Abstract

Studi  komparasi  antara  Myob  dan  Accurate  untuk  membandingkan  perangkat  lunak buatan lokal (dalam negeri) dan luar negeri.  Myob merupakan perangkat lunak buatan Australia.  Sedangkan  Accurate  merupakan  produk  buatan  lokal  (dalam  negeri)  yang secara umum lebih dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar di Indonesia. Hasil komparasi menunjukkan bahwa Accurate v.4 untuk proses IPO pembelian tunai unggul ± 1 menit. Sedangkan untuk proses IPO pembelian down payment dan untuk proses IPO pembelian kredit tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan.   Dan dalam penyelesaian langkah proses penjualan, sekali lagi  Accurate v.4 menunjukkan keunggulan ± 35 detik.

Abstract

In the preparatory process leading to accredited two-ECD is trying to meet the necessary requirements. Minimum requirements have been met and there are other constraints that compliance management standard components and Standard financing. Both of these will be easily met if there is a tool that is able to integrate all the activities that can generate reports quickly, complete and accurate. Data and information is complete and accurate order management requirements can be open, transparent and accountable. In both early childhood education, and financial data management systems are still done manually. On the other hand increasing the number of students themselves. It often makes power and the system is usually enough to be able to handle it anymore. Information is ofien slow to parents, teachers who are also oflen diflicult to divide the administration section of time because of their time dealing with students becoming more complex. In addition, if there are certain policies relating to finances often take a long time because the data are correctly not all, data is still missing, incorrect calculations and so on. Therefore this activity is to help make the soflware in data management and financial administration of the manual into administrative and financial information systems are computerized and integrated a collaboration of Microsoft Access and Visual Basic with Windows platform. Training and assistance in this activity is also carried out to ensure the success of the use of this software. Keywords : Paud, accreditation, information system

Abstract

Without the use of accounting information systems on data collection of medical supplies through the process of buying or selling drugs based on the batch number and expired date is takes more time in the service of payment transactions, because (a) they have to be calculated manually or with a calculator, (b) take time to monitor the inventory stock existing drugs (inventory check) because it is done manually, (c) take time in making the report, because employees have to reopen the existing data, so the work becomes less effective, (d) the possibility of data-data that is lost because not or forgot to record. Inventory of information system design based on computer-based drug batch number and expiration date using Accurate v.4 data collection will further help facilitate drug supply. Among other design inventory, purchasing credits, purchase order, debt repayment, cash sales, and inventory report based drug batch number and expired date.

Abstract

Increased profit of batik SMEs is influenced by the use of e-catalogs and profits is increasing if e-catalogs also apply sales SIA. This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of application of batik e-catalog on sales SIA, (2) to analyze the effect of the application of batik e-catalog on increasing the profit of batik SMEs; and (3) to analyze the effect of the application of e-catalog of batik to increase the profit of SMEs batik tulis through SIA sales. The results of research is increasing profit if e-catalog is applied because the consumer network is increasingly widespread and profit is increasing if supported by the SIA integrated sales means consumers choose batik tulis in e-catalog and then make sales transactions through SIA online sales so much easier for consumers buy batik products so that the impact on increasing the profit of SMEs batik tulis.

Abstract

Increasing end-user satisfaction (EUS) on mobile-based AIS is influenced by an actual usage (AU). AU increases if Small Medium Enterprise managers feel the perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU) of using mobile-based AIS. This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of PEOU and PU on AU, (2) analyze the effect of PEOU and PU on EUS on mobile-based AIS, (3) analyze the effect of AU on EUS on mobile-based AIS, and (4) analyze the effect of PEOU and PU to EUS on mobile-based AIS through AU. The results of this study are (1) PU has a positive effect on AU and PEOU has a negative effect on AU because to improve AU requires a guidebook that is easy to learn and the lack of ability to use system applications make it not easy, (2) PEOU and PU affect EUS on Mobile-based AIS but the most positive and dominant influence on EUS on mobile-based AIS is PU, (3) AU has a positive effect on EUS on mobile-based AIS, and (4) PEOU negatively affects EUS on mobile-based AIS through AU due to the use of AIS based on mobile, which is done repeatedly and for a long time is still unable to mediate PEOU and SME managers feel difficult to use the purchasing and sales system application to produce on time reports.

