Abstract

Numerous research and related applications of fuzzy clustering are still interesting and important. In this paper, Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) and Laying Chicken Algorithm (LCA) were modified to improve local optimum of Fuzzy Clustering presented by using UCI dataset. In this study, the proposed FCMLCA performance was also compared to baseline technique based on CSO methods. The simulation results indicate that the FCMLCA method have better performance than the compared methods.

Abstract

Minangkabau traditional martial arts digitization app is an android game-shaped application created to display minangkabau silat using 3-Dimensional (3D) animation technology. This app will convert materials and illustrations into 3D animated shapes that can be played using the android app so that it will attract users to more easily understand and understand about minangkabau silat. The data that is made as a necessity for application is obtained from literature studies and field studies by using interview techniques with silat officials in Padang city. For the creation of this game application using virtual reality technology and the tools used are 3 Dimensional blender and Unity Game Engine.

Abstract

NEDD Audio Production is a recording studio that provides on-site music or track recording services and track sales. The owner still uses the manual system for scheduling records and still uses social media for track sales. This causes inefficient owner performance. To create a website that provides booking services for recording schedules and purchasing tracks that can help the owner in placing the recording schedule and purchasing tracks efficiently. The design used to create a website using UML (Unified Modeling Language), which consists of Use Case Diagrams.. Meanwhile, the programming language uses PHP and MySQL as a database. The implementation of this website uses a third-party service, namely Midtrans, which is a payment gateway service provider website from Indonesia

Abstract

Diabetic detinopathy (DR) is effect of diabetes mellitus to the human vision that is the major cause of blindness. Early diagnosis of DR is an important requirement in diabetes treatment. Retinal fundus image is commonly used to observe the diabetic retinopathy symptoms. It can present retinal features such as blood vessel and also capture the pathologies which may lead to DR. Blood vessel is one of retinal features which can show the retina pathologies. It can be extracted from retinal image by image processing with following stages: pre-processing, segmentation, and post-processing. This paper contains a review of public retinal image dataset and several methods from various conducted researches. All discussed methods are applicable to each researcher cases. There is no further analysis to conclude the best method which can be used for general cases. However, we suggest morphological and multiscale method that gives the best accuracy in segmentation.

Abstract

Campus laboratories, especially the Andalas university campus, faculty of agricultural technology, are very important supporting facilities for the continuity of education. In this laboratory, students carry out practical learning which significantly makes students understand the material better. Laboratory management activities at the Andalas campus faculty of agricultural technology are all forms of recording goods and activities that occur in the laboratory. Given the importance of laboratory functions, good laboratory management is an absolute necessity. This allows the campus to more easily get real data from the use of the laboratory by students and activities in the laboratory. This study aims to produce a web and android-based laboratory loan management information system, because compared to a paper basis, laboratory lending and management activities using web and android-based information systems are considered more efficient to implement, because with the web and android all forms of recording can be done easily. easy to do and if data is needed, all authorized parties can easily get the data. The method used in designing this campus laboratory information system uses the waterfall method where this method uses a sequential software lifeflow approach starting from the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. Based on this research, it is concluded that with the existence of a web and android-based management information system, it is hoped that laboratory loan management activities at the Andalas campus, faculty of agricultural technology will be better.

Abstract

Budidaya tanaman cabai banyak diminati oleh para petani karena salah satu komoditas sayuran yang paling diminati di indonesia. Penyakit dan hama tidak terlepas dari tanaman cabai yang dialami petani. Untuk mengatasinya, petani mengandalkan informasi yang terbatas dan mencari informasi lagi dari orang lain. Ini tidak efektif karena ahli cabai sangat terbatas. Sistem pakar merupakan solusi dari keterbatasan seorang pakar di bidangnya. Sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode forward-chaining dan certainty factor serta aplikasi berbasis Android. Sistem pakar ini dapat digunakan oleh pengguna yang membutuhkan informasi dan saran penyakit serta hama tanaman cabai. Sistem pakar mendiagnosa gejala yang direaksikan oleh pengguna aplikasi dan membuat kesimpulan serta solusi tentang penyakit dan hama tanaman cabai. Dengan adanya sistem pakar berbasis android, keterbatasan tenaga ahli tidak lagi menjadi kendala bagi petani cabai. Informasi dan konsultasi penyakit dan hama tanaman cabe dapat dilakukan secara online tanpa harus bertemu dengan ahlinya

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan layanan kesehatan adalah salah satu faktor penting saat ini. Orang ingin dengan cepat menemukan lokasi layanan kesehatan terdekat sesuai keinginan mereka. Tetapi ini akan sedikit sulit, jika mereka berada di lokasi yang tidak dikenal. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi yang dapat menemukan lokasi fasilitas kesehatan dan diimplementasikan di kota Padang. Kebutuhan pengguna (pemakai smartphone di Kota Padang),dipetakan menggunakan metode tabel spesifikasi kebutuhan sistem yang memetakan kebutuhan aplikasi dari sisi fungsional dan non fungsional. Desain aplikasi ini menggunakan Unified Modeling Language. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan model waterfall dan dibangun menggunakan metode Location Based Service yang disediakan oleh android. Aplikasi ini dibangun dari dua sisi yaitu client android dan server web. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat menemukan lokasi fasilitas kesehatan yang diinginkan di Kota Padang. Aplikasi yang dapat diakses menggunakan browser internet (server) dan smartphone android (client) dengan sistem operasi Android 5.0 minimum.
