An advocate is a person who berfropesi to give legal services both inside and outside the Court meet the requirements based on the provisions of the Act. The role of an advocate in providing legal services in civil matters is that the Advocate as a recipient of the power or the plaintiff or defendant from representing in the beracara in front of the Court to explain and straighten out the facts and evidence put forward by its clients, so that they can assist and facilitate the judge in taking a decision.In carrying out its functions and perananya of the civil code in the case of the powerlaw is obliged to execute the code etiknya as legal advisor. The job of an advocate or a legal advisor is as trust. Thus the relationship between legal counsel with clientsmust be prefixed with a trust relationship. So the relationship between legal counselwith clients can run in accordance with the code of ethics that has been determinedfor legal counsel. Advocates in carrying out tasks of work prohibited to differentiatethe treatment of Clients on the basis of gender, religion, race, descent, political, or social and cultural background.Keyword: advocate, civil litigation

AbstrackTujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menemukan tentang penerapan model pembelajaran karakter di pondok pesantren Roudhotut Tholibin Kabupaten Rembang.Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yakni lebih melihat seperti apa penerapan media belajar dan pembelajaran berbasis pondok pesantren di Pondok Pesantren. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian kualitatif dilakukan sejak sebelum memasuki lapangan, selama di lapangan dan setelah selasai di lapangan.Model pembelajaran pendidikan berbasis karakter di Pondok Pesantren Roudhotut Tholibin terdapat beberapa upaya dan rencana pembentukan karakter pada siswa atau santrinya. Hal ini ditunjukkan tata tertib santri pada buku peraturan disiplin santri, tentang tata tertib disiplin santri seperti menyiapkan petugas piket, etika izin dan berbagai jenis pelanggaran dengan konsekuensi hukuman. Proses pendidikan di Pondok pesantern melalui tahapaan-tahapan pembelajaran dalam hal penguasaan baca tulis dan hafalan al-Qur’an.Keywords: model pembelajaran, karakter siswa dan pondok pesantren.

Bengkel motor merupakan tempat dimana motor dimodifikasi atau diperbaiki. Bengkel motor Honda resmi merupakan tempat dimana motor keluaran Honda dimodifikasi atau diperbaiki. Pemakai motor Honda sudah mendominasi masyarakat Bandar Lampung. Oleh karena itu perlu dibangun sebuah sistem yang dapat mempermudah masyarakat Bandar Lampung dalam mencari lokasi bengkel motor Honda yang resmi yang ada di Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan aplikasi WebGIS yang dapat digunakan untuk mencari lokasi bengkel Honda resmi secara online. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diguankan adalah studi pustaka dan observasi. Metode Pengembangan Sistem yang digunakan Extreme Programming, yang memiliki keunggulan pengembangan sistem yang lebih cepat dan proses pengembangan lebih responsive. Alat pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang meliputi use case diagram, class diagram dan activity diagram. Adapun bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah HTML dan PHP dengan database MySql. Aplikasi WebGis dapat digunakan oleh semua orang untuk mencari bengkel Honda resmi yang ada di Bandar Lampung dengan dilengkapi fasilitas dari google maps berikut dengan informasi mengenai fasilitas yang ada di bengkel masing-masing.

This study aims to determine the application of professional zakat calculations in zakat management organizations (OPZ) in Indonesia. This type of research is a qualitative case study and in exploring primary data through interviews with OPZ managers and observations on the mechanism for calculating professional zakat and secondary data in the form of documentation through information in the form of pamphlets and OPZ websites which are officially recognized by the state and published in the Information Management and Documentation Officer (PPID). ) National Amil Zakat Agency as many as 87 OPZ. The results showed that of the 87 official OPZ, 38 did not specifically explain the mechanism for calculating professional zakat, 37 OPZ used one of the qiyas in determining the calculation of professional zakat, namely gold qiyas, commercial qiyas and sabah qiyas and as many as 12 OPZ were inaccessible. In the implementation of calculations based on qiyas by several OPZ, some still have inconsistencies between the implementation of the chosen qiyas law and the implementation of calculations, both the explanation of the calculations listed in the brochure or website as well as the calculation calculator application.