Abstract

Deaf students discuss activities with other students, Deaf students need tools in participating in discussion activities, whereas so far, Deaf students have only relied on the ability to read the lips of their interlocutors. This research produces an assistive or assistive technology, namely the Android-based MVTe (Mobile Voice To Text) application where this application simply changes the voice in written form. This application was developed using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. The RAD method speeds up the work process due to its compact working process. The application trial was carried out on an IT expert, 5 deaf students, and 5 lecturers in the Information Technology Faculty, Universitas Merdeka Malang. The average test result is 81.3% with a feasible category for use.

Abstract

A nonprofit information system for recording transactions of non-profit organizations cash receipts, cash disbursements, buying, selling of products/ services, depreciation does not exist the difference with the business organizations. But what makes the difference is the party be the owner, until no transactions related to sales a change of ownership or allocation of funds/resources from liquidation. If The non-profit organizations to generate profits, no transaction is used for distribution of profits to the founder or owner. AbstractCore Banking System (CBS) is banking application system implementation to improve service customers, but whether the bank knew that CBS was categorized applied successfully or not.The purpose of theseresearch are determine the successful implementation of CBS using models DeLone and Mclean IS Success consisting of six variables are system quality , information quality, usage , user satisfaction , individual impact , and impact organizations. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas konsep ilmu gamifikasi dalam studi literatur. Konsep yang dibahas meliputi konsep dasar gamifikasi berdasarkan pendapat para peneliti dan disajikan grafik kecenderungan penerapan gamifikasi dalam beberapa bidang selama periode tahun 2015 -2019. Empat model gamifikasi juga diuraikan dengan menjelaskan konsep dasar, cara kerja, dan model yang terbaik saat ini berdasarkan literatur yang diulas dalam artikel ini. Beberapa elemen gamifikasi dijelaskan dalam dua kategori berdasarkan studi literatur yang terlibat. Peneliti menemukan bahwa Game dan Gamifikasi memiliki definisi yang berbeda sehingga dapat menjadi salah satu referensi bagi penelitian bidang gamifikasi, serta ditemukan bahwa penelitian gamifikasi masa dengan telah diuraikan sebagai informasi untuk pengembangan gamifikasi yang dapat juga dikombinasikan dengan berbagai bidang untuk menghasilkan solusi yang ditargetkan yaitu meningkatkan retensi pengguna.

Abstract

The development of IT in over time was very important for every circle, from individual person until for organization. Furthermore, to make the function of IT more optimalized in education system, the writer did the research about the using of raport online application base on website which was responsive with gadget to make easily the students and the foster parents monitored the students score without came into the school. Beside that, the teacher and the employee’s school will be help on collected the students score without used of computer or laptop. There were two research question to be investigated on this study, how is the system design of the raport online base on website which used on SMPN 2 Tanjunganom? Then, how is the result of the raport online base on website in SMPN 2 Tanjunganom?. This study used of application with built on MVC ASP.NET method (Visual Studio 2014), C#, Sql Server 2014 and with free hosting. In the collecting the data, the writer used of observation and interview techniques. The result of this study showed that the using of raport online application in SMPN 2 Tanjunganom which was used C# method MVC ASP.NET can be concluded that the application was efficient because the application was facilitate for the teacher and employee’s school on collecting the students score. Beside that, the students and the foster parents can be easily to use the application to monitored the result of students score. The writer suggested to the school’s side to more optimalized the IT facility in the school, this condition was very important to confronted the globalisation era with the technology do evolve over time.
