Abstract

This study aims to develop a valid student worksheet based on MIKiR on the theme of always saving energy in grade IV elementary school. The research uses the method of research and development model of the development of Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) which will produce student worksheets. This research is the 3rd stage of the development model used, namely: the stages of development. The data in this study are ways to develop valid student worksheets. Data were collected through a validation questionnaire and analyzed with descriptive quantitative. The results obtained show that the students 'worksheets that are developed are in the valid category with a score of 60. The conclusion of this research and development is that through the development procedure of the ADDIE development model, the researcher is able to produce students' worksheets based on thinking on the theme of always saving energy class IV valid primary school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of holidays while studying from home due to the covid 19 pandemic on the psychology of elementary school children. This research was conducted at Hello Kurnia Housing, Sungai Duren Village, Jambi Luar Kota. This research uses a qualitative approach. The type of research in this study is phenomenology with 15 research subjects. this research data is obtained by direct observation an in-depth interviews. The data will be analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with three steps of analysis, data reduction, display data, and a conclusion. The result of the study show that due to the ongoing covid 19 pandemic, school has become a long holiday and this causes psychological problems for children. children become lazy to study independently at home because they feel lonely, because usually when they are at school children can study together with their teacher and friends. the pandemic causes children to study independenly in their own homes. children become stressed easily. Children often change their feelings depending on the state of their own hearts. Based on the result of this study, it is suggested that paerent in the Hello Kurnia Housing, Sungai Duren Village, Jambi Luar Kota, must be more patient with their children at home during long holidays, so that the child’s psycology is not distrubed. Encourage children to play and are invited to regularly study at home to generate enthusiasm in children. This is so that children remain enthuasiastic about learning in the midst of the covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs of developing BBM3 learning models (Thinking, Planning, Implementing, Monitoring, Evaluating) to improve student metacognition. The research is conduct by survey method in the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD), Teacher Training and Education Faculty (FKIP), Jambi University. The research subjects were 115 3rd semester students and 4 PGSD lecturers. The objects studied were curriculum analysis of PGSD FKIP UNJA, students' metacognition abilities, the learning process that has been applied so far especially in improving student metacognition, and lecturers' and students' responses to the development of BBM3 learning models. The research instruments used to obtain data were questionnaires and tests. Data obtained from these instruments were analyzed descriptively. The analysis results obtained are the PGSD FKIP curriculum in UNJA demanding students think about thinking, known as metacognition, not all lecturers invite students to monitor and evaluate learning continuously. The class average of the students' metacognition ability tests was in the poor category with a score of 32.87. The learning process so far has focused on improving teaching skills in elementary schools, activeness, and student character, not all lecturers have explored metacognition abilities, with the category sometimes. Lecturers interested in the BBM3 learning model with the category of strongly agree. The conclusion of this research is the need for the development of BBM3 learning is very high, so this learning model needs to be developed.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning pada mata pelajaran sains di kelas V SD Negeri 187/I Teratai, serta untuk mengetahui peningkatan Karakteristik saintifik siswa kelas V SD Negeri 187/I Teratai. Jenis penelitian yaitu peneltitan tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi. Siklus pertama dengan menggunakan model problem based learning rata-rata hanya mencapai 29% dan untuk karakteristik saintifik yang dilakukan hanya mencapai 30% dengan hasil tersebut masih dinyatakan rendah. Pada siklus II dengan menggunakan model problem based learning rata-rata mencapai 57% dan untuk karakteristik saintifik yang dilakukan mencapai 50% dengan hasil ini peningkatan pada siklus II sudah nampak perubahan dari hasil siklus I. Pada siklus III dengan menggunakan model problem based learning rata-rata telah mencapai 94% dan untuk karakteristik saintifik yang dilakukan telah mencapai 92%. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran sains untuk meningkatkan karakteristik saintifik kelas V SD Negeri 187/I Teratai telah berhasil.

Abstract

Abstrak. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar sains siswa kelas IV SDN 28/I Malapari Kecamatan Muara Bulian. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sementara teknik analisa data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik trianggulasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang strategi guru dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar sains siswa kelas IV SDN 28/I Malapari Kecamatan Muara Bulian adalah dengan memancing daya ingat dan kesiapan siswa, mengajak siswa bersama-sama mengamati obyek belajar, mencatat hasil pengamatan dan mendiskusikan hasil catatan siswa. Menyediakan waktu bagi siswa untuk bertanya dan memberi kesempatan kepada siswa lain menjawab pertanyaan tersebut. Menggunakan media pembelajaran nyata dalam bentuk utuh yang disesuaikan dengan topik pembahasan, berinteraksi dan memberikan perhatian pada siswa dalam pembelajaran. Menggunakan waktu secara efektif sejak membuka pelajaran, memulai dan mengawasi pembelajaran, hingga mengakhiri pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : strategi guru, minat belajar sains

