Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is: (1) To know the effect of kopentensi on Performance of Nurse on Nursing Care Documentation at Rung Inpati RSW Wisata UIT Makassar (2). To know the Motivation of Nurse Performance On Nursing Documentation at Inpatient Room of RSW Wisata UIT Makassr. The research method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach, that is by focusing on hypothesis testing. With the number of popolasi 115, sampling using slovin formula with the number of samples amounted to 80 respondents. Data collection method through questionnaires and direct observation. The data analyst used is descriptively quantitative by using SPSS program of Multiple Linear Regretion Analysis method. The results of the research based on the persial test prove that (1). Competence variable has influence to nurse's performance in Nursing Documentation with significance value = 0.000n which means that alternative hypothesis e accepted that say there is influence of competence to Nurse Performance In Documentation of Nursing Asuahan With significance value = 0,001 which means alternative hypothesis accepted that there is influence Motivation with the performance of Nurse at Inpatient Room of UIT Makassar Hospital Tour (3). Based on the Simultaneous test that Competence has the highest Effect with 0.000 significance. Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Nurse Performance ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adadalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kopentensi Terhadap Kinerja Perawat pada Dokomentasi Asuhan Keperawatan di Rung Rawat Inap RSW Wisata UIT Makassar (2). Untuk mengetahui Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Pada Dokumentasi Asuhan Keperawatan di Ruang Inap RSW Wisata UIT Makassr. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan menitik beratkan pada pengujian hipotesis. Dengan jumlah popolasi 115, penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 80 responden.Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Analis data yang digunakan adalah secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program SPSS metode analisis Regeresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji persial membuktikan bahwa (1). Variabel kompetensi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat pada Dokumentasi Asuhan Keperawatan dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,000n yang berarti bahwa hipotesis alternative e diterima yang meyatakan ada pengaruh kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Perawat Pada Dokumentasi Asuahan Keperawatan Dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,001 yang berarti hipotesis alternative diterima yang meyatakan ada pengaruh Motivasi dengan kinerja Perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap RSU Wisata UIT Makassar (3). Berdasarkan uji Simultan bahwa Kompetensi memiliki Pengaruh yang paling tinggi dengan signifikasi 0,000. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Motivasi, Kinerja Perawat

Abstract

ABSTRACKThis research was conducted on November 3, 2018 until December 3, 2018. The type of research used was quantitative with an associative type, because researchers wanted to know whether there were any influences between the variables through testing the formulated hypothesis, the population in this study amounted to 60 respondents and determining the sample based on total sampling, the tools used in data collection are questionnaire.The results of this study indicate that based on the value of tcount of 0.023 it is smaller than t table 0.256, which means that the mediation parameters have a positive and insignificant effect. This means that emotional intelligence has a positive and not significant effect indirectly on lecturer performance through the competence of nursing lecturers in the city of Makassar. Then the Sixth Hypothesis (H6) is rejected, while the value of t count of 0.363 is greater than ttable 0.256, which means that the parameter the mediation had a positive and significant effect. This means that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect indirectly on lecturer performance through the motivation of nursing lecturers in the city of Makassar, so the Sixth Hypothesis (H6) is accepted.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Competence, Motivation, Performance
