Abstract

ABSTRACTSmall and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are an important part for the community. Matters relating to the performance of SMEs should be noted by research.Based on the data released by the Koperasi Pembudidayaan Lele Mandiri Cirebon regency addressing SMEs decreased production of catfish annual management throughout the year from April to July 2015 through March to June 2016. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine how improve the performance of the company from the SME management of catfish in the district of CirebonThis research was conducted by analyzing the factors that influence entrepreneurial orientation with variable market orientation and competitive advantage variable as an intervening variable. This study develops a theoretical model based stuctural Equation Model (SEM) were tested using Amos 1.8 as an analytical tool. , Respondents of this study is SMEs Lele Cirebon regency totaling 120 people.The results of this study show that entrepreneurial orientation positive effect on company performance, market orientation positive effect of competitive advantage, superiority positive effect on the company's performance, entrepreneurial orientation does not affect the competitive advantage, market orientation does not affect the performance of the company, due to the very short time researchers distributing questionnaires that many respondents could not be interviewed in depth.

Abstract

Semakin maraknya Bisnis wisata begitu pula tingginya tingkat persaingan bisnis kuliner yang di hadapi pelaku bisnis  Rumah Makan Kawasan Wisata Cisantana Kabupaten Kuningan,yang terdiri dari beberapa rumah makan seperti Santana resto,Bubulak food and view, Rumah makan Pondok Pinus Palutungan, Rumah makan Stwaberry ,pada bulan November tahun 2018 –bulan Agustus 2019. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana meningkatkan Keunggulan bersaing dari usaha rumah makan di Cisantana Kabupaten KuninganPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis Penelitian ini mengembangkan model teoritis berdasarkan Model Persamaan Stuktural (SEM) yang diuji menggunakan Amos 1.8 sebagai alat analisis. , Responden dari penelitian ini adalah pengunjung dan konsumen rumah makan di daerah Cisantan berjumlah 102 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, inovasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran, orientasi pasar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, orientasi pasar tidak berpengaruh keunggulan bersaing, keunggulan bersaing tidak berpengaruh kinerja pemasaran, karena waktu yang sangat singkat, para peneliti membagikan kuesioner sehingga banyak responden yang tidak dapat diwawancarai secara mendalam.

Abstract

The development of the business industry in Indonesia becomes the most potential market share for other countries. Sharia business is now a lifestyle (lifestyle) of a person in this modern era. The demand for halal and Muslim-friendly (moslem friendly) products is increasing. The importance of a halal business ecosystem to ensure goodness and blessings in consuming products for Muslims needs to be prioritized. This research uses descriptive research methods with quantitative methods. The number of business people in Kuningan regency is 55,486 actors. Samples used in the study as many as 400 business people. The results of this study are variables studied, namely Business Legality, Halal Certification and Labelization on products, and Islamic marketing strategy has a positive influence on the realization of the Indonesian Halal Business Ecosystem, one of which is in Kuningan Regency. Abstract

This research was conducted on BliBli E-commerce Site Users in Kuningan Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of price, trust and promotion of buying interest (Survey of BliBli E-commerce Site Users in Kuningan Regency). The population in this study were 100 respondents, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the data collection method used a questionnaire, the data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the test state that : Price perception has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, trust has a positive effect on buying interest, promotion has a positive effect on buying interest.

Abstract

This research aims to examine which variables most influence the demand for money, and look at the stability of money demand, Islamic and conventional, in response to the shocks of other variables. The analysis method used using Vector Autoregression (VAR), if the data used is stationary at the first difference then the VAR model will be combined with the error correction model into the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Impulse response function analysis is also done to see the response of an endogenous variable to the shocks of other variables in the model. The results of this study explained that the shock of the inflation rate responded negatively to the request until the 8th day on sharia demand, while conventionally The shock of the sharia inflation reward rate responded negatively on the 16th day while conventionally there was no response. The shock of the interest rate lift responded negatively on the 11th day on the conventional system while sharia did not respond. While GDP responded positively and stable on day 2 for the Sharia system, while the conventional system responded negatively until the 24th day. . Abstract

Economic recession or crisis could show a higher possibility of financial crisis transmission in an integrated stock market. Integration between financial markets is a channel of spreading the devastating effects of the crisis. The objective of this study is to detect significant interactions among the stock markets of countries that are members of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). NAFTA is a regional partnership with members from the United States, Canada and Mexico that are committed to reducing trade and investment barriers between member countries. The methodology of this research with VAR VECM model consists of three stages, the first analysis of the presence impact of the stock market index using the Granger Causality Test. Second, analyze the speed of response of an index to a change / shock in another index using the Impulse Response Function (IRF). The third stage analyzes the impact of changes / shocks from one index to other indices by using Variance Decomposition. From the 5 sets of stock market data for NAFTA countries, the results of the study show that there is only one cointegration. When viewed in the cointegration process of each of the two data series, cointegration occurs between the Nasdaq index with TSE and Nasdaq with MSE. Whereas TSE and MSE did not find any cointegration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis khususnya pengaruh harga produk, Customer Relationship, dan Information System terhadap kinerja pemasaran dengan intervening kepuasan pelanggan yang ada pada UMKM Kuliner di Kota Cirebon. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non random sampling dengan jenis sensus. Pengukuran level yang digunakan adalah level interval. Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis di terima.

Abstract

Kuningan local tourism possesses a promising future. However, some investigations cite a decrease in visitors over time, revealing underlying problems in the organization. Critical inquiries may arise from the interaction of information technology and market orientation to increase competitiveness and, finally, tourist attractions' performance. Thus, this study investigates the local tourism activity of Panembongan Hill in Kuningan, Banten, Indonesia. One hundred thirty visitors agree to participate in the study, and the coded responses are analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results reveal that Information Technology does not relate to competitiveness and tourism business performance; market orientation increases competitiveness and business performance. Finally, the competitiveness of tourism activities propels business performance considerably.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan potensi desa merupakan upaya yang senatiasa dilakukan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa itu sendiri. Namun karena kurangnya kreativitas masyarakat dalam hal pengemasan makanan, kurangnya pengetahuan dalam mengembangkan produk yang ada, dan kurangnya pengetahuandalam hal pemasaran makanan sehingga menyebabkan keterbatasan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam mengelola potensi desa yang ada ini menjadikan faktor utama terhambatnya kemajuan dari desa tersebut. Desa Lengkong Kecamatan Garawangi Kabupaten Kuningan merupakan penghasil makanan khas salah satunya reginang yang terbuat dari beras ketan yang dikeringkan. Ada juga aneka kripik, namum bahan baku yang didapat berasal dari desa lain. Perlu diketahui UMKM desa Lengkong Kecamatan Garawangi cukup baik. Pada kesempatan ini pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan seminar dan pelatihan agar mampu melakukan inovasi produk, diadakan seminar dan pelatihan mengurus PIRT, dan seminar dan pelatihan digital marketing