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA menggunakan model pembelajaran kontekstual di kelas IV SDN No.187/1 teratai. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus, data yang diambil berupa data observasi melalui lembar kemandirian belajar siswa. penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 4 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan model pembelajran kontekstual dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar ssiwa pada mata pelajaran IPA. Berdasarkan lembar observasi kemandirian belajar siswa pada awal sebelum diberi tindakan kemandirian belajar siswa hanya 47,05% dan setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I terlihat peningkatan kemandirian belajar siswa menjadi 64,70%, kemudian pada siklus ii meningkat lagi menjadi 82,35%. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa di kelas IV SDN No.187/1 teratai yang diharapkan kemandirian belajar siswa lebih tinggi, siswa dapat menyelesaikan tugasnya tanpa melihat hasil teman sejawatnya, siswa bisa lebih mudah memahami materi pelajaran dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual, dan diupayakan kedepannya pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran kontekstual dapat di terapkan dengan penerapan media berbasis teknologi untuk memaksimalkan hasil belajar siswa. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in student learning outcomes by using the observation method and the method of discussion on the subject of the concept of the properties of liquid objects in class V of the Estuary 34 / I Muara Bulian SDN. The results of the study and discussion can be concluded that there are differences in student learning outcomes in learning using observation methods and discussion methods on the material properties of liquid class V semester 2 of 34 / I Lotus Elementary School 2014/2015 Academic Year. The results of student evaluation showed that the use of the observation learning method was better than using the discussion method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan cara guru Mendalami Nilai-nilai karakter siswa kelas 1 sekolah dasar.Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas 1 SDN 111/1 Muara Bulian,penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 03 November sampai pada tanggal 03 Desember. Pada penelitian ini data yang diperoleh melalui data observasi,data wawancara dan data dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul,maka selanjutnya data dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori tekni model milles dan huberman,yang terdiri dari Data reduction (Reduksi Data), Data display (Penyajian Data) dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah cara guru mendalami Nilai-nilai karakter siswa kelas 1 sekolah dasar. Cara guru mendalami nilai karakter relegius yaitu yang pertama melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran dimana awal melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran membaca do’a terlebih dahulu agar guru mampu mendalami karakter anak yang merupakan suatu karakter yang relegius, adapun indikator dari karakter relegius yaitu menjalankan perintah tuhan (berdo’a,bersyukur),dan cara guru mendalami,terdapat siswa yang tidak melaksanakan do’a sebelum melaksanakan pembelajaran,guru memberikan sebuah pujian yang membanggakan diri anak,guna mendalami karakter anak. Mandiri,guru mendekati anak guna mendalami karakter anak tersebut,dan juga mendalami dengan cara memberikan sebuah perlombaan kepada anak agar mampu menumbuhkan karakter mandiri mampu untuk mengerjakan sendiri tugas yang diberi tanpa bergantung kepada orang lain. Tanggung jawab dengan melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran guru menyuruh siswa untuk menghafalkan salah satu yang bersangkutan dengan pembelajaran yaitu menghafalkan bunyi-bunyi pancasila, mendalami karakter anak yang tidak mempunyai rasa tanggung jawab yaitu dengan cara menyuruh siswa untuk membaca dengan bersama,dan membuat sebuah perlombaan siapa yang hafal dengan bunyi pancasila maka ibu akan memberikan nilai 100.

Abstract

During the pandemic, learning is done from home. Learning from home is constrained by activity, participation, and monitoring of student activities during learning. This is the basis for teachers to innovate in learning. The use of applications or learning platforms can help teachers in delivering material and increasing student activity. One of the learning platforms that can be used is Edmodo. Teachers at SD Muhammadyah Singkut are not familiar with Edmodo. Training is needed so that teachers can use Edmodo smoothly. The main purpose of the PPM activity at the Muhammadyah Singkut Elementary School is to provide the latest knowledge regarding the use of new Edmodo as an online class during the pandemic. Specifically, the training objectives are 1. To provide information on the use of new Edmodo features to create active learning through Edmodo online classes. 2. Provide learning design knowledge through new edmodo. 3 Provide knowledge on applying online learning through new edmodo. The training is accompanied by mentoring and evaluation activities. The target is the Muhammadyah Singkut Elementary School teachers will transfer the knowledge gained during the training to teachers in the Teacher Working Group (KKG). The method used in this training is carried out in six stages, namely expository, question and answer, analyzing learning videos, practice of designing online-based active learning, presentations by simulating learning and reflection. The activity steps are carried out systematically. The training plan begins with the activity of providing information about active learning online. What strategies can be applied in learning and what applications can be used in learning. The second step involves questions and answers conducted in small groups. The third step is to analyze the learning video, this activity provides an opportunity for the teacher to see the active learning carried out by the model. When analyzing the teacher was asked to note the good and bad things in learning. The fourth step is to design active online-based learning in small groups and provide assistance. The fifth step is to present the draft prepared. Other participants are directed to be students and observers. This method ends with reflection, where the reflection activity is an activity to see the abilities and skills of the teachers after the training is complete. This activity is also an evaluation of the implementation of PPM. The training will produce an online active learning planning product that is prepared by the teacher during PPM activities. This community service has resulted in an increased understanding of teachers in integrating online learning through Edmodo. The online learning design through the Edmodo application was developed by the teacher during the training. New understanding of teachers in learning through Edmodo. The results of the questionnaire showed 87% of teachers' understanding to be applied in learning.
