Abstract

The traditional market is a trading entity that supports the Indonesian economy to absorb labor force of 12.5 million spread over 13,450 traders traditional markets. But in the traditional market development driven by the modern market presence is indicated by the decline in the trade share of 2% per year (AC Nielsen, 2011). Policies that have not yet noticed the problem in the traditional markets, namely the long supply chain system and undergo several stages of transfer of ownership. The transfer of ownership will lead to inefficiency of distribution channels, resulting in the increase in distribution costs and the selling price of goods. Commodities white crystal sugar is one of the staples which directly influence the dynamics of price inflation. The impact of supply shortages and inefficient distribution networks creates white sugar white sugar price volatility in the country. The purpose of this research to develop a supply chain network model of traditional markets for commodities white sugar with a case study of West Java. Thesolution model using Integer Linear Programming (ILP) with the help of software Lingo 9.0 version. From the test results the model developed total logistics costs proposed model is Rp. 160.403.940.760,  - per year. With the decision to open 9 (nine) distributor, three (3) sub-distributor and seven (7) wholesale. The results of the proposed model lowers the cost of 31% of the existing condition of the distribution network of traditional market after the increase in warehouse capacity by 11%. Meanwhile, when compared with the modern market distribution network which has a total cost of logistics Rp.160.804.298.500,-  per year. So the total cost of the proposed lower logistic models.

Abstract

The E-commerce market in Indonesia has grown significantly in the last couple of years and proved by the emerging of key players in the e-commerce field. This phenomenon affects the improvement of the logistic sector which is one of the backbones of E-Commerce. According to the data, logistic sectors contribute 24% to Indonesia’s gross domestic product (GDP) and 25% to logistic business income which is acquired from delivery services of E-Commerce goods (PwC, 2019). On the other hand, Indonesia is an archipelago country consisting of 17.500 islands with a width of 1.905-million kilometers square. With the geographical condition of Indonesia, it becomes a challenge for E-Commerce logistic industry practitioners. To overcome these problems, corporations should take actions such as system improvement and also collaboration to decrease distribution facility establishment cost, transportation facility establishment, cost-saving seen from distribution distances, total manpower, and lastly is improvement and maintenance system in each logistic corporation. To ensure success in collaboration, corporations should show commitment to the customers by giving the best and cheapest services in order to guarantee the success of the collaboration. Other things which can be done to achieve the success are by showing collaboration commitment to other E-Commerce logistic service providers by showing the willingness to share information and data about each other and lastly, the existence of collaborator whose or which responsible for connecting both parties, whether it is third party or information collaborating system.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Hitachi Power Systems Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to determine the results of data analysis of the effect of Product Quality on Vendor Selection at PT. Hitachi Power Systems Indonesia by distributing questionnaires of 40 respondents. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive research method. The analysis results show the value of t-count> t-table (5.478> 1.685). This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, or there is an influence between Product Quality and Vendor Selection. And from the results of calculations using SPSS version 20, the coefficient of determination (R2) shows the value of R Square = 0.441.This means that the Product Quality variable (X) can explain or explain the Vendor Selection (Y) of 44.1%, the remaining 55.9% ( from the calculation of 100% -44.1%) influenced by other variables not included in the model or equation in this study.The analysis results show the value of t-count> t-table (5.478> 1.685). Abstract

One of the main issues in the city of Cirebon is the problem of waste management. The City of Cirebon's Environmental Service is tasked with managing waste from Households and Industries to the Garbage Collection Site (TPS) to the Final Disposal Site (TPA). The business process of transporting waste from TPS to TPA still often experiences obstacles, one of which is the delay in transportation from TPS to TPA because it does not pay attention to the connectivity of waste flow and information flow as a single entity that forms a waste logistics network. The purpose of this study is to propose the design of waste logistics policy through improving the waste logistics business process. The research method applied by using the fishbone diagram and five whys analysis methods sourced from interviews, and field observations in finding the fundamental problems of each business process. The basic problem based on the results of the analysis is the accumulation of waste at the TPS. With the results of observations it will be designed improvements with streamlining tools analysis tools on Business Process Improvement (BPI) in presenting business process recommendations. Based on business process recommendations, then run a simulation to see performance improvements for each business process, with an increase in the performance of garbage delivery trucks from TPS to TPA by 34.31% so as to reduce the accumulation of waste in TPS.

Abstract

Dunia saat ini sedang menuju era digitalisasi dan otomasi. Hal ini menjadi kunci utama dalam strategi persaingan bisnis, tidak terkecuali di sektor logistik. Salah satu elemen yang digunakan dalam digitalisasi dan otomasi adalah penggunaan data untuk pengambilan keputusan organisasi. Teknologi Big Data dan Blockchain saat ini mulai dipergunakan oleh berbagai sektor bisnis dalam meningkatkan kemampuan usaha suatu organisasi dengan menciptakan proses bisnis yang efisien. Tentunya hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap model bisnis yang baru yaitu transformasi baru yang fit terhadap perkembangan dunia bisnis. Dalam menganalisis perubahan baik secara internal dan ekternal digambarkan dengan business model canvas (BMC). Analisis SWOT terhadap perubahan model bisnis diperlukan untuk mengelaborasi perubahan proses bisnis yang baru. Berdasarkan analisa didapatkan hasil bahwa; pertama, kemajuan teknologi saat ini khususnya Big Data dan Blockhain akan terus mendistrupsi bisnis untuk meningkatkan kinerja yang optimal. Kedua, penerapan Big Data dan Blockchain memperlihatkan bahwa terjadi perubahan baik secara internal maupun ekternal terkait dengan relasi intra dan antar organisasi. Ketiga, analisis SWOT dapat mengelaborasi keunggulan teknologi Big Data dan Blockchain dalam sektor bisnis khusunya di bidang logistik.

Abstract

Indonesia's non-migas industries will play a key role in improving economic impact for the country, as it is consistent with the gross domestic product (wb) of non-migas industries. In the meantime, there are some negative effects that are mitigated, one of which is to the environment, in which a company must be required to increase its corporate performance in order to keep up with the competition and still look at the impact of the environment. As for the method of supply chain management using scor approach methods. Because beyond getting a knowledge of the company's performance from the intermal process, measuring performance using company scor methods has also been able to recognize the company's environmental performance, it can also increase attention to a wide range of negaific impacts that would affect the life cycles of the company's xyz corporation, a packaged alcohol corporation that already has food and environmental security standards, Yet this company has never been able to consolidate green supphy chain management. The company's repairs on this study have yet to be determined by researchers measuring the kincing of the supply chain using scor method approaches, which, in turn, have been supported by ahp sound and value in standardization by snorm DE Boer to get more accurate results. From the calculations presented at trafic light, the company's performance of 89 31 means that the company's performance is good but there are 4 kpi units of 21 PI that fall in the red category which means that all four must be made in the red category With the cooperation of both verbal and non-verbal partners, socializing with their employees can also replace energy-efficient sensors. And exercised regular control over the raw materials and the correct scheduling flow of information and material flow.
