Abstract

Market anomaly can be describe as a technique or strategy that appear to contradict efficient market. Some reaserch about this phenomena in Indonesia Stock Exchange have defferent result. The purpose of this research is to examine the appereance daily market anomaly that are the day of the week effect, week four effect, and rogalsky effect toward stock return in Indonesia Stock Exchange January-desember 2012 period Sampel of this research is selected by using purposive sampling technique. This research samples are 35 active stocks wich is listing in LQ-45 index in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Type of data which is used is secondary data that are open and closing daily stock price during Januari-Desember 2012. The statistic methods which are used to test hypotheses are Kruskall-Wallis test, Wilcoxon right side test, and Wilcoxon left side test. The result show that the day of the week effect and week four effect exist in Indonesia Stock Exchange, but rogalsky effect doesn’t exist in Indonesia Stock Exchange during Januari-Desember 2012. Abstract

A company sets earning policy to manage its earning which allocated to two components  namely  dividend  and  retained  earning.  Dividend  is  a  part of earning available for stockholders. Retained earning is a part of earning retained to  be  reinvested  for  growing  the  company.  The  purpose  of  this  research  is  to understand  the  way  financial  leverage,  investment,  liquidity,  and  profitability influence the company’s dividend policy. This  is an explanatory  research, using 19 manufacturing  companies  listed  in  Indonesian Stock Exchange  from 2008 up to 2010 as samples. Type of data  that  is used  in  this research  is panel data and quantitative  data  from  secondary  source.  This  research  uses  double  linear regression analysis by SPSS  test considering  the classic assumption  test, namely normality, multicollinearity,  heterocedastity,  and  autocorelation,  continued with hypothesis  test,  namely  F  test  and  t  test.  Result  shows  that  financial  leverage, investment,  liquidity,  and  profitability  don’t  give  significant  impact  on  dividend policy simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

Abstract: Investing in a listed company, investors need a solution to decide whether a company have a good performance or not. This research aimed to analyze the effect of firm size, firm age, current ratio, debt to equity ratio and fixed asset to total asset ratio to financial performance of manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research used quantitative approach by implementing multiple regression analysis. This research population is all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2007-2011. There are 58 companies in 5 years period that had been choosen from a sensus method to become the sample. The result shows that firm size, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and fixed asset to total asset ratio are affecting the financial performance of manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. While firm age is not affecting the financial performance of manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The result of this research can become a consideration for company managers in making a decision to improve the financial performance of a company and make a lead to create an effective way of financial system. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to understand and explore the political marketing strategy of SAMATAU's campaign team in winning the political competition at the local level. Using a single Holistic interpretative case study (Robert K Yin, 2011), on the campaign team of Samahuddin - La Ntau, in this case as, the incumbent challenger as well as the winner of the Regent Election in 2017. The results of the study show that although the Samahuddin-La Ntau couple was categorized as a newcomer to the political competition, the campaign team of SAMATAU had several conditions and strategies in winning the competition including surveying and grouping voters, understand the characteristics and nature of voters, target actions, political image formations (framing), and also implementation of political programs that include political products, political campaigns, political venues, and political capital. In order to control the political programs that have been designed by the contestant, then the SAMATAU team conducts scheduled and unscheduled monitoring and evaluation. The implication of this study is that political marketing strategies give information to politicians, where this strategy is a systematic approach to help competitors in winning political competition.

Abstract

This study analyzes both of directly effects between NPL on ROA and indirectly effect through CAR and BOPO. As an explanatory study, research framework developed by testing the mediation effect of CAR and BOPO in order to increasing the effect of NPL to ROA. Subjects of this study were all the private bank listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Based on population criteria stated previously the total population was 25 companies. The sampling technique used in this research was census method with total unit data 125 in five year period. By using path analysis with software SPSS 23 version, findings revealed that NPL have no significant effect on both of CAR and ROA. Thus, NPL have negative significant effect on BOPO. Otherwise, CAR and BOPO have positive significant effect to ROA. In testing the mediating effect, BOPO fully mediating in the effect of NPL on ROA, in contrary CAR was not. Abstract

