Abstract

This study explains the performance of election organizers in implementing the 2020 regional election during the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This study's data comes from important scientific journal papers and reliable Indonesian mainstream media news sources like tempo.com, kompas.com, lokadata.id, Republika.co.id, tribunnews.com, and CNN Indonesia. The study's findings suggest that election organizers have no plans to postpone the simultaneous regional head elections scheduled for December 9, 2020, for the simple reason of ensuring the people's constitutional right to be elected and vote. It is impossible to predict when the COVID-19 pandemic will stop. The government does not want task executors to lead the areas. During the simultaneous regional elections on December 9, 2020, misinformation and coordination errors occurred between the government and the Election Supervisory Body, and the task force for the acceleration of handling COVID-19.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the governance of collaboration between local government, village government, the private sector and the community in the management of Posong Temanggung natural attractions. Lack of mutual trust and commitment is a prominent issue. After going through qualitative research using descriptive techniques, it can be seen that collaboration that has been built among stakeholders is still embryonal; there is no formal collaboration tied to the memorandum of understanding. From the research conducted, it was found that there was an intensive dialogue between stakeholders, mutual trust between stakeholders, a high level of commitment, and a reasonably even sharing of understanding. But, four things that have not been created a formal relationship, so there needs to be a process of transformation towards partnership and sustainability in a formal bond.This study recommends that the government be the main actor in building collaboration with the public and private sectors. The government must provide space for them to contribute in making the tourism village of Posong.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tata kelola kolaborasi antara pemerintah daerah, pemerintah desa, swasta dan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan obyek wisata alam Posong Temanggung. Hal ini dikarenakan permasalahan kolaborasi diantara stakeholder tersebut terdapat berbagai kendala. Kurangnya kepercayaan dan komitmen bersama menjadi permasalahan yang mengemuka. Setelah melalui penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif dapat diketahui bahwa kolaborasi yang terbangun diantara stakeholder masih bersifat embrional, belum ada kerjasama formal yang diikat dengan nota kesepahaman. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh temuan bahwa sudah ada dialog yang intensif diantara stakeholder, saling percaya diantara pemangku kepentingan, komitmen yang sudah tinggi, dan terdapat berbagi pemahaman yang cukup merata. Namun dari keempat hal tersebut belum tercipta hubungan yang bersifat formal, sehingga perlu ada proses transformasi menuju kemitraan dan berkelanjutan dalam suatu ikatan yang bersifat formal.Rekomendasi dalam penelitian in iadalah pemerintah harus menjadi actor utama dalam membangun kolaborasi dengan masyarakat dan swasta. Pemerintah harus memberikan ruang bagi mereka untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam membangun desa wisata Posong

Abstract

This article examines the dynamics of local post-disaster tourism governance in areas on the foothills of Merapi Volcano in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, which is one of the world’s most intensively active volcanoes. In this research, the author invites the readers to discuss the success achieved in local collaboration through transforming disaster life into a profitable tourism site. They face difficult situations amid government limitations in handling this post-disaster development. Using qualitative descriptive analysis, this study offers a new local-based collaboration model, especially for the post-disaster tourism governance in developing countries. Result of the study showed that local collaboration cannot be achieved in an instant, rather involves a process that is influenced by local wisdom. This article makes positive contribution to public policy literature and is essential for policymakers at the lower level and concerned about local-based development and empowerment

Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk memberi penjelasan tentang kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang memberi manfaat bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam menyelesaikan permasalahannya di era pandemi Covid-19 sekarang ini. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah kurangnya pamahaman dalam melakukan usaha kripik sayuran di era pandemi, kurang peralatan, packing produk yang masih sekedar dibungkus plastik, dan pemasaran yang masih bersifat konvensional. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra UMKM tersebut, solusi yang diajukan ialah peningkatan pemahaman berbisnis di era pandemi dan peningkatan keterampilan dalam melakukan pemasaran. Metode mewujudkan solusi tersebut ditempuh dengan berbagai kegiatan yaitu: 1) memberikan pelatihan dan penjelasan berbisnis di era pandemic, 2) memberikan bantuan peralatan untuk menunjang packing agar lebih menarik, 3) membuat media promosi berbasis digital dan media sosial, dan 4) melakukan pendampingan manajemen agar dapat memasarkan produk lebih ekspansif serta membuat jaringan pemasaran yang lebih luas. Dari berbagai kegiatan tersebut, mitra memperoleh hasil dan manfaat berupa meningkatnya pemahaman dalam berbisnis di era pandemi, tersedianya peralatan yang mendukung proses produksi dan packing, packing yang lebih baik, dan tersusunnya media pemasaran elektronik. Saran yang dapat diberikan kepada mitra adalah agar jangan mudah menyerah dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi serta menerapkan berbagai keterampilan yang telah didapat dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini.

