Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan efisiensi atas pelaksanaan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja negara (APBN)pada laporan keuangan Direktorat Jenderal Pengawasan Sumber Daya Kelautan dan Perikanan berdasarkan pagu anggaran dan realisasi anggaran periode TA. 2017 – TA. 2020. Data alokasi anggaran pada Direktorat Jenderal Pengawasan Sumber Daya Kelautan dan Perikanan periode TA. 2017 – TA. 2020 berdasarkan data OMSPAN Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia adalah menurun dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 5,29%. Untuk tingkat efektivitas penyerapan anggaran periode TA. 2017 – TA. 2020 adalah pada kriteria efektif yaitu sebesar 81,87 % pada kriteria efektif dan efisiensi atas pelaksanaan kegiatan cukup efisien dengan rata-rata rasio efisiensi untuk TA. 2017-TA. 2020 sebesar 88,97%, sehingga efektivitas dan efisiensi pelaksanaan kegiatan harus terus ditingkatkan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the main issues in any news on the internet related to the challenges of Islamic Religious Higher Education. Online News is obtained using the Google Indonesia search engine using the keyword "PTKI Challenge". In this study, 22 most popular news items were analyzed related to these keywords. All the news is then coded to find the main topic contained in the news using NVivo version 12 software. The results of the main topic analysis show that the PTKI Challenge according to various news quotes has revealed many things with 58 references obtained by researchers from 22 online news. The 58 references are divided into twenty main topics. Of the 20 main topics mentioned above, the most highlighted challenge was "the curriculum does not fit the needs" which were quoted from 8 references. Next, the most cited challenge for PTKI is the “Pandemic” which throughout 2020 is currently hitting Indonesia with 6 references. Furthermore, the challenge for PTKI that was highlighted the most was Institutional Strengthening, totaling 6 citations. And also widely quoted is the acquisition of skills and knowledge in PTKI which is a challenge with as many as 6 references.

Abstract

Pekon Labuhan Mandi on the West Coast, many store the potential of medicinal plants that can be utilized. So that Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai University implements a community service program through a mentoring method that will be organized by the Faculty of Economics, Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai University with the target of KSU munyai mekhawan Labuhan Mandi members and the Mandi Labuhan community who contribute to the manufacture of herbal medicine, especially the women's business group processing herbs. (Spice) in the form of training activities. From the results of these activities, it can be concluded that the implementation of this training received a positive and enthusiastic response from the KSU Muway Mekhawan member group because of the increased knowledge possessed by the usah group, and the hassle to be developed and become additional household income. Based on the activities that have been done, Pengabdi hopes that there will be other community service programs that can increase community income through household businesses.

Abstract

Kupang raya village is a sub-district located in the sub-district of Teluk Betung Utara, Bandar Lampung City. Kupang Raya Village is only 1 KM from the city center of Bandar Lampung, causing most of the population in Kupang Raya to work as entrepreneurs. The majority of businesses run by the community are small and medium enterprises. Most businesses run by community members are still traditional and have not been touched by technology. Sales in the traditional way are indeed decreasing due to pressure from the digital platform sales system. For this reason, MSME business strategy training is needed by introducing MSMEs in Kupang Raya Village with a Digital Platform. The training was carried out employing public lectures and hands-on practice. After the training, participants are expected to be able to apply marketing using a digital marketing platform.

Abstract

Ekosistem lamun memiliki keterkaitan dengan aktivitas ekonomi lokal, hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa kehidupan masyarakat pesisir memiliki ketergantungan terhadap keberadaan padang lamun. Ekosistem lamun menyediakan jasa penyediaan berupa sumberdaya ikan dan biotanya yang memiliki peran penting dalam ketahanan pangan dan kesejahteraan nelayan kecil, khususnya di Perairan Barat, Kabupaten Rote Ndao. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menunjukkan nilai ekonomi yang diberikan oleh jasa ekosistem lamun dalam menyediakan sumberdaya ikan dengan pendekatan effect on production (EOP). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah survey dengan teknik wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan penilaian ekonomi melalui pendekatan pendugaan surplus konsumen (CS) sumberdaya. keberadaan ekosistem lamun di Perairan Barat Kabupaten Rote Ndao telah terbukti dapat memberikan jasa penyediaan berupa sumberdaya ikan dan biota lainnya yang berasosiasi dengan lamun yang dimanfaatkan oleh nelayan dan masyarakat sekitar. Manfaat tersebut dapat dilihat dari perhitungan ekonomi dengan pendekatan Effect on Production (EOP), hasil analisis menyebtukan estimasi nilai ekonomi dari consumen surplus (CS) terhadap ekosistem lamun sebesar Rp. 13.035.481,00/Orang/Tahun dan nilai ekonomi total ekosistem lamun sebesar Rp. 1.381.760.996,00/tahun.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang membutuhkan konektivitas antar pulau lewat pelabuhan. Jambi merupakan salah satu provinsi di Indonesia yang memiliki lokasi strategis di tengah Selat Malaka, namun pelabuhan di Provinsi Jambi belum menjadi pilihan utama para pelaku usaha untuk melakukan proses bongkar muat. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pelaku usaha dalam menentukan pelabuhan bongkar muat di Provinsi Jambi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis partisipatif prospektif. Hasil analisis prospektif menemukan bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam pengambilan keputusan pelaku usaha adalah biaya / tarif, infrastruktur jalan, jarak, dan arus pelayaran jika faktor-faktor tersebut dapat dioptimalkan akan meningkatkan pendapatan nasional dan daerah dari PNBP, pajak dan juga bea keluar / impor, mengurangi pengangguran dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Provinsi Jambi

Abstract

This community service aims to carry out a business assistance program for women's groups at the Munyai Mekhawan Village Savings and Business Cooperative (KSU) in Labuhan Mandi Village, Pesisir Barat Regency, Lampung Province. The community service program is carried out through a mentoring method organized by the Faculty of Economics, Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai University, with the target of KSU Munyai Mekhawan members, Labuhan Mandi Village. The contribution given is in the form of making herbal medicines for women's herbal processing business groups (spices) in the form of packaging and labeling training activities. The results of the service activities showed that the implementation of the training received a positive and high enthusiasm response from the KSU Munyai Mekhawan member group due to the increased knowledge possessed by the business group, which has the potential to be developed and become additional household income. In conclusion, these activities can increase the knowledge possessed by business groups and have the potential to be developed and become additional household income. Based on the activities carried out, the servant hopes that there will be other community service programs that can increase people's revenue through household businesses.
