Abstract

Online New Student Admission (PPDB) as a method or method that aims to register online for new prospective cadets at SMK Pelayaran Jakarta Raya. With the development of Information Technology (IT) today, information about schools to prospective cadets without being geographically restricted must be conveyed through the website so that the public can easily access all school information. Admission of new cadets at the beginning of a new academic year, in which in practice the admission of new cadets is still done manually so that it cannot be done efficiently. With the existence of a web-based computerized information system, it is hoped that it can help prospective cadets in registering and getting accurate information so they can find out the effectiveness of this system. This writer applies the waterfall design to the building sketch of the information system for new student admissions, the waterfall method is a method that describes the design of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), where the preparation begins with analysis, design, coding, and testing. Data collection techniques by conducting field observations, interviews, and literature studies. This new student admission information system was built using the PHP programming language using the MySQL database as the database server. The result of this writing is a web-based student admission information system that has effectiveness in providing convenience to parents of new cadets to receive all information regarding new student admissions and carry out the online registration process.

Abstract

Arista Tehnik Jakarta is an individual company engaged in manufacturing services for AC ducting in buildings. Arista Tehnik Jakarta in processing employee payroll data still uses the manual / conventional method, which is taking notes on bookkeeping so that errors often occur in calculating employee salaries. Calculating employee salaries can have fatal consequences if something goes wrong and it can affect the preparation of payroll reports. The manual / conventional payroll system is not able to provide adequate benefits for calculating employee salaries. With a good payroll system, every company that already has many employees is very much needed. Companies that have many employees definitely need a payroll system that can make it easier to pay salaries appropriately and efficiently. The method used in this research is by making observations, interviews, literature studies, designing information systems followed by the development of information systems and then testing. The result of this research is to produce a computerized payroll information system that provides convenience in providing payroll data information such as employee data information, job data and payroll data. In the Payroll Data Information System using UML (Unified Modeling Language), programming using the CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL for database processing. After the researcher then created a Payroll Information System, the work procedure could be easier for Arista Tehnik Jakarta.

Abstract

South Tangerang is a city that has a culinary destination that is favored by many tourists. The difficulty of travelers in finding a place that is located in the alley or within a few tens of meters from the highway in South Tangerang need to be anticipated.. Application design the route of culinary tourism is an alternative that can minimize or even eliminate such difficulties. This research was conducted to develop an application created with the java programming language with the SDK and the application help of Google Maps API, and Location Based Service provides information on the geographical position of the place of food. The making of this app through several important stages, including requirements analysis, design, design implementation, and testing of the system are made.. Research and design of this application using the waterfall method and applying the algorithm of Dijkstra based on android. Use of this application is preceded by testing on the algorithm of Dijkstra and black box testing, so this app can be used properly. Based on the research that has been done, this application can be used to assist and facilitate tourists to find and to determine the shortest route to the location of the culinary tourism in the City of South Tangerang.