Abstract

The Main Problem In Bumdes Management In Donoharjo Village Is The Lack Of Optimal Management Of The Organization Following The Principles Of Good Organizational Governance. Specifically, Issues In The Management Of Bumdes In Donoharjo Village Include 1) The Absence Of A Standard Reference Or Guideline For Professionally Managing The Jetis Suruh Reservoir; 2) There Is No Clear Organizational Structure; 3) The Lack Of Basic Tasks And Functions For Managers; 4) There Is No Sop To Follow Up On Various Work Programs Related To The Jetis Suruh Dam; 5) The Unavailability Of Human Resources Capable Of Moving Bumdes Organizations That Refer To Good Governance. Abstract

Dukuh Sikepan Ngagrong Village is one of the villages located in Gladagsari District, Boyolali Regency, Central Java Province. Plantations and animal husbandry are the sources of livelihood for the people of Dukuh Sikepan, most of whom work as farmers and breeders. Also, the limited knowledge of residents about animal feed fermentation has made residents only provide feed with ordinary grass, which is only found in the rainy season. So that during the dry season, residents have to buy feed elsewhere at a higher cost. The not yet optimal marketing of agricultural products and development is also an obstacle for Sikepan residents. Thus, it is necessary to have a community service program that is expected to help the people of Sikepan Hamlet reduce the problems they are facing. Through the method of extension, education, and assistance to develop public knowledge to recognize and utilize agricultural knowledge about animal feed fermentation and education about post-harvest online marketing in Sikepan Hamlet, it is necessary to do it. KKN students, assisted by Field Supervisory Lecturers, carry out community service programs that interact with the community. The KKN-PPM program is beneficial for residents in carrying out livestock feed fermentation, providing technical training to enable farmers to do what they need. Besides that, with online marketing training, mothers and adolescents can sell their products smartly.

Abstract

Marketing of souvenir products in the form of snacks for tourism services is important. Without good marketing tourists will not know that souvenirs become an alternative for tourists visiting Yogyakarta. Souvenirs in the form of snacks made from cassava into alternative tourists who visit Yogyakarta other than gudeg, bakpia, geplak and soon. Nowdays, the marketing of souvenir products produced by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) has not been done maximally, just merely dititipkan on certain stalls. The problem has been resolved with the existence of community service programs that have a commitment to fix the marketing of products. By going through the creation of a beautiful cake packaging product design processed products from Mrs. Diah Dharma Astuti and Mrs. Dwi Retnani can attract more buyers. Besides, by giving a sign on the house of both mothers will make it easier for buyers to visit the location. For prospective buyers who from outside the city also menyipakan interesting brochures that contain product specifications and prices. Management assistance activities have also been conducted regu-larly every week. The results of community service activities bring benefits to both MSMEs. Abstract

