Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the students’ social literacy in their daily journals at grade four of Al-Fauzien Islamic Elementary School in Indonesia. The ability of social literacy is the capacity of a person to be able to live and contribute to his or her community, which involved intellectual skills, social skills, cooperative skills, and attitudes and values. The student's daily journal is a collection of student writings whose contents expose students' skills in reflecting experiences, findings, critical thinking, connecting ideas, exploring and expressing their knowledge. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with qualitative content analysis techniques. The data of this study are the sentences taken from students 'daily journals, which were then reduced, coded based on students' social literacy aspects that appeared and analyzed, then triangulated. The results of the study revealed the ability of students’ social literacy as follows: intellectual skills 34.1%, social skills 12.6%, cooperation skills 14.7%, and social attitudes and values 38.5%.

Abstract

This research aims to find the influence of the learning model Everyone Is A Teacher Here and Self-Regulated Learning towards of Learning Outcomes ofIndonesiaHistory. The research was conducted at SMAN 8 Tangerang on the academic year 2017/2018. The research method useexperiment, with treatment by level 2X2. The results showed, as a whole, the students who were treated with the Everyone Is A Teacher Here model showed high learning outcomes, when compared to those who were given direct model learning; groups of students who have high self-regulated learning and they receive learning Everyone Is A Teacher Here has a higher learning outcomes in Indonesian history compared to those given direct learning; groups of students who have low Self-Regulated Learning and they receive direct learning, have higher learning outcomes in Indonesian history compared to those studied Everyone Is A Teacher Here; and, ultimately, there is an interaction effect between the learning model and the Self-Regulated Learning of the learning outcomes of Indonesian history.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is based on the formation of the quality of learning through teacher competence in managing the classroom. However, the problem is that the learning outcomes of history are still relatively low because the competence of teachers in applying the method is still monotonous. On the other hand, the VCT learning model can provide creative-critical power, foster positive attitudes, interests, and values in students in learning history. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of the Value Clarification Technique learning model on student learning outcomes of history. The research method used quantitative methods with a quasi-experimental design. The research design used was the Non-Equivalent Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study was all students of grade XI. At the same time, the sampling technique is purposive sampling which is divided into two classes into the experimental group and the control group. The results of this study indicate that the VCT learning model affects student learning outcomes in history learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of problem-based learning models on the achievement of student learning outcomes in History subjects. This research was conducted at Pusaka 1 Jakarta Senior High School. The method used in this research is quantitative quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent control group design model. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS as many as four classes at SMAS Pusaka 1 Jakarta. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling technique to determine one class as an experimental class using a problem-based learning model and another class as a control class using conventional learning models. The results of hypothesis testing using the t test, obtained tcount = 9.25,> from ttable = 1.99. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between problem-based learning models in online learning settings on cognitive learning outcomes of class XI IPS at SMAS Pusaka 1 Jakarta on History Subjects.