Abstract

Student Get Student yaitu program yang terdapat di Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan komputer STIE & STMIK Jayakarta, dimana setiap mahasiswa dapat merekomendasikan teman, kolega, keluarga atau saudaranya untuk kuliah di STMIK Jayakarta dan dapatkan fee untuk setiap mahasiswa yang direkomendasikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu sistem informasi aplikasi Student Get Student berbasis web. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan tugas akhir pada STMIK jayakarta belum melibatkan teknologi dalam pelaksanaanya. Pada tahapan proses pendataan mengharuskan mahasiswa dan pihak keuangan untuk bertemu secara langsung. Dalam beberapa kondisi,hal seperti ini tidak terlaksana dikarenakan pendataan student get student ini diharuskan untuk melakukan proses pendataan secara manual. Untuk memecahkan permasalahan–permasalahan tersebut maka penulis membangun sebuah sistem informasi untuk melakukan proses pendataan student get student secara online menggunakan metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah dengan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP sebagai web service dengan framework Laravel serta database MySQL.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia internet sekarang ini sangat pesat telah menuntut banyak orang untuk memanfaatkan dunia maya dalam setiap kegiatan di dunia nyata, situs website dan internet merupakan media penyampaian informasi atau sebagai media pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien, dengan jaringan internet kita dapat menjelajah tanpa batas ruang waktu menggunakan jaringan internet. Sistem Informasi Komputerisasi berperan penting dalam segala bidang, misalnya dalam informasi pelayanan suatu lembaga, sistem komputerisasi ini bertujuan untuk mengelola data secara mudah, cepat, dan akurat. Selain itu harus didukung pula oleh sumber daya yang bermutu, yang dapat mengelola data dengan baik. Namun kenyataannya masih banyak lembaga kursus yang masih menggunakan sistem manual, seperti yang penulis temukan pada saat riset di Lembaga Kursus Mengemudi Ar’rahman Jakarta dalam mengelola data pendaftaran peserta kursus baru. Sehingga menjadi kurang efektif dan menumpuknya kertas-kertas dokumen peserta, serta lambatnya proses pembuatan laporan. Namun apabila proses tersebut diperbaharui menjadi suatu sistem yang terkomputerisasi maka akan menjadi jauh lebih baik. Untuk itulah penulis mencoba membuat perancangan mengenai Perancangan Sistem Informasi Peserta Kursus Mengemudi Ar’Rahman Jakarta. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penulis melakukan analisa sistem lebih mendalam dengan cara obsevasi dan wawancara secara mendetail kepada staff untuk selanjutnya penulis kelola dan paparkan. Dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi berbasis website ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan meningkatkan pelayanan yang lebih efektif, melakukan penyimpanan dokumen melalui database sistem agar tidak penumpukan arsip yang menyebabkan rusak atau hilang. Perancangan sistem informasi ini merupakan solusi terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada, serta dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien serta dapat lebih kondusif dibandingkan dengan sistem yang terdahulu. In addition, it must also be supported by quality resources who can manage data well. However, in reality there are still many course institutions that still use the manual system, as the author found during research at the Ar'rahman Driving Course Institute Jakarta in managing registration data for new course participants. So that it becomes ineffective, efficient and the accumulation of participant documents and the slow process of making reports. However, if the process is updated into a computerized system it will be much better. For this reason, the author tries to make a design regarding the Design of Information Systems for Participants in the Ar'Rahman Jakarta Driving Course. To achieve this goal, the authors conducted a more in-depth system analysis by means of observation and detailed interviews with staff for further management and explanation. By utilizing the development of website-based technology, it is hoped that it can help and improve services that are more effective, storing documents through the system database so that there is no accumulation of archives that cause damage or loss. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve existing problems, and with a computerized system, an activity that is effective and efficient can be achieved and can be more conducive than the previous system.

Abstract

PT. Multi Sarana Prima Nusantara merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang retail mainan yang menjual produk mainan asal jepang. Adapun masalah yang terjadi adalah pemilihan mainan Action Figure menjadi sulit terutama bagi konsumen yang tidak paham mengenai kualitas Action Figure karena banyak faktor yang mempengaruhinya seperti Brand, ukuran Figure dan spesifikasi lainnya. Jika terjadi kesalahan dalam pembelian akan sangat merugikan pihak konsumen. Masalah yang dihadapi biasanya adalah kesalahan menentukan Figure untuk pajangan, mainan dan koleksi. Memilih Figure sendiri terdiri dari berbagai faktor yang harus diperhatikan, yaitu harus menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan seperti jenis mainan, jenis series, nama series dan budget yang dimiliki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat suatu media Website yang dapat mempermudah konsumen dalam memilih mainan Action Figure yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan budget.

Abstract

Functional Auditor Development Center (Pusbin JFA) as a supervisor of government internal functional audit has a constraint to publish recommendation formation of auditor for Government Internal Oversight Apparatus (APIP). The current process is still running manually and slowly, so that need the application which makes APIP unit easier to compile proposals and speed up the verification and validation process at Pusbin JFA then the auditor's recommendation publishing process getting better. Laravel framework was matched to handle this application, which is website based. This framework was easy to use and accelerate the process for develop program or application, and then it was combined with Extreme Programming (XP) development method system where this method was matched to use in government institution or the place where the developer was limited. As long as use this Laravel framework and XP method, all of the application development process has been streamlined so this application can be implemented soon.
