Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan ex post facto (non eksperimen) dengan rancangan korelasional. Melalui penelitian korelasional dapat diketahui hubungan variasi dalam sebuah variabel dengan lainnya. Lokasi penelitian adalah pada Kantor Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng, sedangkan objek yang diteliti adalah pegawai Kecamatan Donri-Donri. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng yang jumlahnya sebanyak 41 orang pegawai. Teknik sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Untuk pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Disiplin Kerja dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Pegawai  ABSTRACTThis research purposes to know and to analyze the work discipline and leadership influence on the Performance of Employee at the District Office Donri-Donri of Soppeng Regency partially and simultaneously.This research used the ex post facto (non-experiment) approach which correlational. Through out this correlational research can be known the variation relationship in a variable with the other. This research is located at the District Office Donri-Donri of Soppeng, whereas the object under study is a sub-district employee of Donri-Donri. The population in this research were employees at the District Office Donri-Donri of Soppeng which 41 employees. Samples in this research is by using saturated sample. For testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis.The results of this research shared that. 1) Work Discipline has significant and positive influent to employees performance of Donri-Donri District of Soppeng Regency. 2)

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to: 1) analyze the effect of education and training to on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 2) analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 3) analyze the effect of the work environment on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 4) analyze the effect of education and training, compensation, and work environment to on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency. The research location is at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regenc, South Sulawesi Province. Population in this study were all employees of the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency which amounted to 152 employees. Sampling in this research is using the Slovin formula, so that the number of samples examined in this study are 61 employees. For testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) education and training has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 2) compensation has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 3) working environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 4) education and training, compensation and working environment simultaneously have positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, .Keywords: Education and Training, Compensation, Work Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of the study 1) to determine effect for additional cigarette tax revenue sharing funds to budgetary policy at the Department of Revenue Financial Management and Asset Soppeng Regency, 2) to detemine effect in local revenue realization of the budgetary policy at the Department of Revenue Financial Management and Asset Soppeng Regency. This research was conducted in the Office of Financial Management Revenue and Asset Soppeng Regency using financial statement data. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of different test two average through the program Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) .21. The results of hypothesis testing in this study shows that 1) there are influences in the addition of cigarette tax revenue sharing funds to budgetary policy, 2) there are influences in the realization of local revenue to service revenue budgeting policy on financial management and asset Soppeng Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and analyze the Compensation and Working Environment Influence on Job Satisfaction employee Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng Regency either partially or simultaneously.This study will be conducted at the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng Regency, with a total population of 142 people. The technique of determining the number of samples in this study is based on a formula slovin so that the number of 59 employees. For testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 1) Compensation has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction employee Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng Regency. 2) Work Environment has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction employee Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng Regency. 3) Compensation and Working Environment have positive and significant impact on job satisfaction employee Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Soppeng Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and observe: (1). Influence of support led to nurses motivation. (2) the effect on the motivation of career development of nurses. (3) effect of compensation for nurses motivation. (4) how much influence the support of the leadership, career development and compensation to motivate nurses. (5) the variables that most influence between the support of the leadership, career development and compensation to motivate nurses. The method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach, the study was conducted in hospitals Salewangang Maros with a population of 111, the sampling using the formula slovin by the number of sample was 87 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and direct observation. The research was carried out for 3 months. The results showed that: (1) there was an effect on motivation nurse-led support. (2) no effect on the motivation of career development of nurses. (3) no compensation effect on the motivation of nurses. (4) there are approximately 64.3% influence leadership support, career development and compensation to motivate nurses. (5) variable career development is the most dominant variable affecting motivation nurse. Keywords: support leadership, career development, compensation, motivation