This study discusses the success factors in running a woven handicraft business experienced and immediately felt by several ikat craftsmen in one group of Bia Berek weaving in the city of Atambua, Belu Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. This is to direct the informant to answer all the success factors that have occurred and let the qualitative research model be used as a method in this research. The research used semi-structured interviews, and the informant reveals as widely as possible the informant regarding other factors that are also the key to success in running a business. These success factors include the proper management of current assets (supplies of woven fabrics) and fixed assets (weaving equipment and equipment and business premises), the ability to manage business turnover, cash flow management, the ability to process all business costs in the cost structure, management of revenue on weaving business, having personal savings and investing in non-bank financial services, increasing the marketing of woven fabrics, using technology for business innovation in the digital world, prioritizing the quality of woven fabrics produced, utilizing culture and tradition as business opportunities and potential, building profitable cooperation with local government of Belu Regency. The twelve factors that have been classified into financial and non-financial factors are constructed in a new model design that can be used as learning materials for micro, small and medium enterprises in improving their business by taking into account all the success factors that occur in their business.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors that develop market segmentation of Power Rental Equipment, as well as to reveal the profile of the segment formed by the segmentation process. This type of research is survey, which combines exploratory and descriptive research, with a purposive sampling method. The object of the research is the business customers of PT. Sumberdaya Sewatama Jakarta, with a purposive sample for a total of 48 respondents. This research using a Cluster Analysis methods.. Results of research showed the factors that necessitated priority in shaping the Market Segmentation of power rental equipment such as: delivery, quality, service, price and range. The study also profiled three segments as follows : First Time Prospect, Novices, Sophisticates on which to base further development of empirical research. The uniqueness of this study is the first market segmentation study on power rental equipment industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan kinerja keuangan PT. Mitra Adi Perkasa Tbk sebelum dan sesudah akuisisi. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan yang siginifikan pada variabel sebelum dan sesudah akuisisi. Variabel yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan tersebut terdiri dari rasio likuiditas (CR dan QR), rasio leverage (Solvabilitas, DER, dan DAR), rasio aktivitas (ITO, FATO, TATO), rasio profitabilitas (NPM, ROE dan ROA dan rasio nilai pasar (EPS dan PER). Obyek penelitian yaitu PT Mitra Adi Perkasa Tbk periode tahun 2007-2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang mendeskripsikan keadaan kinerja keuangan PT Mitra Adi Perkasa Tbk antara sebelum dan sesudah akuisisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non kausalatif komparatif karena mempelajari perbandingan beberapa variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan teknis analisis deskriptif dan uji statistik (paired sample t-test) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  kinerja keuangan perusahaan sesudah aktivitas akuisisi mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan namun juga mengalami penurunan dibandingkan sebelum akuisisi. Hal ini terlihat pada rasio DER, DAR, ITO, TATO, FATO, NPM, ROI, ROE, EPS dan PER menunjukkan peningkatan sesudah akuisisi. Sedangkan rasio CR, QR, dan solvabilitas menunjukkan penurunan sesudah akuisisi dibanding sebelum akuisisi. Hasil uji signifikan menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada semua rasio sebelum dan sesudah akuisisi.   Kata kunci : kinerja keuangan, akuisisi, rasio likuiditas, leverage, aktivitas, profitabilitas,  nilai pasar

Abstract

This research investigates the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure and firm financial performance of stock return by analyzed the performance on the companies that have made the disclosure of corporate social responsibility and corporate performance reports disclose in its annual report. The research was conducted at the companies that listed in the LQ45 Index of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data that was analyzed is an quantitative data in the form of time series in 2008-2010. Those quantitative data in the form was such as calculation of stock return, calculation of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRDi), as well as the firm’s financial performance (NPM, ROA, EPS, PER). Data analysis using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and statistical tests. There are findings in this study that the effect of the simultaneous of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure as measured by the Index of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure and Firm Financial Performance is measured by the NPM, ROA, EPS and PER have a positive influence on stock returns of listed companies in the LQ45 index IDX. The following variables in partially test, Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, Return On Asetss (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS) have a positive effect on stock prices of listed companies in the LQ45 index IDX. Abstract

Latar  belakang  dalam  penelitian  adalah  stabilnya  perekonomian  Indonesia disaat perekonomian dunia sedang tidak stabil. Perekonomian Indonesia tidak terlalu berdampak oleh fenomena tersebut karena mengandalkan ekonomi rumah tangga. Stabilnya perekonomian Indonesia menyebabkan banyaknya investor yang ingin menanamkan sahamnya pada perusahaan di Indonesia. Saham yang paling diminati di Bursa Efek Indonesia adalah saham perusahaan mining, karena memberikan return yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Asset, Earning Price Ratio,dan Price Earning Ratio terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan Mining yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini digunakan uji F dan uji  t.  Jenis  penelitian  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  explanatory research (penelitian penjelasan) yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausal sebab akibat antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesa. Data dikumpulkan melalui  analisis  laporan  keuangan  tahunan  perusahaaan  mining yang  terdapat  di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan mining. Berdasarkan  hasil  dari  penelitian  dan  pembahasan  terhadap  data  yang  ada, diperoleh temuan bahwa variabel earning per share (X2), dan price earning ratio (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel harga saham di perusahaan mining. Artinya kedua variabel tersebut merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap harga saham di perusahaan mining. Variabel return on asset (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel harga saham di perusahaan mining. Artinya variabel tersebut merupakan beberapa faktor  yang belum cukup bukti untuk berpangaruh terhadap harga saham secara signifikan.   Kata Kunci: Return On Asset, Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Harga Saham
