Abstract

AbstrakProgram matrikulasi penting dilakukan sebagai persiapan bagi mahasiswa baru dalam menerima pembelajaran pada saat perkuliahan berlangsung. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripkan respons mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan TIK IKIP PGRI Pontianak tentang kegiatan matrikulasi yang dilaksanakan. Metode penelitian yaitu deskriptif. Responden penelitian yaitu seluruh mahasiswa yang mengikuti kegiatan matrikulasi tahun akademik 2019/2020 sebanyak 112 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket tertutup. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif-kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 74,11% responden “Sangat Setuju” matrikulasi diadakan untuk topik Pendidikan Karakter; 77,68% responden “Sangat Setuju” matrikulasi diadakan untuk topik Multimedia; 66,96% responden “Sangat Setuju” matrikulasi diadakan untuk topik Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak; dan 63,39% responden “Sangat Setuju” matrikulasi diadakan untuk topik Jaringan Komputer. AbstractThe matriculation program is important as a preparation for new students to receive learning during lectures. The research aims to describe the response of ICT Education Teachers' Training Program IKIP PGRI Pontianak about matriculation activities carried out. The research method is descriptive. Research respondents were all students who participated in the matriculation activities of the 2019/2020 academic year as many as 112 people. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive-quantitative. Based on the results of the analysis of research data, it can be concluded that: 74.11% of respondents "Strongly Agree" matriculation was held for the topic of Character Education; 77.68% of respondents "Strongly Agree" matriculation was held for the topic of Multimedia; 66.96% of respondents "Strongly Agree" matriculation was held for the topic of Software Engineering; and 63.39% of respondents "Strongly Agree" matriculation was held for the topic of Computer Networks.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian adalah merancang aplikasi pembelajaran e-learning bahasa Inggris berbasis multimedia dengan menggabungkan konsep yang terdiri dari teks, gambar, animasi, dan video. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMA kelas X. Dalam mengimplementasikan aplikasi pembelajaran, peneliti menggunakan Moodle. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan System Development Live Cycle (SDLC). Untuk analisis dan perancangan sistem menggunakan metode Unified Modelling Language (UML). Peneliti berhasil merancang aplikasi pembelajaran yang dapat dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris untuk tingkat pemula dengan tema learning by doing. Aplikasi pembelajaran yang dirancang diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan proses belajar bahasa Inggris terutama dalam membaca, menghapal, dan mengucapkan kosakata. AbstractThe purpose of the research was to design the e-learning of English multimedia-based application by combining concepts consisting of text, images, animation, and video. The research subjects were high school students in class X. In implementing the learning application, researchers used Moodle. The system development method uses the System Development Live Cycle (SDLC). For system analysis and design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method. Researchers succeeded in designing learning applications that can be used as a medium of learning English for the beginner level with the theme of learning by doing. Learning applications that are designed are expected to help improve the process of learning English, especially in reading, memorizing, and speaking vocabulary.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi mengajar dosen terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex post facto. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang yang mengambil mata kuliah Motor Bensin. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 93 orang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 76 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan kompetensi mengajar dosen secara bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. AbstractThe purpose of the research was to determine the effect of motivation and teaching competence of lecturers on student learning outcomes. The type of research used ex post facto. The research subjects were students of Automotive Engineering Education, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Padang who took the Gasoline Motor course. The research population amounted to 93 people. The research sample amounted to 76 people who were selected using proportional sampling technique. The data collection tool used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used regression test. The results showed that the motivation and teaching competence of lecturers had no significant effect on student learning outcomes.