Kemitraan merupakan terobosan yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten dan PT.Perhutani. mengingat wisata Gunung Galunggung Kabupaten Tasikmalaya adalah tujuan Pemerintah Kabupaten untuk menjadikan wisata dunia, terlebih Gunung Galungung mempunyai rata-rata jumlah pengunjung pertahun paling tinggi di antara obyek wisata lain yang ada di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemitraan Pengelolaan pariwisata dan Dampak dari Kemitraan Dalam Pengelolaan Objek Wisata Gunung Galungung antara Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Tasikmalaya , PT.Perhutani dengan masyarakat. Berdasarkan jenis penelitianya, maka penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan dalam penelitian deskriptif pada penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pengelolaan pariwisata di Obyek Wisata Gunung Galunggung yang di lakukan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten, PT.Perhutani dengan Masyarakat yaitu dengan metode Kemitraan dimana kegiatan pengelolaan pariwisata di Gunung Galunggung yaitu adanya Surat perjanjian melalu M.O.U dan Kontrak Kerja dengan pihak Masyarakat. Kemitraan berjalan bedasarkan kontrak kerja yang sudah di sepakati yang di analisis melaui 3 prinsip yaitu (1) Prinsip Kesetaraan terlihat ketika masing-masing pihak sudah sejajar kedudukannya, sudah memiliki struktur organisasi terlihat ketika alur koordinasi yang sudah dibangun oleh masing-masing pihak (2) Prinsip Azas Manfaat Bersama (mutual benefit) prinsip ini terlihat dengan adanya penyerapan tenaga kerja, dapat membantu mengurangi angka kemiskinan dan pengangguran di desa serta membantu masyarakat guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan.Adapun pembagian hasil pengelolaan pihak Pemerintah Kabupaten dan PT.Perhutani memiliki kesepakatan bagi hasil yaitu 70% dan Mayarakat (Kompepar dan Koparga) sebesar 30% (3) Prinsip Keterbukaan (tranparansi) hal ini sudah dikatakan transparan dimana masing-masing pihak terbuka dalam pengelolaan pariwisata tetapi adanya keluhan dari Pihak Mitra(kompepar) terkait pengelolaan lahan parkir.

Abstract

This article was aimed to explain the implementation of the Tourism Department's strategy in developing halal tourist destinations in West Lombok Regency and analyze the factors that influence the strategy implementation. The government of West Lombok Regency has drawn up a strategic plan to address the complexity of the problems that arise in halal tourism. This research used a qualitative method. Data were collected through documentation, observation, and interview techniques. The results showed the implementation of the strategy has been carried out in the form of activities and programs. The tourism destination has been characterized as halal and supported by regulatory clarity, the Islamic Culture Community in West Lombok Regency, which is also attached to the natural conditions that are very supportive and the support of the enthusiastic tourism awareness group (POKDARWIS). However, there are still obstacles, including the lack of a clear concept of halal tourism in West Lombok Regency, the lack of marketing or promotion of halal tourism, as well as inadequate and halal-certified facilities. So the recommendation that needs to be conveyed by the Government tourism office of West Nusa Tenggara is the need to translate the program into various activities in more detail and must involve stakeholders to help standardize and certify.Keywords: Development Strategy, Halal Tourism, Implementation.

Abstract

Penurunan produksi dan pemasaran dihadapai oleh sebagian besar Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di era pandemi Covid-19. Namun kelompok usaha biasanya lebih tangguh dan fleksibel dalam menghadapi perubahan sekarang ini dibandingkan dengan industri besar. UMKM menjadi penyelamat dalam perekonomian kita karena mampu menopang sebagian hidup masyarakat kecil. Dari hasil survey dan wawancara dengan mitra yang bergerak dalam emping ketela dapat diketahui bahwa mitra juga mempunyai keterbatasan dalam pemahaman berbisnis di era pandemi serta dalam melakukan pemasaran produk. Permasalahan yang bisa diidentifikasi antara lain: 1) kurang semangat dan bergairahnya mitra untuk kembali berbisnis, 2) Packing yang masih kurang baik, dan 3) Pemasaran yang masih bersifat konvensional atau belum berbasis digital. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra tersebut diberikan solusi yang meliputi: 1) pelatihan manajemen usaha di era pandemi, 2) memberikan peralatan untuk menunjang packing agar lebih menarik, 3) membuat media promosi berbasis digital dan media sosial, dan 4) melakukan pendampingan manajemen untuk dapat memasarkan produk lebih ekspansif serta membuat jaringan pemasaran yang lebih luas. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bahwa UMKM kembali bergairah untuk berproduksi dan memasarkan produknya, UMKM mampu untuk melakukan pemasaran dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi, dan UMKM dapat memperluas pangsa pasarnya.
