Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the income of fruit traders in Palakka Market, Bone Regency. The population in this study was fruit traders in Palakka Market, Bone Regency, the number of samples in this study was 97 respondents. Sampling is used by using a system random sampling, the technique is a sampling technique where all individuals in the population. The results of data analysis research that is known states that trading capital, trading hours, and trading experience each have a significant effect on the income of traders. R Square value of 0.503 means that 50.3% of the factors affecting fruit traders' income can be explained by trading capital, trading hours and trading experience, while 49.7% is explained in other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to test the influence of work discipline on employee performance in PT. PLN (Persero) Makassar Distribution Regulatory Area.This research data was collected from 68 respondents working at PT. PLN (Persero) Makassar Distribution Regulatory Area.The statement was given using a questionnaire. Respondents' responses to the statements were then analyzed quantitatively. Quantitative analysis includes tests of validity, reliability, and simple linear regression analysis.The results of this study showed that work discipline variables have a dominant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Makassar Distribution Area. Partially the variables of work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of employees with a thitung of 8,499and a significant value of 0.000 has a significant effect on the performance of employees, the most dominant affects the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Makassar Distribution Regulatory Area is a work discipline variable with a regression coefficient of 0.851Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

Human resources development of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) through education and training to form a professional apparatus. In order to be able to carry out its duties and functions so that services to the community can be qualified. The importance of education and training programs in the government apparatus is realized education through school lines, both public education and vocational education. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of education level, training and motivation on improving the quality of employee services at Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital Takalar Regency. This type of research is quantitative with explanatory research approach. The population in this study was employees of Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital Takalar Regency. Sampling techniques using simple random sampling distributed to 269 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear analysis.The results of this study showed that education has an insignificant positive influence on improving the quality of service; training has a significant positive influence on improving the quality of service; motivation has a significant positive influence on improving the quality of service; training has a dominant effect on the quality of service. Different medical and non-medical sample tests of four direct variables hypothesized only significantly different medical and non-medical motivations. This shows that the better the training and motivation of employees' work, the better the quality of service.

Abstract

Problems that occur in PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development is a matter of leadership style, this can be seen from the conflict between the company and employees. This conflict occurs due to misunderstanding between superiors and employees. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership style, discipline, and incentives on employee performance, as well as to know and analyze variables that have a dominant effect on employee performance in PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development. The research was conducted for 3 months from September to November 2018 with a population of 227 people and sampling techniques that are random samples from a population of 50 people who were sampled. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, with double regression testing preceded by performing validity and reliability test of question items of each variable as well as assumption test. The results of this study showed that the coefficient of leadership style influence on employee performance which shows that it has a significant positive effect on employee performance, coefficient of disciplinary influence on employee performance that shows that discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, coefficient of effect of incentives on employee performance which indicates that the provision of incentives has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This can be interpreted that the leadership style, discipline, and incentives for employee performance at PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development will increase. And the highest value is the incentive variable so that the variable that has the most influence is the incentive variable. Keywords: leadership style, discipline, incentives, and performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Maros Branch. This study aims to determine the application of financial statement analysis as a material for consideration of credit. In this study, the author is more specialized in Micro Financing (short-term credit) that uses a murabahah financing system. Data in the form of financial statements and data obtained in written form in the form of a general description of the company, namely data collection through direct interviews in the Accounting, Marketing, and HR sections, which are related to the problems examined at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Maros. The results of the study concluded, that the debtor's financial statements are influential as material for consideration of giving credit to PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Maros.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the motivation of consumers in the process of shariah clothing purchase decisions in management students of the 2016 Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. The type of research used is qualitative, using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Based on the results of research from the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that several things can be motivated by Management Students 2016 Faculty of Economics and Business on the decision to purchase sharia clothing, namely; Introducing needs, information seeking, alternative evaluations, purchasing decisions, and post-purchase behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and work discipline on performance through office facilities at village officials in Sinjai Borong District, Sinjai Regency. This type of research is quantitative research using a questionnaire as a source of data collection. This study uses the SmartPLS analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Leadership has a significant positive effect on office facilities, 2) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance, 3) Leadership has a significant positive effect on performance, 4) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance, 5) Office facilities are significant positive effect on performance, 6) Leadership has a significant indirect effect on performance through office facilities, 7) Work discipline has no significant indirect effect on performance through office facilities

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effects of Intellectual Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on the Performance of Employees of the Makassar City Investment and Integrated Service Office. Data analysis using multiple regression equations and the classic assumption test, one of the methods used to determine the number of samples is using the Slovin formula, the sample used was 50 employees. The research data was obtained from questionnaires, literature studies, and direct interviews with relevant parties according to the research objectives. From the results of multiple regression testing, data showing the variable Intellectual Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence have a positive effect by looking at the F test value of 65.950, thus F arithmetic F table ( 0.05), For the t value of the intellectuality variable of 0.179 and the significance value of 0.112 0.05 so that the variable Intellectual Intelligence has a positive and insignificant effect, while the Spiritual Intelligence variable of 0,000 0.05 so the more positive and significant effect on employee performance is the Spiritual Intelligence variable

Abstract

This type of research is a comparative study that aims to discuss the comparison of zakat as a deduction for taxable tax with zakat arrangements as a direct deduction of translation tax. Data retrieval of this research refers to interviews and document techniques. The type of data consists of primary data. Based on the research that has been carried out, the conclusions from the research proposed in this study are zakat as a personal tax calculation in Baznas Makassar city in accordance with the procedures stipulated in applicable laws and regulations, zakat which is used as deduction from taxable results of individuals management both from success and distribution increases in terms of capacity and improvement and its application that increases development from year to year in which the number of ASNs that pay zakat increases every year.Keywords: Tax, Zakat Treatment and Personal Income Tax (PPh 21)
