Abstract

The Indonesian Ombudsman is a State Institution tasked with overseeing public services based on Law Number 37 of 2008 concerning the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on this task, the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia performs services in the form of receiving reports / complaints from the public regarding public services performed by service providers that must be resolved quickly and efficiently. To achieve this goal, the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia must have an integrated Information System that can record and complete the report completion process. Taking into account the magnitude and complexity of the work in the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, the Management Information System for Completion of this Report must be well planned and based on the data needed by each user. The Architecture of the Management Report Management Information System Completion of the Community Report was built using the enterprise architecture planning model approach, especially the TOGAF ADM method with the hope that the SIMPeL v3.0 blueprint can be the basis for the development of the Report Settlement Management Information System (SIMPeL v3.0) in the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri perfilman di dunia sangat berkembang pesat. IMDB adalah website yang telah lama digunakan untuk menyajikan informasi dan berbagi opini antar penikmat film yang ada di seluruh dunia, tanggapan mereka menjadi tolak ukur kesuksesan dari sebuah film terdapat banyak judul film, yang menyebabkan penonton kesulitan dalam memilih film. Meskipun dengan klasifikasi genre yang telah ada di website IMDB, tetapi klasifikasi ini terbilang cukup umum karena masih belum dapat mengatasi preferensi genre dari penonton yang berbeda-beda, seperti penonton dengan preferensi film yang memiliki genre comedy dengan sedikit bumbu romance, tentu akan berbeda hasilnya dengan film dengan genre comedy dengan bumbu action, banyak jenis genre film yang siap dtonton, tetapi banyak pengguna atau user yang kebingungan film apa yang akan di tonton. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem untuk merekomendasikan film agar sesuai dengan yang pelanggan atau user inginkan. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menerapkan teknologi komputersasi dalam menganalisa rekomendasi film dengan Collaborative Filtering yaitu metode User-based Filtering dan Item-based Filtering untuk mencari kesamaan dan memprediksi item dan juga analisa sentmen untuk melihat hasil ulasan dan mengklasifikasi komentar dari komentar pengunjung IMDB menggunakan Naive Bayes Classifier

Abstract

The development of the digital era is currently progressing very rapidly. Website-based applications can be a solution needed by companies that want to develop a more integrated online communication and information system. PT Anabatic Digital Raya is improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Compliance Officer (CO) team in the process of checking project documents. By building a project management website application for the Project Specific Repository Checklist file by applying the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, the goal to be realized will be achieved, namely increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Compliance Officer team.