Abstract

Learning material books that are used today, especially in elementary schools (SD) are still full text, resulting in the low motivation of students to read them because they are not or not interesting. This study aims to develop thematic comics as learning materials in the 2013 Curriculum with the theme "Events in Life" and sub-theme 1 "Occupation of the Occupation of Nationality" in the fifth-grade elementary school. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method of the Dick and Carey model which consists of 10 stages. The study was conducted in fifth grade students in five elementary schools in Majalengka Regency. These results state that the thematic comic learning materials developed are suitable for use in the learning process in elementary school and show very good responses. The advantage of this thematic comic learning material is that it can integrate various subject matter into a theme that is presented into a story with various character characters in it. This comic learning material has an attraction for students because it is different from ordinary reading books in which it presents visualization of imaginative and colorful images.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has taken various ways to suppress the positive cases of Covid-19, one of which is by issuing new policies, such as establishing health protocols. Even so, there are still many people who are indifferent and ignore the regulations regarding health protocols. The solution offered is to deliver a socializing video about the implementation of health protocols through social media Tiktok and Youtube as trending and easily accessible social media. The approach taken is a qualitative approach using survey methods and questionnaire techniques distributed to 60 (sixty) respondents via google form. The success of this activity can be seen from the positive response from respondents and the increased discipline of respondents in implementing health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. AbstrakBerbagai cara telah dilakukan pemerintah Indonesia untuk menekan lonjakan kasus positif Covid-19, salah satunya dengan mengeluarkan kebijakan-kebijakan baru, sepertimenetapkan protokol kesehatan. Meskipun begitu masih banyak masyarakat yang acuh dan mengabaikan peraturan-peraturan mengenai protokol kesehatan. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan menyampaikan video sosialisasi penerapan protokol kesehatan melalui media sosial Tiktok dan Youtube sebagai media sosial yang sedang trend dan mudah diakses. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei dan teknik kuesioner yang disebar kepada 60 (enam puluh) responden melalui google form. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini dapat dilihat dari adanya respon positif dari responden dan meningkatnya kedisiplinan responden dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan selama pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Artikel ini menjelaskan mengenai penguatan nilai-nilai Pancasila pada remaja melalui kegiatan keagamaan berupa pembentukan kelompok marawis dan pengadaan pengajian rutin bulanan di Kelurahan Cibitung, Bekasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kolaboratif untuk mengetahui permasalahan mitra. Langkah-langkah yang ditempuh dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain: 1) membentuk kelompok marawis bagi remaja;  2) menyelenggarakan pengajian rutin bulanan yang membahas tentang materi akidah, akhlak dan syariah; serta 3) menentukan jadwal kegiatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan meliputi penyuluhan, pembentukan kelompok marawis dan pengajian telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap penguatan nilai-nilai Pancasila.   Kegiatan ini telah menjadi sarana penanaman nilai-nilai agama dan nilai-nilai Pancasila dan berkontribusi dalam menguatkan nilai-nilai Pancasila pada diri remaja dengan mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, seperti meningkatkan aktivitas keagamaan, menghormati orang yang lebih tua, meningkatkan kerjasama dan sikap gotong royong, melakukan musyawarah dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan dan bersikap adil.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students who have learning difficulties but have advantages of spatial visual intelligence which has been proven byquestionnaire multiple intelligence. So the purpose of this study to describe how students learn who have spatial visual intelligence who have learning difficulties. This research was conducted at SDIT Harapan Ummat located at Jalan Ksatrian X sub district of Matraman East Jakarta. researchers conducted a study on one of the students in class IV B Muzdalifah in the period of March to June 2018. The research method used in this research is descriptive method, descriptive method is a method of research that seeks to describe and interpret the object in accordance with what it is. Based on the findings of Learning in children who have spatial visual intelligence at SDIT Harapan Ummat Jakarta using the curriculum 2013 but adapted to the ability and disability of children with attention to the differentiation of each individual. In the implementation of this learning includes several stages: (1) Initial Activities, (2) Core Activities, (3) Final Activity. In this research, it can be concluded that teacher strategy in teaching to students who have learning difficulties that have spatial visual intelligence are Mind Mapp and Movie Learning.

Abstract

Abstrac: This study aims to describe the effectiveness of learning resources in history learning by using documentary films to foster interest in learning history and nationalism of students. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The time for this study began from March to July 2018. At SMAN 61 Jakarta and SMAN 103 Jakarta. Data collection techniques by observation, interviewing informants were students who took history learning with the documentary film media and key informants, subject teachers who used the Opinion expert documentary. This study describes some of the findings and discussion of the research, namely what the teacher's goal is to use the documentary, how students' interest in learning after watching the film and the film can foster student nationalism. The goal of the teacher to use documentary films as a medium is to help students make it easier to absorb the lessons that teachers convey. In terms of interest, students are more interested in learning history and learning independently. The film effectively fosters student nationalism. students better understand the meaning of Indonesian nationalism after doing the learning. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas sumber belajar pembelajaran sejarah dengan menggunakan film dokumenter untuk memupuk minat belajar sejarah dan nasionalisme siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitati. Waktu penelitian ini dimulai dari maret sampai juli 2018. Di SMAN 61 Jakarta dan SMAN 103 Jakarta. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara informan yaitu siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran sejarah dengan media film dokumenter tersebut dan key informan, guru mata pelajaran yang menggunakan film dokumenter expert Opinion. Penelitian ini menjabarkan beberapa temuan dan pembahasan penelitian yaitu apa tujuan guru menggunakan film dokumenter tersebut, bagaimana minat belajar siswa setelah menonton film tersebut serta filmtersebut dapat memupuk nasionalisme siswa. tujuan guru menggunakan film dokumenter sebagai media adalah untuk membantu siswa agar lebih mudah untuk menyerap pelajaran yang guru sampaikan. Untuk segi minat, siswa lebih terterik belajar sejarah danbelajar secara mandiri. Film tersebut efektif memupuk nasionalisme siswa. siswa lebih mengerti makna dari nasionalisme Indonesia setelah melakukan pembelajaran tersebut.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses how a teacher's ability PPKn in Jakarta conducting assessment of learning after the enactment of curriculum 2013. Assessment of learning may include learning to competence assessment attitudes, knowledge, and skills. The results showed that the ability of teachers PPKn in conducting assessment of learning is: The average score of assessment by teachers PPKn in Jakarta which is used as target schools on the competence of attitude is 87. The competence of knowledge is 100, and the skill competency is 92. Score is categorized as excellent (76-100). In other words, the ability of teachers PPKn in conducting assessment of learning (competence attitudes, knowledge, and skills) in Jakarta which is used as target schools categorized as excellent, Keywords: Education, teachers, civics education, learning assessment.
