Phishing is a serious web security problem, and the internet fraud technique involves mirroring genuine websites to trick online users into stealing their sensitive information and taking out their personal information, such as bank account information, usernames, credit card, and passwords. Early detection can prevent phishing behavior makes quick protection of personal information. Classification methods can be used to predict this phishing behavior. This paper presents an intelligent classification model for detecting Phishing by redefining a fuzzy soft set (FSS) theory for better computational performance. There are four types of similarity measures: (1) Comparison table, (2) Matching function, (3) Similarity measure, and (4) Distance measure. The experiment showed that the Similarity measure has better performance than the others in accuracy and recall, reached 95.45 % and 99.77 %, respectively. It concludes that FSS similarity measured is more precise than others, and FSS could be a promising approach to avoid phishing activities. This novel method can be implemented in social media software to warn the users as an early warning system. This model can be used for personal or commercial purposes on social media applications to protect sensitive data.

Face detection is mostly applied in RGB images. The object detection usually applied the Deep Learning method for model creation. One method face spoofing is by using a thermal camera. The famous object detection methods are Yolo, Fast RCNN, Faster RCNN, SSD, and Mask RCNN. We proposed a segmentation Mask RCNN method to create a face model from thermal images. This model was able to locate the face area in images. The dataset was established using 1600 images. The images were created from direct capturing and collecting from the online dataset. The Mask RCNN was configured to train with 5 epochs and 131 iterations. The final model predicted and located the face correctly using the test image.

Many efforts had been done to make ICTs available in rural area to increase their incomes and productivities. For example, a community ecommerce is introduced to promote community handicraft and income generation; other projects like deploying VSAT to improve the internet connectivity at rural area. Although the project is developed, it is facing a challenge like how to sustain the ICT4D projects? This paper presents the study of financial sustainability of community network project through e3value modelling and simulation.  Financial sustainability is one of the important factor for community projects. As a NGO or researcher that is trying to help the community, is it possible for us to access the feasibility of any projects for communities so that a realistic suggestion or proposal can be planned? To sustain the community commerce, it cannot be denied that a well planning and measurement on financial sustainability of the projects is required. Hence, we believe that e3value can be used as a tool to measure the financial sustainability of community network projects. With the use of 3value model, it can serve as a reference for various parties in resolving the financial sustainability issue.

Every development activity is always related to human or community aspects. This can also lead to changes in the characteristics of the community. The community's increasing awareness and critical attitude need to be accommodated to avoid the emergence of social conflicts in the future. This research is to find out how the public perception about the impact of development on the environment. Two methods are used, i.e., MDA (Maximum Dependency Attribute) and MSMD (the Multi soft set multivariate distribution function). The MDA is to determine the most influential attribute and the Multi soft set multivariate distribution function (MSMD) is to group the selected data into classes with similar characteristics. This will help the police producer plan the right mediation and take quick activity to make strides in the quality of the social environment. The experiment conducted level of impact based on the clustering results with the greatest number of member clusters is cluster 1 (very low impact) with 32.25 % of total data following cluster 5 (Very High impact) with 24.25 % of total data. The experiment obtains the level of impact based on the clustering results. The greatest number of member clusters is cluster 1 (extremely low impact) with 32.25 % of total data following cluster 5 (Very High impact) with 24.25 % of total data. The scatter area impact is spread at districts 6, 7, 10, 11, the most of very high impact and districts 1,2,3,4,5,8 the lowest impact.

Agent based simulation (ABS) is a paradigm to modelling systems included of autonomous and interacting agents. ABS has been tremendous growth and used by researchers in the social sciences to study socio-environmental complex systems. To date, various platforms have been introduced for agent-based social simulation. They are rule based in any logic, python based in SPADE and etc. Although those platforms have been introduced, there is still an insufficient to develop a crowd simulation in 3D platform. Having a 3D platform is needed to enabling the crowd simulation for training purposes. However, the current tools and platform still lack features to develop and simulate autonomous agents in the 3D world. This paper introduced a BDI plug in at Unity3D for crowd simulation. BDI is an intelligent agent architecture and it is able to develop autonomous agents in crowd environment. In this paper, we present the BDI plug with a case study of Australia bush fire and discuss a method to support autonomous agents' development in 3D crowd simulation. The tool allows the modeller to develop autonomous agents in 3D world by taking the advantages of Unity3D.

An effective crop management practice is very important to the sustenance of crop production. With the emergence of Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0), precision farming has become the key element in modern agriculture to help farmers in maintaining the sustainability of crop production. Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) also known as drone was widely used in agriculture as one of the potential technologies to collect the data and monitor the crop condition. Managing and monitoring the paddy field especially at the bigger scale is one of the biggest challenges for farmers. Traditionally, the paddy field and crop condition are only monitored and observed manually by the farmers which may sometimes lead to inaccurate observation of the plot due the large area. Therefore, this study proposes the application of unmanned aerial vehicles and RGB imagery for monitoring rice crop development and paddy field condition. The integration of UAV with RGB digital camera were used to collect the data in the paddy field. Result shows that the early monitoring of rice crops is important to identify the crop condition. Therefore, with the use of aerial imagery analysis from UAV, it can help to improve rice crop management and eventually is expected to increase rice crop production.
