Abstract

Credit is one of the modern economic behaviors. In practice, credit can be either borrowing a certain amount of money or purchasing goods with a gradual payment process and within an agreed timeframe. Economic conditions that are less supportive and high community needs make people choose to buy goods with this credit process. Unfortunately the high needs sometimes are not in line with the ability to make payments in accordance with the initial agreement. Such condition causes the payment process to be disrupted or also called the term “bad credit”. This research uses public data of credit card dataset from UCI repository and private data that is dataset of credit approval from local banking. The information gain algorithm is used to calculate the weights of each of the attributes. From the calculation results note that all attributes have different weights. This study resulted in the conclusion that not all data attributes influence the classification result. Suppose attribute A1 to UCI dataset as well as loan type attribute on local dataset that has information gain weight 0 (zero). The result of classification using K-Nearest Neighbors algorithm shows that there is an increase of 7.53% for UCI dataset and 3.26% for local dataset after feature selection on both datasets.

Abstract

Ada beberapa jenis pajak daerah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang nomor 28 tahun 2009, salah satunya adalah pajak parkir yang merupakan salah satu jenis pajak daerah dari pajak kota / kabupaten. Untuk mengoptimalkan dan meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) diperlukan pengelolaan pajak parkir yang profesional dan transparan. Pengelolaan pajak parkir masih memiliki beberapa kendala, antara lain: kurangnya pengawasan di lapangan, adanya orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab yang memanfaatkan pengabaian tersebut untuk menuai keuntungan, pendapatan parkir tidak sepenuhnya diberikan kepada pemkot. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi kebocoran dalam pengelolaan dana pajak parkir adalah dengan menerapkan parkir elektronik atau E-Parki, sehingga proses pengawasan segala hal yang berkaitan dengan parkir dapat dilakukan dengan baik, dan berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah dari sektor pajak parkir.

Abstract

One of the real sectors that currently gets priority from the government is the creative economy, this can be seen by the formation of a special body that is responsible for promoting creative economic growth in Indonesia, through Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 Year 2015 concerning the Creative Economy Agency, the Creative Economy Agency ( Bekraf), but based on the submission of the Governor of Bank Indonesia (BI) Agus Martowardojo at the exhibition of BI assisted MSMEs at Balai Kartini, Jakarta, Friday (8/26/2016), there could be 3, three Indonesians, namely: limited access to credit, creative industries too do not have broad access to international markets, limited human resources and skills. This research aims to realize a communicationinformation-education media that synergizes government institutions, financial institutions, research institutions and creative industries, so as to facilitate the creative industry players to obtain various things needed for development, can help, and improve their positivity, thus increasing the industry creative to be more competitive in the industrial era 4.0. Abstract

The promotion of batik products in the Pekalongan batik city needs to be carried out so that it can be better known to the community, but is constrained by the limited working hours available. On the other hand President Joko Widodo stressed that the need to create a virtual trade exhibition, so that buyers can interact without the need to wait for an exhibition or are constrained by time. To respond to the appeal of Mr. Joko Widodo, through the development of virtual reality tenology which has also given birth to virtual tour innovations, a virtual tour village based on virtual tour will be built, so that batik artisans will have more time to promote their products, as well as visitors / consumers who have not had time to come to the batik village, will still be able to see the atmosphere of the existing batik village by accessing the digital batik village application of Pekalongan batik city based on virtual tour, and keep interacting with Pekalongan batik craftsmen, whenever and wherever. The application of this research will have a positive impact on several parties, namely: 1) batik artisans, 2) visitors / consumers, and 3) Pekalongan city government. The existence of digital batik villages based on virtual tours will be a new breakthrough / new paradigm in creating and managing batik villages so that they can be visited from anywhere and anytime. Abstract

In recent years, the use of the Web to quickly and efficiently run behavioral and social experiments has grown in popularity. However, there are still revenue differences related to the use of the Web for animation and multimedia. The analysis and accuracy of the use of web technology have been widely studied to update evidence on the accuracy and precession of presenting animation using the Web, as well as expanding research related to accuracy and precision in the presentation of multimedia and animation based on HTML5 technology, especially the use of scalable vector graphics (SVG). Presentation of visual content using web technology can be accepted with increasing accuracy and precision, although this technology needs consideration in some cases in its use. Accuracy and precision using CSS technology which is part of HTML, are the best alternatives for animation. The animation interval is above 50 milliseconds based on test results, while testing using SVG also shows results that are not much different from using CSS in animation. The performance of procedural web technology with HTML5 standards (CSS, SVG, and WebGL) is not much different from the analyzed web technology, with an average missed frame between 0.06 and 1.50 with a standard deviation between 0.252 and 1.055. This technology is becoming the standard and has a promising future, making its use more advisable than other technologies on the decline.
