variables are children with severe malnutrition and malnourished children, the residence location of the research subjects, the work place of the nutrient management employee, the community health center (puskesmas) and serving fasilities of children with severe malnutrition by Global Positioning System (GPS).The distribution pattern and regions prone to children with malnutrition are concentrated in Kecamatan Kuta Raja, Kecamatan Meuraxa and Kecamatan Ule Kareng. In those districts, the number of children with severe malnutrition is above 0,6% and the number of malnourished children is also above 1,5% of the minimum tolerance number of children set by the City Health Department of Banda Aceh. The percentage of the weighed children to the number of target (D/S) for those districts is in between 53,7% to 69,5%. The number of recovered children after being treated is 7,2%, while 0,9% are died and 9,9% of the children with severe malnutrition are dropped out.  The number and the distribution of nutrient management employee are not sufficient and they are not well trained with 21,2% of the posyandu are active. In the other hand, the number and the distribution of puskesmas and hospital are fairly equally distributed throughout Banda Aceh. The development of severe malnutrition children monitoring management information system creates the information of improvement of children with severe malnutrition, distribution map of nutritional cases, the distribution of human resources and the health facilities, and produces a report of success coverage of nutritional program indicator.The distribution pattern and regions prone to malnutrition are distributed in the coastal area and in the city border which are slum and poor region. The regions also suffer low quantity and quality of nutrient officer, limited operational infrastructure, and only few posyandu are active . The severe malnutrition children monitoring management information system can help through evaluating the improvement of the children’s recovery and it can also produce various information needed. Keywords: Spatial information system, improvement monitoring, toddler, severe malnutrition

Abstract

This paper discusses "Pregnant Marriage according to Religious Court Judges from the Maslahah Perspective" by revealing the problems, namely: (1) How is the implementation of Article 53 KHI regarding pregnant marriage, (2) What are the implications of implementing Article 53 KHI regarding pregnant marriage? And (3) How is the analysis of the judges of the religious courts on Article 53 of the KHI concerning marriage and pregnancy from a maslahah perspective? The Religious Courts do not directly handle cases of pregnant women, while cases that are related to pregnant women are cases of marriage isbat and marriage dispensation. The marriage of a pregnant woman affects the status of the child that the woman is carrying. By holding a marriage for pregnant women and men who impregnate them, they will maintain the lineage of children, inheritance and guardianship of the children they contain. Article 53 Compilation of Islamic Law regarding pregnant marriage contains many benefits for society in general, especially for pregnant women and the children they are carrying.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of prices, promotions, and dissatisfaction with the decision to move the brand to the Telkomsel simcard in boarding students of Dinoyo Village, Malang City. The variables used in this study are brand switching variable as the dependent variable, while the independent variables are price and promotion, and the intervening variable is dissatisfaction. Data was collected through a questionnaire method with the number of samples used as respondents as many as 94 respondents. The results of this study are prices and promotions that have a direct effect on brand movements in Telkomsel cellular card consumers. Prices and promotions have a direct effect on dissatisfaction with Telkomsel cellular card consumers. Dissatisfaction has a direct effect on brand movement on Telkomsel cellular card consumers. Prices and promotions have an indirect effect on brand transfers to Telkomsel cellular card consumers. Keywords: brand switching, price, promotion, dissatisfaction