Pendidikan karakter merupakan isu dan menjadi pondasi utama dalam dunia pendidikan. Sebagimana pendapat Thomas Lickona bahwa tentang 9 pilar utama yang saling berhubungan sebagai berikut ; rasa hormat, tanggungjawab, keadilan, keberanian, disiplin diri, kejujuran, peduli, kewarganegaraan, dan teku. Masuknya mata kuliah keislaman selama 6 (enam) semester sebagai mata kuliah yang wajib ditempuh oleh mahasiswa di UNISMA diharapkan mampu membentuk karakter positif dan kepribadian mahasiswa. Dalam definisi tadi, unsur proses mengembangkan haruslah dilakukan secara terstruktur, terus menerus serta berkelanjutan.Hasil penelitian, dalam pembentukan karakter mahasiswa berbasis pembiasaan kehidupan beragama di UNISMA terdapat 3 landasan filosofis yaitu Bhineka Tunggal Ika, Paradigma Aswaja dan Visi Misi UNISMA untuk menghasilkan loutput yang kuat dan unggul pada tatasran kognifit dan afektif dengan memberikan pengalaman belajar berbasis religius melalui dasar-dasar keterampilan ibadah dan keislaman agar mahasiswa mampu merubah dirinya dari budaya belajar school children menjadi university student, untuk meningkatkan soft skill mahasiswa dalam membentuk jatidiri (self image stage). Prosedur pembentukan meliputi perencanaan, penciptaan suasana, Internalisasi nilai, keteladanan, pembiasaan, dan pembudayaan dalam kehidupan beragama. Implementasinya dilakukan secara terus menerus dan berkelanjutan dalam memberikan pemahaman hakikat kehidupan beragama, berkepribadian yang baik serta moderat dalam sikap sosial yang baik (humble) yang bertujuan untuk dakwah Islam Ahlus Sunnah Waljama’ah An-Nahdiyyah. Secara aplikatif, bentuk kegiatannya: Orientasi Pendidikan, Halaqoh Diniyah, MASTER MABA, Perkuliahan Keislaman selama 6 semester, shalat Dhuhur berjama’ah, kultum, Sholawatan, Istighosah, seni dan olahraga dengan melibatkan semua satuan unit kerja untuk mengambil peran dan tanggungjawab masing-masing.Model/bentuk pembentukan karakter mahasiswa di Universitas Islam Malang adalah pembinaan dengan model kolaborasi dari beberapa metode dengan pendekatan action (experential learning) yang meliputi pendekatan pembiasaan, keteladanan, pendekata formal, pendekatan struktural, pendekatan mekanik, pendekatan organik dan penciptaan lingkungan yang religius dalam membentuk character building culture.Kata kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, Pembentukan Karaker Mahasiswa

Islam teaches the obligatory care of parents for their children for the continuity of their children's future, but lately there have been few parents who carry out their obligations due to economic factors, so they leave their children in TPA under the supervision of a babysitter who replaces their parents' duties. The purpose of this study is to describe the way babysitters take care of children in "TPA Media Cinta Ilmu" both in theory and practice and are in accordance with Islamic Law and can replace the obligations of parents in hadhanah to their children or not. The data collection method used is the method of observation, interviews and documentation and using a type of qualitative research. The results of the study are about the way the babysitter is educating, guiding, nurturing, caring for and giving affection as their child like learning religion (the practice of prayer, tahfidz quran and reading iqro '), how the babysitter can replace the hadhanah's obligations to the child by entrusting their children in the landfill in order to get care, appropriate education in Islam, every person who educates them, whether parents or other educators will also get the reward as the child gets reward for the good deeds he does. Families are the members consisting of father, mother and child is a strong unity if a good relationship is established between the father-mother, mother-son and father-daughter. Good relations is characterized by the harmony in the mutual relationships between individuals within the family. The interaction between each family member affects the state of happiness (harmony) or unhappy (disharmonies) on one or a family member. And when a family experiencing disharmony it will have an impact for all family members child. In this study will be presented How social development of children from families that are not harmonized and how the social impact on a child or family relationships are not harmonious in the village Plososari District of Puri Mojokerto. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with in-depth interviews on the subject which is then analyzed to obtain the results. These results indicate that the association of children who are victims of family disharmony largely towards negative as is often out at night, and become the bad boy in school, this is because the child was finding comfort in the world of relationships rather than on his family but also some children still grow up to be a positive person just as patiently, this is because the strong environment of the child is a positive environment. And the focus of the second study showed that children who are victims of family disharmony tend to close themselves off from the social environment so that it becomes being personally hard and do arbitrarily, but it will be different when the child is in an environment that is positive child would also be a positive person anyway, like being a private patient.Kata Kunci: Dampak Ketidakharmonisan Keluarga, Perkembangan kehidupan anak, Perspektif Sosiologis

AbstrakThis research is entitled "kawin bote (forced marriage) in the perspective of Islamic law (case study in Adonara District)". And this research is a field research (filed research). The limitations of the problems discussed are forced marriages that occurred in 2013 to 2020 with the formulation of the problem, what factors encourage forced marriages, how is the impact of forced marriages, what is the perspective of Islamic law on the problem. Therefore, the purpose of this research is is to find out about forced marriage, the factors that encourage it, its impact and an overview of Islamic law. While the method of data collection in this study was through observation and interviews with the research subjects were the people of the Adonara sub-district who lived in the Oringbele village and knew about forced marriages.
